Wow, if I could give Fine Line Muffler more stars than 5 I would!! I've never been in before and had a new exhaust system installed and did not like it, my own fault... they immediately brought my truck in, gave me my options and I ended up putting my old one back on... I was expecting to pay extra for labor for changing it back and instead they insisted on giving me a full refund for everything and didn't charge me for changing it back, even after I insisted!! They literally want you to be happy with their service and it shows, I am so impressed and would highly recommend them!! Thank you again so much!!

Jennifer, Larry Sr & Larry Jr are amazing. They took such good care of my Jeep. She got new tires rims, lift and a whole bunch more. The do great work. Well personally I've never been to Fine Line Muffler but they've been here for quite some years so I'm assuming they're pretty good. Come check them out they've got Complete Auto Care Diesel Performance lift kits performance and off-road kits. If you do check them out let me know how they did. I currently don't need anything from Frontline but if I ever do I'll give him a shot and tell you how they did.

This is our go to shop now. Very nice people to work with. Honest, dependable and great pricing. They have worked on our Jeep a couple times now and aways quality work done. Both times we went our Jeep was done well before they said it would be. I can't say enough about them. Best shop in Lake Havasu City. Thanks Larry, Jennifer for working on my FrankenJeep and fixing all my oil leaks, you went thru it like it was your own, you even went as far as to wash the under side off, Nice! Had 4 catylatic converters go out in my 2019 Infinity, initially I took it to the dealership but Fine Line was half the quote I received from them! They sourced the parts quickly and had me back on the road ASAP. My truck has been running great since , I'm even getting better mpg now ! ThanksService: ExhaustService: Exhaust

This is one of the best places in town. They go out of there way for you. I have called around for prices and always find them to be better. Have never be charged for something I don't need like other places here in town. I recommend them to everyone. Thank you Fine Line

This is the most honest, trustworthy and kind auto shop I have ever been to. I came in with a beat up Kia Soul with exhaust and engine issues, but didn't realize how dangerous my car had become. Fine Line gave a thorough inspection and were straightforward in what needed to be fixed. Because of their honesty and help, I was able to get the Kia home safe. Though I ended up trading the Kia in for a new car, Fine Line now has a customer for life. Great service amd knowledge. Brought my 11 Camaro SS to Larry and Jennifer to install rotors and pads I purchased elsewhere. They were quick and courteous. When I came to pick car up Larry stopped what he was doing to explain how my brakes would behave and sound until break in was complete. Which was spot on. We also discussed other mods I am thinking of doing and he was patient, knowledgeable and honest about all of them. Highly recommend and will be back for exhaust and airride. Cant wait!!!! Thanks guys.

Fine Line quickly identified options to repair my exhaust system and gave helpful information about each choice. They helped get a discount for the components from the manufacturer that had expired a few days prior. Fine Line honored a quote for installing a gauge cluster that I had previously acquired from an internet vendor. They didn't have to do this because it was missing components. The work was completed on time and with great craftsmanship.

I grew up here in the desert area, and bar none, this has been the worst service experience I have ever had with any shop here in Lake Havasu City.The job was not completed for technical reasons, but when I picked up the car, nobody there went over this with me; they just took my money and handed me my keys.1. The technician did not call me when they knew there was a problem with the O2 sensors.2. Nobody went over what was or was not done with the car when the keys were delivered to me, they waited to call me about it three days later.3. Nobody in the shop called me to let me know the car was going to be done late, I had to call to find out.4. They did not return my unused parts or the old parts when I picked up the car, they forced me to sign paperwork three days later just to get my own parts back.5. Nobody in the shop offered to give back my old parts before they disposed of them.Excuses ranged from, "We're really busy" to "My bad".Buyer beware!

Thank you Fine Line Muffler N Automotive , Larry Wells and his wife Jennifer. They went above and beyond to fix my wife s car. It is a very complicated vehicle to work on and Larry was able to save me a trip to Las Vegas to get it fixed. Larry and his wife took the time to diagnose and repair the car where others would not. I can t thank them enough. If you need work done on your vehicles they are shop that you must go to. Thanks again Larry and Jennifer.

Huge shout out to fine line . My car broke down 5 minutes before they closed. The mechanic went out of his way to check my codes and take the car in . He was probably the most honest shop I've ever gone to fixing only what was wrong instead of giving je the run around . Great value and I would highly recommend

They know what there doing they get it done. And that is very important to me. I dont have time for mistakes. They point out other problems before they happen. And this us rhe way to keep moving forward. And that is important. Gotta keep on the road to keep my schedule and on track. Thank you everyone at Fineline.

Unless its a straight bolt on or easy weld job, they refuse to do anything. Craftsmanship and work ethic is dead in this area. Go to Vegas if you want any exhaust done properly.
