Update: BUYER BEWARE!!!! They won't honor their work or the product they sell you. They are uneducated about the products they install, and when you ask educated questions, they accuse you of being rude in an effort to avoid answering you. Then they will simply walk away from you! DO NOT HAVE WORK DONE WITHOUT A WRITTEN ESTIMATE AND WARRANTY.If you read my first review, they have refused to honor any of their work after selling my dad used parts and leaving work half done. They have also refused to take responsibility for damage done at their shop during the installation of air conditioners. My dad has been there since the beginning of July, and this is how they sent him home! See photos

They helped solve my sewer problem quickly and professionally, after dealing with two other RV services that didn't even show up for their appointment and paying another 200 dollars who kept the money and didn't show up.

I don't even know where to start. Byrds saved are toy hauler from being totalled. Charlie, Dustin, Grant and Corey are the best in the industry. We absolutely will not take our trailer to anyone else to work on. We had frame issues that could have been distrastous that they fixed and made even more robust. Other local rv repair shops wouldn't even touch this type of repair. Having over 100k miles on our toy hauler caused other issues that needed to be addressed: holding tanks, braces, lines, roof, flooring, slide outs, etc. A lot of damage caused by frame and brace issues. They improved the Lippert frame with new braces and gussets. They fixed and even improved on existing issues. We are very thankful for them, their knowledge, expertise, skill and willingness to think outside the box. If you need any kind of repair or service, custom or routine on your RV, Byrds is it. Thanks guys.

They initially didn t want to make the 6.5-mile drive so postponed my appointment until the following Monday. They never showed or even called to say they were running late! When I called to ask, Dustin told me to find someone else and hung up on me. There are far too many someone else s. Luckily for me, it was not an urgent repair but I still found someone else within 10 minutes. With this kind of (non-existent) service and bad attitude, it just goes to show the ethics of the family in this family-owned business. Unreliable. Unprofessional. Unnecessary.

I would give them a ZERO if I could. Total waste of my time.I was in Lake Havasu with a step problem with my RV. Trusted these guys, otherwise I would have pursued other legitimate businesses who care about their customers.After promising to order the necessary part, Dustin totally ghosted us, didn t answer texts etc. Called Byrd in Kingman, spoke nicely to a rude surly sh$t Byrd who made it obvious that he didn t care about our problem. Politely asked Mr Byrd to call and let us know the status. Never happened. If you want to be completely frustrated with a business when you have a problem, call these guys.ABSOLUTELY, the worst customer service of any business I ve ever dealt with.

Excellent service. Arrived promptly, got right to work diagnosing problem. Found problem, immediately fixed wiring problem (no dilly dallying around talking, etc.) & reasonable price. Couldn't even get anyone else to come to us, even when we offered to pay a travel/service charge. Would definitely recommend Dustin.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

There are great people to get your RV or boat service or get fix just tell them what needs to be fixed and they only advise you what to fix and what to get done Dustin and the guys are great and honestly people that why we go back to them and God bless them and they family

Haven't got service here, and wouldn't after following one of their trucks into Lake Havasu City from Parker. Driver felt the need to use the road as his ash tray.
