Got my 12 inch kicker and 1000 watt amp installed he said everything was good and tuned 20 minutes later my sub blew up I called and asked what he could do I had just payed money and he guaranteed everything was perfect so i called in to see what he could do he said it wasn t his problem and there s probably something wrong with my equipment but I had used my sub in my previous car for 6 months everything was fine, but after he installs it and tunes my stuff it blows up just doesn t make sense and now I m out my entire system and money very unhappy

Very good people. They know there stuff on putting in your new stereo and do a neat job. I recommend them if you are thinking about putting something know in your vehicle. Give them a call.

I called Cartronics talk to Ken he told me to Stop by while I was in town he'll look at my stereo which I couldn't Get it to Program. I Tried three times to reprogram the stereo but wouldn't work. When I got there Ken came out to the truck Took ten minutes to figure it out. Seems like a Nice guy. knew what he was doing. We talked a little bit about having the same truck Did not charge me for anything? I recommend Cartronics

I just stopped in for my old than dirt Jeep 1988 great Family owned business. Was looking for the cheapest radio I could get well they did great!!!! In and out it 1.5 hours great install. They replaced all kinds of fuses. As well got a blue tooth ready radio that works as well with your phone.. 120.09 bucks out the door five Stars. Thanks guys very much. David B.

I drove up one saturday morning...i ask how much to install my new deck he said. "$80".....come to find out ....none of the speakers worked.....he found out that all the speakers had a jumper wire that got corroded and fell apart....he fix it all.....i was amazed....my new stereo rocks out sweet thanks to him....and you have to come see his wild subaru van....i highly recommend them....does a quality job......great person....and ice cold water....ill return

I started out on Black Friday to look for a new radio system with navigation and camera. The first store I visited wanted to convince me the feature I wanted was expensive and not necessary. They told me no ones buys it anymore. Than I went to Cartronics and met the owners. As soon as I said I wanted embedded navigation so my wife just had to push a button and not use her phone, they immediately showed me a system that would handle my request. They went through all the options I wanted and made sure the unit would handle all my needs. Realizing it was black friday, I expected to wait a week. To my surprise, they had everything in stock and 4 hours later I drove out with the new system installed in my car at a great price!! They took the time to show me the system and how it worked. Fast, super friendly and great pricing! Highly Recommend.

I moved to town recently and needed to have some work done on my boat. I wanted to put a subwoofer in and add some speakers. I brought it to Kenny to see what he had. He looked at it and made a couple of suggestions. I had limited space as to where to put this subwoofer. Kenny did an excellent job installing it. Kenny also did several "fixes" that needed to be done because the existing system was not working properly. The install came out way better than I thought it would. He gave me a great price on the install. I also checked his prices on the speakers after the fact and I could not have gotten a better deal anywhere! I am very satisfied with his work. The fact that he went the extra mile to fix a lot of things that needed to be fixed and charged me no extra for that was a genuinely nice plus. I read some of the other reviews and one of the gentlemen said he had the personality of a tree... ouch, That's a bit tough. Kenny may not be a used car salesman, but he was very nice, very helpful, and got the job done quickly and at a great price. I would highly recommend him. I plan on getting more work on the boat and I will be bringing it to him. Oh, and the day he did my install when he was writing up the invoice, he checked the date and realized it was his 25th anniversary at that location. You do not stay in business for 25 years being bad.

They've been here in town forever and really know their stuff! Just had them do an old deck in our old truck with new speakers and a sub. It was tuned the way we wanted it and I'd say more than fair on the pricing. To those that say they're expensive, don't confuse fair with cheap!

This place is way too expensive! I wouldn't recommend him to save my life. The absolute worst customer in lake Havasu...It cost me 400 to have My entire system installed in California if you could fork out the $100 in gas you'll save yourself about 500 bucks on installation. He "d me a $1000

I couldn t be happier with my experience working with Kenny and Cynthia at Cartronics. Ken was easy to schedule time to drop my boat off for the work, he stayed within my budget and the system rocks.

Have gone here on several occasions always last minute and he is always accommodating. The last time was last year when it was 112 degrees out. Somehow he agreed to re-wire our boat stereo on a Saturday morning. He does good work and doesn't price gouge you like some of the other stereo shops around.

I called with a question on a 5 minute job the person who i spoke to on the phone was about as friendly as talking to a tree! His customer service skills were horrible, I run a small business and if I can't help someone physically ill take the time to try to lead them the right direction because they might come back in the future!

My Suburban's wiring was a catastrophic nightmare that these guys were able to smooth out somehow someway. The installation of a deck and a complete rewire a job was not only very affordable, but was very fast actually.
