This is, by far, the best experience I've ever had with a repair shop. Most RV repair shops are horrid at best and have no idea what they're doing. Bud, the owner, diagnosed our problem very quickly and provided a very reasonable price for upgrades. He knew literally everything about our RV and has an encyclopedic knowledge about all models because of his 35 plus years in the business. He also had the same knowledge about our Jeep tow vehicle and provided a "chip" to help with its performance.

I called to schedule a repair on my coach in early September with April, and the appointment was made for November 1st at 8:30 am. I called again two days prior to the appointment date and again April confirmed that all was good to go. I live 1.5 hours away and on Nov. 1st I arrived maybe 20 minutes early for my appointment. The man that was in the office was on the phone when I arrived and had one customer ahead of me in the office. After a couple more phone calls it was my time to be checked in. He asked my name and information on the needed repairs. After explaining my needs with him, he simply replied that " I don't want to get involved with a repair on a 2006 Monaco dash air conditioning repair".I was pretty shocked at his reply, but I did thank him and returned the 1.5 hour drive home. It seems pretty poor customer service to have committed to a repair and after the time and expense to drive to Canyon Country RV only to be turned away!I would NOT recommend this repair business to anyone. Drive somewhere, anywhere that will actually follow through with their commitments.Ed

Extremely knowledgeable. The guy helped me trouble shoot my water pump problem before he would even sell me a water pump. I will definitely make this my first place next time

MicroMinnieFLX was electrically dead returning from holidays. Canyon Country worked with me by email to determine the Xantrex unit was probably bad, set up an appointment, determined the details and fixed the unit. Good, friendly service at a reasonable cost.

The SuperSteer Factory gave me Bud's name and number. I researched them online and found it a little hard to believe that they were "that good". The difference Bud's work made on my Winnebago Adventurer 29B is truly indescribable. Driving out of his parking area I could tell the difference. One of the most impressive interactions with Bud was the fact that he knew exactly what I needed to give us a safe and more comfortable driving experience. I just can't say enough about Bud and April. They seem to wear their business on their sleeve and I would not hesitate to recommend Canyon Country to anyone and everyone.Thank you - Thank you - Thank youOH...and YES Bud is "that good" !Service: Steering & suspension repair

Staff was knowledgeable and helpful to take care of my needs. They are super fair not jacking up the price on old stock to meet new prices! I will and would deal with them without hesitation. It also helps that they are open later than many other RV supply stores in Havasu

AWESOME!!! Bud and his team are amazing. We had engine problems and had to be towed into the shop. Bud and his team worked diligently and got us back on the road! They are amazingly friendly and understanding, the repairs were done correctly, on time and the charges were extremely reasonable. I will tell everyone "if you need work done, there's nowhere else I'd go" Can't say enough good things about them.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

After trying to get our trailer brakes working by two different RV mechanics, we found Bud, who knew right away what the problem was and along with his mechanics, was able to fix it. Bud went out of his way to help us, and even employed a local machine shop to grind down the original brake drums as the part was unavailable. I would definitely recommend Canyon Country. Bud and his crew were wonderful, friendly, and I believe trustworthy.Service: Brakes

3 mechanics later, Bud was the only one to figure out what was wrong with my car, And it wasn t the 1000&s of dollars it was a 100$ dollar part, I highly recommend him, he s polite , kind, and incredibly smart but most of all Honest! Thank you so much!!

Bud and April are 2 of the most efficient and knowledgeable people I've encountered in the RV repair business and I've been doing this 30+ years. We had them install tow equipment on our Ford 150 was completed on time and price. Wish this level of knowledge was more available.

Have been dealing with Canyon Country Truck Auto & RV, for years. The most competent place to deal with. Bud has a knowledge that very few can match. He will go out of his way to help you and make sure you are happy. Most HONEST person to deal with. Would HIGHLY recommend him for all your repairs. Great staff also.

After visiting other RV parts and service places in town with absolutely zero results, I found Canyon Country. Bud took the time to not only listen to the issues I was having with my 12 volt system on my Rv but helped me by drawing schematics and pointed out other possible causes. After checking all of the suggestions with no luck, Bud actually drove out to where I'm camped after business hours and diagnosed and fixed my 12 volt system. This type of customer service is non existent anymore and very much appreciated. Canyon Country is a small business but they're huge on customer service.Thank you Bud!

Bud, told me what I needed to do to correct the balance issue of my rv. Very knowledgeable and I believe trustworthy.Hard to find that nowadays. I live an 1.5 hrs away and I will use Canyon Country Truck for future services.

My RV's AC compressor died in 100+ degree weather. I called Bud and he said he would work me in the following week. Tiffin overnighted the parts and he had them by Monday. I dropped the RV off Tuesday morning ar 0800. Bud called by 1130 and said it was done! Excellent customer service by Bud and his whole crew. I can highly recommended Canyon Country Truck and RV.

My experience with Canyon Country has been nothing short of exemplary. We arrived in Lake Havasu with our RV needing brakes NOW! . I did a little research and called around for quotes and work schedules. The owner at Canyon Country got back to me quickly, his price was fair and he was able to accommodate our travel schedule. He knows the mechanics of RV's and is able to communicate in terms that gives you confidence in his teams ability. I would unequivocally recommend Bud and Canyon Country for RV service in the Lake Havasu area.

Bud was fabulous. He worked with the folks at Hendersons suspension to build the best front end suspension, and rear end traction for our Super C Ford 550 diesel motorhome. We were ready to trade for a truck and camper. We are now planning many trips in our much improved motorhome. THANK YOU.

Bud and his crew has kept my DP motor home in top running condition with really fair prices. When I was on a tight schedule they were able to address a problem quickly so we could join our caravan. Highly recommend this shop!

The place to go for repair work. They always have motorhomes and vehicles being worked on. A drive line specialist in Kingman recommended me to Canyon Country. I was impressed with Bud, who called me back the next day and was extremely knowledgeable and helped me decide the best option on a truck modification..Thanx Bud

Leaving Havasu Landing, I had dashboard lights flashing and into limp mode i went. It was a Sun so had it towed to Needles repair shop. Disaster there (no diagnosis and that cost me hundreds of dinero to get it off that lot) so I had it towed from that lot to Canyon.Canyon initially said that could not get to it for a couple weeks. However, they ended up diagnosing the 38' beast within a day and called me to let me know what the preliminary diagnosis was and that would trouble shoot it to determine final problems (ECB wires, harness in turbo fan, etc.). No bueno right! I got a call the next day and said they found all of the problems and should be able to get it out within a few days.What is interesting is that I had a big trip planned three days later (was for a surprise RV BD party for me it turned out with peeps coming from miles around). Canyon knew about it, I did not. Wifey was having separate conversations with them...In any event, and did i mention that one of the three days was a Mon holiday???, they called me the day before my event, and told me my rig was ready to be picked up...So i went and picked it up (6 hr drive) and it has worked great ever since. Canyon is awesome and I highly recommend them for any RV need you may have. Nice folks to boot.Services: Transmission, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Friendly, courteous , fair and competent!. Totally happy customer!Had a problem with electric steps on 25' motor home. Two techs at another service shop in a nearby town each misdiagnosed problem as controller module - quoted $279 plus labor. Did not cure problem (they did not charge).Bud, the boss, and Jason, the tech, gave us immediate attention, correctly and promptly diagnosed problem and repaired it in 0.8 of an hour. Rather than ordering a new motor, they used parts on hand and replaced just the broken gears.

Called them because our air wasn t working and he helped us fix over the phone! Professional and curiosity without charging for an easy fix! Super knowledgeable- highly recommend! Old fashion customer service!!
