Paul Was Amazing! Fast Quick Service. He was very personable and friendly. I came in and said I had a nail in my tire, he checked the other 3 tires and gave me a honest assessment, said my tires are good and the fix a flat service is free. Paul Thank you , you have truly made my day better :-)You can tell this place has a great reputation because it was busy BUT there were multiple guys coming in and out of the shop helping customers, no one waited more than maybe 5 min. After a delayed replacement of our trailer tires, and a blowout on the highway 40, we called up and spoke to Andrew about getting replacements. We arrived early the next day and these folks were so quick, we didn't have time to unhook our 5th wheel. Tires balanced and mounted all five tires and they even reinstalled my spare. Less than an hour. Great service. Would recommend to any snowbird traveling through in need of new shoes (tires). The photo is my blowout BEFORE tire replacement.

I went in for a rotation and rebalanced. The young men there were amazing! I always love going in for all my tire needs! They always take care of me! 10-10 5 stars! 100% will always recommend to friends and family! Thanks for all the great experiences guys!!!

The absolute best customer service out there! Every time. I have been using various Discount Tire shops for the last 4 or 5 years and I will never go anywhere else.Service was so quick. I was able to order tires to be delivered the very next day. They were even able to schedule my appointment for the same day. Tires were mounted on the wheels before my scheduled time so my appointment was super quick! So impressed and grateful.The guys went above and beyond by finding my lost house key in my truck for me before giving my truck keys back. AMAZING! Thank you!!

I have to say, my experience at the Lake Havasu City Discount Tire store was truly a 5 star experience.From the gentleman who first greeted me and wrote up the invoice, to the last gentleman who guided me backing out of the bay, and the gentleman who did the tire replacing. Every one of these people was professional, polite, and paid attention to me, the customer. I did not see one person in that store who was not happy to be there. Everyone seemed to like their job. This kind of service has gone away where I live. Seriously, I left that store thinking, wow, did that just happen? The rest of the world's needs to step it up. I'm a tough critic, and for me to give 5 stars is rare. I can't say enough good things, I will be back.

I came this morning for an air check, and was told I had a puncture on one of my tires. Excellent service, and surprisingly at no charge at all.Will definitely be back for my tire issues, and highly recommend Discount Tire to everyone.

I've been going to this location for years. And it's the only place I go to get my tires. The Manager Chris and his crew are always on point with excellent service. Highly recommend these guys if you're looking for fast, friendly, efficient service.

Very disappointing experience with Discount Tire Lake Havasu.Drove 2.5hours to location (5hrs round trip) only to be told they don't have my tire. Ops sorry, can you come back next week.

Came in for a 1030 appointment and was early got me in and changed with out issues. Credits to Chris the manager, Andrew and Robert. Customer for life now. Fast and efficient.

Came in for our 11:00 appointment for a flat repair on our trailer and we were told that sidewall punctures cannot be repaired. Bought a new tire for $265 and was told new appointment was 11:30 have out and down the road by 12:30. At 1:10, tech is just now starting work.Tech and sales people are really friendly, the low rating is for not being honest about how long it take and moving 4-tire replacement ahead of us. Place was full when we arrived. Waited until everyone was taken care of before our repair. If you need a flat repair, look elsewhere.

The first time I went to this location on 1/24/2022, I did not have a good experience. I was told my concerns on my tire having a puncture somewhere were wrong. I insisted that something was wrong with the tire but was told it was my rim that was damaged causing air to leak. After having my concerns dismissed, I went and got a second opinion at a different tire place. I was told there in fact was a puncture to the sidewall of the tire.. which is not repairable. I've always had a good experience with Discount Tire, so I gave it one more chance.I ordered the new tire with Discount Tire and made a new appointment with this location for 1/28/2022. This time I got a salesperson named Vincent C, and he was a pleasure to work with. Not only did he go above and beyond to double check what I told him the first salesperson ignored, he took it upon himself to check it personally during the process. He reassured me that I was right and he apologized for my bad experience the first time. Vincent is a top employee and I hope he gets recognized for his hard working work ethic. Great people skills, communicative, hands on, and great energy!

Gavin and Chase were great. My Nitto had a separation and chunk come off; I drive slow into Americas Tire so it wouldn t blow, Gavin set me up with a used tire close enough to my 35 . Chase had the guys put a front tire on the rear and the used spare tire on front, and then didn t charge me for the used tire! They said here you go you re safe to travel across I40 now. And they let us keep the dogs inside the store no problems! Thanks guys!

These guys really rock. Had a rim, and tire for my odd sized boat trailer, hustled till close to get out done in a hurry. Thank you for great service as always, been there before, well always go back. They always hustle, it seems many other businesses will say they are too busy, meanwhile their employees are sitting around. They consistently find a way to get you in, serviced and on the road. Thank you again.

I rate them 5 stars. They were so helpful. We were on vacation and somehow picked up a bolt in our driver rear tire and they fixed for free. What an unexpected surprise. Thanks again

I went to the tire store today, a young man with a great smile greeted me. Eager to help. . Robert walked me through the process and told me what to expect. Once my truck was pulled into the bay, Robert personally went out and did a tire inspection. He noticed a big gouge missing out of my right front tire. He brought it to my attention. He asked me if I had tire insurance.. I told him I did not know if I had tire insurance. He looked it up and I did. I would highly recommend this man for any of your tire needs. I could not be any happier with their service I received today.

Chris and Devin made my day. Awesome team at this store. They saved my trip by helping my out with a tire repair. Also gave me a ton of info on tires for my future tire purchase. The team had me in an out in a faction of time I expected. Also the team was very professional.

Had a trailer tire blow. Took to Discount tire, they were able to replace within a couple hours. Now we can still enjoy the water over the weekend!! Great, friendly service !
