Took RV in for hydraulic jack reservoir leak. Chet did a great job! No more leak and no more creaking noise coming from jacks when they are in use. He also fixed a water pump leak too!!! Thanks Chet!

Took our Winnebago to Done Right due to losing power on upgrades, thought new fuel pump or filter might be needed. Chet changed all spark plugs/wires, said filter was 40% clogged but didn t have new one in stock. Back home in CA, took rig to local shop to install new filter, they saw spark plug heat shields had not been replaced, 2 burned through. Out of pocket $375 to Chet for plugs/wires & another $400 to local shop to replace ruined plugs/wires & install heat shields. Chet has a good reputation in Havasu, but his shop is too small for number of RVs he services & he s apparently the only one who works on RVs, so this kind of thing happens. We re lucky we weren t stranded in the desert on the way home. Not happy customers.

I had stopped at Lowes I noticed oil leaking from my class C RV. I was referred to them by an employee. When I arrived the whole team had a hand in making the diagnosis quickly. In 2 hours a new sensor and 2 qts of oil, I was on my way to continue my journey south. I was so very pleased with the kindness and service received. Thank you all so much your the greatest.

Excellent shop and Chet is a stand up guy. Our new Subaru ate the front tires on the way from Colorado to Lake Havasu. We replaced tires then needed an alignment the same day before heading home. Chet got us in same day, aligned perfectly! Havasu is lucky to have this business.

Had to get a recall issue fixed in our travel trailer. Chet was our initial contact and he's a great guy. The other guy working on the parts also very nice. Sorry, I didn't get his name. The guys at this place know why they are doing and work like a well oiled machine! We highly recommend them.

Interesting place, I explained I was traveling loaded getting 2 new tires on front needing the toe in checked he asked how long till I could be there... I got there he put it on the machine and came explaining it is loaded to max.If I align it when you take the weight off it will change the alignment. I said I understand and deal with at the other end. During the check he called me out look to show me the 2 new ball joints had been damaged during installation, we both agreed it was not life threatening. The Service was Outstanding conversation straight forward even a good sense humor. It is refreshing to deal people like Chet, I Strongly Recommend Done Right Auto, RV, A/C and Alignment. Chet when you read this update we made it home okay, even unloaded the death wobble is still there. Ball Joints will be replaced on Wednesday.

I came to lake Havasu City for the holidays and had my vehicle alignment done here after I change the front struts. Chet was the most professional and fastest for alignments that I have dealt with. All these one star reviews are not accurate at all. I will definitely recommend this place to all that come to Lake Havasu.

7:01am Friday the 13th,traveling thru Havasu. Called Chet and was desperate to have my A/C evac and charged he said bring it in,it will be a couple hours. I arrived about 20 minutes later and checked in with Chet I proceeded to find an Uber. Chet and his great crew had my truck repaired before the Uber arrived and at a very reasonable rate. Thank you to everyone at Done Right Auto. Great place to deal with. Chet went out of his way to get my ac working in my rv on short notice. Saved my vacationEmployees took extra care in repairing and even took off his shoes while inside my coach. Hard to find service like that

Our RV needed an air pressure switch from Freightliner. Chet was great at getting it in quickly. When he saw what the freight charge was from the Freightliner dealer, he got on the phone with the dealer and complained as opposed to immediately passing the charge onto us. He also lent us the special socket needed to install the switch. If you need RV work done in Lake Havasu City, I highly recommend Done Right.

Done right auto is done right the first time i had 3 extensive jobs done to my moterhome, and the prices were good And being a retired mechanic i know the importance of a great automotive shop!I've been ripped off by more then 3 shops from Quartzsite to Parker AZ. including Bradley Chevrolet!you will be amazed how clean and the good equipment they have at done right RV auto they explain and show you everything along the way so you have no un expected price hike at the end

AVOID DONE RIGHT AUTO at all cost. The owner is one of the most aggressive, rude individuals I have ever met. He intimidates his customers, drags out the repair and over charges tremendously. This shop charged $98 total dollars less than the dealer to perform the same job. Do yourself a favor and find another shop or go to the dealer. He tried pressuring me to pay cash so he wouldn't be accountable for the repairs, and charged a 6% service fee on top of any none cash payments. Prices he attempted to charge for parts were over 2.5 times over actual cost. consumer BEWARE avoid this place at all cost. Many other shops on lake havasu that will better serve you.

Very professional shop, they located a bad vibration in my jeep TJ when 3 other shops couldn't, liked their work so I took my Ford F250 back to them and had the ball joints replaced, they are well respected in the community and always busy so call ahead. They do Motor Home alignments and usually have motorhomes lined up down the street. A good place to go if you want a professional job done.

First time there. They were busy but the return of my vehicle was much faster than promised. I had front end alignment, tire rotation and pull change. I'll challenge them next time.

A company in town damaged my vehicle and paid to have it repaired but the specific work was beyond them so they referred me to "Done Right". Chet managed the work and it was performed in a very reasonable amount of time and correctly. They said what they would do, and did what they said. A+

I had two vehicles aligned here a year ago. Both fell out after 6 months. We found the nuts and bolts on the adjustment brackets loose on one, and the control arm loose on the other.The owner, (or who I assume is the owner) tried to make it right but honestly, I feel pretty tired with this situation. I have had too many bad run ins with this business. The fault could lay with me, but frankly the explanations I received and the attitude in general was something I didn't find facilitating.The tone was generally dismissive in my opinion and I don't plan to return.

It is 115 and it is only 11am6 show dogs and a 2 month puppy. AC on dash running hot. Generator will not start. Over 100 in coach. Chetry got electric to us to help the dogs, puppy , and me start to cool off. Very busy but still helped us out.. Thank You.

I had the best experience here. Was helped immediately, work done that day and problem solved with solar connection (2 other places couldn't do the work). Am a truly happy customer and would definitely recommend as a good to go auto place. Thank you so much Done Right!

Got my engine replaced by the crew her to say the least they went above and beyond my expectations by any and all means, the customer service Jacob and Chet the owner has for there customers is ny far the best I have ever experienced using any repair shop in my lifetime, they wouldn't let my teuck go till everything was gone thru and I mean a list from a to z amd checked twice over thanks again for all you did you guys are amazingService: Engine repair
