The attendants that greet you when you drive in are very rude every time I ve been here. I tried to give them a few chances, but it seems that is how they treat people all the time. And the car wash is mediocre so I won t be going back.

Took my car here to get an aftermarket gps tracker taken out of my car that was out there by a creep.The man that worked on it said nothing was there or installed.Well, now this morning, the creep showed up 3 hours away, tracking me down. Police ended up getting involved.My babies were with me.I don t even think he looked.He didn t charge me, but also could have just told me and I would have gone up the road to the dealer.I can t rate them on anything other than this.Not good.

Some streaks on windows and the inside of the car smelled like wet horse. Had the mini detail for $39. I'll just do it myself next time. I got home and the car looks terrible, spots all over the place. Wish I'd noticed there, would have had them redo it. Never going back

I used to love this place! They used to use a brush to get the bugs off your grill, headlights, and windshield. The past couple times I've gone, they don't bother, so my front end leaves looking just as bad as it did going in! I get the same level wash I always have. I do like their vacuums, they're quite powerful.

Worst automatic car I have ever been to. I could not believe how dirty our truck looked after the wash. Don't waste your money.

Just had the ecosport cleaned. Does this look clean to you? Paid for the lava full service wash and interior clean. Outside looks better but the interior they did a terrible job.

As a long time customer i am sad to say im done trying this place. The rude kids greeting you and deciding if the car is clean half way decent say this is clean. Just out of wash now. Lol. He says i cant run it through again,refused the clean it. I was sending several customers a day there.

I have used car toys for years and the last two times my suv was left with a weird foggy film after going through the drive thru car wash. I am unsure if this is caused by dirty water or one of the solutions they use but it s almost impossible to get off. It caused me more work than the convenience is worth. I don t recommend going there.

Went in to have my bosses SUV cleaned. They did an amazing job in& out & hand waxed. Took about 45mins. My first time there & waiting room was even very accommodating and comfortable. Very impressed for a car wash

This car wash is only in business because nobody has opened another full-service wash, windows always streaked you pay extra for the wheels and you still have to wipe them down yourself, cant seem to clean these bugs off the front either!

Wow really! Paid for manager's special which is 12 and got only 8 dollar car wash..lol how lazy there employees are to lazy to brush down my grill! They need employees that want to work not be lazy.I go there every month so I know what 12 and 8 dollars are!! Don't be lazy do your job!!

Just finished having a mini detail. The front seats and console wasn't cleaned. This is the 2nd incomplete cleaning.

They did a good job considering all the loose junk in my truck that needed to be worked around. Got the mini detail for $39. Only issue I had was passenger side inside windshield still had streaks. Got a free small vehicle deodorizer. Tipped $10. Would have been more if wife's view had been totally clear.

I tried calling to express my concern but they left me on hold, of course they did. Anyway i asked the young lady to please have them simply brush not just spray the back of my car, she didn't and they didn't. Then i pulled around to show her what happens and she said she did tell them. I said I but they didn't she said no I saw them spray it. Of course she did. They're about the only have in town on this side so I'll keep coming back but, if you come here thinking they will do great job and they care- they won't and they don't

They said an hour but after an hour they hadn t even touched my car. I paid extra for a complete detailing and there are streaks all over my windows and they didn t even wipe the front apparently since there s still bugs on it!Next time I think I ll just do it myself at least if I m rude to me I know who s behind to kick! They were beyond rude! Acted as if they were being put upon when I asked why they didn t mention the extra time.I would have thought they would know how long the job will take no matter how busy. I think these guys are great. They do it all. Ice had my windows tinted and they fixed something afterwards. I had a car starter installed and have had it calibrated sense. My husband had somethings fixed after. They stand by their work. Get my car washed to. Great prices. .

Brian in tint is the best tinter in town. He quit and opened Brian's Tint Shop, By far best tinter in town .

After a two hour wait my car was still dirty. The detail team missed black tar on left rear and the seat backs still had dirt on them and that s just at a glance. After two hours of having the car you d think it would be spotless but nope your lucky if they spend 10 minutes on a vehicle. The owner s of the carwash need to do better, no excuses

Detailing isn't the same as when I was doing it for a living. What happened to buffing and waxing. The inside wasn't even wiped down let alone some kind of protect and on the makeshift leather ornit even the dash board. I bought a car they contracted this service from you... Will never again use this car washing company. Took WAY TO LONG to complete car wash and got there early in the day (a Tuesday). Didn't look very busy. Most employees doing the washing/detail barely moved to do their job. There were a couple that worked hard but the majority... extremely slow (it was painful to watch). Will never, ever again use this company and would never recommend.Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

We were happy, But now our Yukon never gets clean, what happened to the water and brush for the back, we noticed all the cars in the dry off area we're dirty. We went through again and told them, and it came out the same way, so sad

The staff greeter was super nice and it only took 30 min for the mini detail but they left some spots from where the water dripped off the side mirror. The back seat facing the trunk area there was just as much dog hair on the seat and trunk as there was when I brought my car in. They are supposedly armed with this pet hair removing tool that apparently doesn't work or they just did a rush job on my car. Either way this place is no great shakes. I may try the other places in town for comparison value. Stay tuned.

I always get the $5.00 wash which is an adequate rinse of Havasu dust. Nice to have free vacuums. Staff is always efficient.It doesn't get dead bugs off the grill, bumper or mirrors. I come here on a regular basis. I prefer coming here instead of self wash because the rinse is filtered water, no streaks of hard water residue.

aaliyah is the worst !! she is very rude ! yelling and blaming the damage to my car on me from their car wash!! the car was not cleaned with bugs all over the front ! this place is trash just like their employees.
