It's probably the worst body shop i have ever experienced. Not only did they delay my completion date 4 times, but lied about it multiple times. After they "Finished" the job on my car it had mutiple paint bubbles, parts not painted, body clips missing, and to top it off, they still did not fix everything that was damaged. I contacted my insurance and will be bringing it elsewhere to be fixed correctly. Trust me....go elsewhere.

Had an awesome experience taking my truck to caliber collision !!! Chris is the guy who helped me! Very knowledgeable and professional! Highly recommend! It s good to know there s still good people out there like Chris! He keeps you informed and constantly communicates!!! I ll definitely be telling all my family and friends about their professionalism and great customer service!

Caliber was great to us! They got us in the day after our car was hit and had the car looking brand new within a week when it was supposed to take two weeks. My wife had to drop the car off and pick it up and both times she commented on how friendly and helpful the staff was. Very impressed and highly recommend

I brought my car in for repairs and was helped by Chris I was super satisfied with the work done with my car it was amazing. We just had the bed of our pick up truck repaired at Caliber. They did an amazing job and kept us informed every couple of days on their progress. When we picked up the truck, it looked like it was brand new. Very conscientious and friendly people to work with.

My insurance sent me to Caliber Collision for side panel damage. I couldn't be more pleased, they kept communication open and were very helpful thru out the process. I even got my car a day ealier!!Thank you Caliber Collision y'all ROCK!!!

Everyone I dealt with was very professional and courteous. My car is new (2023). The repairs took it back to original condition. They sent regular texts and kept me informed of their progress. My insurance company went through them for a smashed driver's side door. They did a great job! Looks good as new, and it was done a day earlier than it was supposed to be. Just overall an excellent experience. Chris in particular was fantastic

We had a horrible experience all around with Brothers Auto Body! I recommend staying clear and shopping around!! They had glowing reviews as you can see on Google and were a preferred shop through Nationwide Insurance as well so we figured we would be satisfied. Well after 64 days in the shop total, the truck is still not back to its like new 2018 condition. After a month in the shop Karin "Shop Manager" called and said our truck was back to new and we could come and get it. When we arrived and inspected the truck it had two colors of paint, paint runs, chips in the paint in many locations, debris under the paint in many locations, scratches and scuffs, bubbled up decals, damage to the tailgate cap that was not replaced, damage to the plastic on the front bumper that was caused at the shop and the list goes on. I of course refused to take my truck in this condition and Karin apologized and stated she was embarrassed and would talk to the Shop Owner Frank Gustafson, and the Painter and get all of this resolved ASAP. Moving forward for the next almost five weeks I had to have my insurance company follow up on the progress moving forward. Then I had to take over checking in on the progress all of which Mr. Gustafson did not return the majority of my calls and continued to promise dates that would pass and I would not hear from him so I would have to call to get the next estimated day down the road. So after the 64 day visit Frank told me they had done 110% job on my truck and it was ready to pick up. Once again I showed up at the shop and the truck still had two colors of paint, locations where the finish has spots and ripples in certain lighting in the paint, only a handful of chips and spots with debris under the paint this time with some improvement, still some scuffs, poorly installed loose door protection package, tailgate cap still not replaced and now I had stains on the headliner fabric inside the cab as well as a large stain on the fabric of my center console from their carelessness. I pointed out all of this obvious amateur body work and paint job and Frank stated, "This is the Best we can do"! I let him know his best was not good enough and I took my truck. My insurance is disgusted with the horrible quality this shop put out on my truck. Now I have to take my truck to another body shop to fix all of the mistakes Brothers made! STAY CLEAR OF THIS SHOP, their output is very amateur, careless and has no attention to detail. I have attached just a sample of the photos so you can see what Brothers Auto Body's Best Work looks like....

Had our AC condenser go out due to road damage while on vacation. Had a limited time to get repairs done, Caliber Lake Havasu got us back on the road two days ahead of when we needed the car! Great work and fast friendly service!

They did an amazing job and were very thorough with the repair. They kept me up to date with text messages and called me when there were possible issues with getting parts. Best part is they dealt with my insurance company which made my life easy. Chanda will take good care of you when you go there.Chanda did a great job to get our truck done right and it did not take months to get back to us. It is bad when Bullhead City and Fort Mohave AZ. takes 3 or more months to get your vehicle back to you. I will go to Lake Havasu AZ. again. We did take the truck back to get it painted. Keep up the good work Chanda.
