I don t have any clue where these peoples heads are with their reviews. Shannon was EXTREMELY KIND and went above and beyond to diagnose my vehicles check engine light. All it took was a simple 5 second call and he politely asked me to bring it by the shop and he d be more than happy to diagnose an fix my issue. He also made 2 keys for my car which were very reasonably priced. All in all Busy Bee is an outstanding place of business and they ve earned my respect and business for as long as I m alive. Shannon is very disrespectful and ridiculous. Gives out false information and even hung up the phone on me while talking. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! I never leave negative reviews because I don't like hurting a business but one thing about this is that what goes around, also comes around Shannon. I'm sure if you think about it, you'll remember exactly who I am

This company deserves Zero stars. They do not know the laws for the services they are providing. We had to hire a lawyer to get our property back even after we provided proof of our ownership (which is all that is required in the State of Arizona) of the property they impounded illegally. NEVER USE THIS TOW COMPANY as this business doesn't know what they are doing and have poorly trained customer service team.

My car got towed because I was an idiot. I was notified by police where it was located. Walked too busy b and was told what would be needed to get it out. I ve got to say this process was easier than I thought. Showed proof that I owned that bucket and paid my bill and was out of there in 45 minutes. Shannon and his team at Busy B Auto are absolutely fantastic. His prices are fair, his work is impeccable, and his staff always keeps me updated. Any issues with my vehicle I call Shannon and he takes care of it no problem. Best automotive shop in town. I would give 10 stars if it was an option!

After looking all over Parker and Havasu for somewhere to cut a new key for my Expedition, Busy Bee was recommended to me. Very fast and friendly service. They got me a replacement key and programmed it for a reasonable price. I only had the one key and it broke so they truly were a Godsend. Highly recommended!

Thank you guys so much! I was on vacation from Cali when I lost my keys in the lake from a jet ski accident. I called every locksmith and Kia dealer no one had my keys due to it being to new a 22 Shannon managed to work his magic and get one from Vegas and reprogrammed it. Great communication and always kept me in the loop I was stressing so bad on how I was getting home. I appreciate you guys so much ! The owner of this company is that dude for sure. As someone who has been in the mechanic industry, this customer service his hard to find. He personally went out of his way to help me when I was in need.Lost my keys on a job site in the middle of the desert and he came out to me when no one else would.If in or around Havasu area, this is the place to go.Service: Car key copying

Absolutely love this place. The staff turned a bad situation into an almost pleasant experience. They continue to impress with their service and attitudes. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. They go above and beyond every time.

By far the worst experience I have had at a mechanics in my life. I called to have my car towed in and the serpentine belt replaced, was quoted $150 and told it wouldn't take that long. I had my car towed there at 11am. By 6pm I still haven't gotten a call back and ended up calling them. They proceed to tell me it needed a special serpentine belt kit, I'm not stupid with cars and know what it needed, then they tell me the water pump is out and the new bill is close to $400. On top of this rude customer service and speaking to you as if you're stupid and don't know what you're looking at. I don't recommend anyone going here unless you want to be ripped off, stay away. Not only that but my vehicle was held ransom and boxed in until I paid $110 just to get it out of their dumps looking yard.

My Honda Civic key fob broke off from the metal stem. Did not want to have to drive all the way to the nearest Honda dealership in Kingman in order to have a new key made. After unsuccessfully tying a few local locksmiths was advised to visit Busy B. They are the only company in the area with the equipment needed to cut and program newer dealership keys. Very quick and efficient service. Also, reasonably priced. I highly recommend!

A few weeks ago I gave Shannon, owner of Busy B Towing, a one-star review due to a misunderstanding. I regret that and now give him 5 stars.He's a wonderful person, very honest, and very capable. I will definitely use his services again.

I was visiting Lake Havasu on 9/20/2017. I needed my oil changed to return to North Carolina seemed a simple thing. Shannon changed oil and despite manufacturer calling for 7 quarts of oil Shannon put 8 quarts. I had to remove 1 quart what a mess. Never go there again I will visit there again since my son lives there. How a mechanic can screw up such simple procedure as oil change is beyond me.

Our car with full coverage was towed out off a dirt rd by this company. Shannon is trying to double the charges on the tow from the original quote shannon wont release vehicle and is now saying after 6 weeks of having it and hasnt even done anything that theres more damage when we went there and looked at it it hadnt even been touched he is a liar the insurance has been waiting on him and now he is saying theres a whole in the motor he is a liar and a scam artist most buisnesses in our town wont even do cash sales with shannon owner of busy bee towing lake havasuServices: Special vehicle towing, Car towing

he writes his own reviews, he charges $2,000 to tow a vehicle from out by the airport. When he took $500 off brought it down to $1,500 because he tried to charge the storage for sitting out front of a shop in the street the motor was running when he received it he mentioned himself. when he failed to communicate with insurance for repairs insurance had to force him to release vehicle. insurance moved it to dealer and motor is siezed from him running it without oil. driver of tow truck was doing a turn on hwy and another vehicle hit the tow truck during the tow nearly claiming the victims life. car was less then 1 mile on a graded dirt roadService: Car towing

I dont have any contributions as far as their mechanic work but I will say that as a woman, who's car wouldn't start while alone driving out of state I was relieved it was just that battery and I appreciated that I wasn't taken advantage of and lied to for unnecessary repairs. This man KEVIN tows your car makes repairs without having a contract signed. And then he holds your vehicle hostage until you pay his amount without a contract. Very poor poor businessman. People in Arizona are living on the streets and dying on the streets because of this man. All their possessions he has locked up that are inside their vehicle and he has hidden the vehicle. This man should be in jail. My long life friend Ron Everett is currently dying in the streets of Arizona with his five dogs because of this man.

Took my truck in to get a gooseneck ball installed, the ball clunks back and forth when you take off and stop. Call twice to have him look at it they never had time. He checked the transmission fluid for me told me that it was black no pink on it at all needed to be changed ASAP, I went back and pulled the dipstick out pull it out it was Pink as could be! The only thing Pinker in there was the guy's face for lying to me.

Honestly. In my opinion they don't even deserve a whole star,they had my truck for a week for some simple electric work that could have been done in two to three days also they refused to let anyone see it because the "tires were off"I wouldn't recommend it to any one that's for sure ...I'm just glad I my vehicle back in one piece
