Great service! Saved me from a serious breakdown on our 3000 mile trip by checking leaking differential seals which another service company missed just a week earlier. Offered a loaner car while work was being done. Covered all bases on what you would expect from a top notch auto service center.

I used GNG Auto for my full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. Not only was the work excellent, but it was it reasonable, and done in a very timely manner. Wes is very easy and pleasant to work with. My overall impression of the facility is that it is very clean and well maintained, which in itself provides customer confidence.

We broke down just out side of kingman. We were towed to GnG in Lake Havasu. They listen carefully to all we had to share about how the truck broke. Wess was cool n clam and explained all the steps to us. The following day the were able to determine the problem, a blown heater hose, they got the parts and the truck was repaired in less than 24 hours. This allowed us to continue on our month long. Thank you for great service.

These guys are an awesome team who work well together! Great customer service, courteous, honest and will work with what you want to do. They also give you exact estimate of repair costs after they diagnose vehicles problems. Also give rides to and from your home if you are without vehicle. Reasonably priced. Wonderful team and pleasure to do business with. Thanks guys! NW.PS: these guys also have All the right tools and diagnostic tools and skills to figure out and diagnose problems. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM IF YOU RE A SINGLE FEMALE I had no idea stories like this still happened in 2024. I brought my Toyota in for an oil change bc I received their coupon in the mail and read these outstanding reviews. I had been looking for a reliable place to go that s closer to my house (I usually go to Bob s My Shop) I asked them to change the oil and check my breaks bc I knew they were coming up & they were getting squeaky. When I returned they told me I needed ALL NEW BREAKS & PADS along with a few other minor things like my license plate light with a quote of nearly $500. They even went as far as to say that they were metal on metal and needed to replaced asap. I know nothing about cars so I believed them and saved up the money to return. Something told me to get a 2nd opinion before spending that much, so I did. Turns out I DIDN T NEED NEW BREAKS WHATSOEVER They just needed to be cleaned bc I had driven through a lot of dirt and gravel. The guy who ended up cleaning them for me said he could tell the place that quoted me DIDN T even check my breaks! So they literally just LIED TO MAKE MORE MONEY. Way to take advantage of women who don t know anything about cars!!!! I ll never be back.

First time going for a routine oil change. Made an appointment to drop off. Got a courtesy shuttle ride home and got a call not too long after that it was ready. Will refer and go to again. Thanks!!

I had some transmission problems with my Chevy Express van and took it in for a change of speed sensors, new fluid and filters. All work appears to be great and it's running good.

I got say this is one of the most friendly and honest auto shops I have ever been too. Was out on vacation and my alternator died on the second day. Called them and they were able to get me in the following morning. Truck has been running great since the replacement. Even had a few questions after and they responded quickly. One of the best parts was I was able to pay over the phone and use their drop box to pick my truck up after hours so I did not loose any time on the water. I wish they were out here in SoCal they would be my go to shop! Thank you Matt for all you did to get me running again.

I used G&G Automotive for a repair on my exhaust manifolds that a different company did 1.5 years earlier that was done poorly. Gary and Mike looked it over and took care of it in a very timely manner. Gary s crew were friendly and the price was very reasonable. If I could give them 10 stars I would! I brought my car to them for a second opinion. I originally took my car to a dealership which had it for over a week and tried fixing $3000 of what they thought was the problem. GNG took my car on the same day, had it fixed by the next day and it was a 1/4 of the price and a totally different issue. After a fabulous first impression I just took my car in once more and again left feeling extremely satisfied with the service. They communicate, are quick, priced reasonably (don t rip you off) and are super friendly! I recommend anyone needing service to check them out! I live in Quartzsite and wanted the transmission on my Ford F150 flushed. It had been years. Everett said they don't have the machine for flushing a transmission out right now. I thanked them for their honesty and made an appointment at GNG in Havasu based on their reviews. They did not disappoint! They found a few other problems and even took photos of them, told me what was up and what my options were. Matthew was wonderful! He even gave us a shuttle to our motel and back. I ended up leaving my truck there overnight in order to have them take care of the various issues while I was up there. I can't recommend them enough!The shuttle service is up to 5 miles from their shop. We stayed at the Windsor Inn, which is only 1.4 miles from the shop. Ordered a Papa John's pizza to be delivered, kicked back, and made the best of our stay.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning

My husband and I just moved from California and now live in Lake Havasu City. Where we lived we never had this kind of professional service there. They inform you of what you need to fix now for your safety and what you need to fix for later that that is not an urgent fix you need.We made it safe to visit friends at Sierra Vista! I cannot recommend highly enough a shop that tells you to spend less when it's beneficial long-term, talks through options, and spends the time necessary to have an informed client. That is G-N-G.Though I'm mechanically competent, and so don't need to be guided as much, I appreciated the candor and complete lack of snake oil salesmanship. It's apparent from the first call.Almost anyone can turn a wrench. It takes humility and care to tell the truth. Go here.
