Britton's Auto and Truck RV Service is a lifesaver. We were in our RV at Quartzsite when our emission indicator light came on. We live in the Las Vegas area. We called them explaining of our concerns about driving all the way back home. They were able to service our RV the next day and we were back on the road within an 1 1/2 hour. They were truly customer oriented and provided professional service. Thanks again for being there when we needed immediate service

Ron Harmon and his team assisted me with a dead battery issue and went above and beyond to assist me last week, even offering to make me a sandwich for lunch! Yesterday I had my car serviced for an oil change and my windshield washer fluid dispenser wasn't working. The mechanic repaired it, cleaned all the lines and put fresh windshield wiper fluid in it. Great service in a timely manner and reasonable costs! I highly recommend Britton's!

Ron, and Mark saved my Ford F250 diesel , they worked diligently fer a couple a weeks , and thru Ron s knowledge of these things, he got it nailed. This shop is, and always will be my go to ! Honest & reliable! If you have a vehicle that you want to KEEP for as long as is practical , Britton s is the ideal place to have the work done. I have a 96 Dodge Ram 2500 that I want to keep going for as long as I can. I just got the fuel pump replaced the 2nd week of Dec 23; now it runs great. Previous repairs include: tune ups, brakes, radiator & transmission work over the last 10 years. 100% satisfied.

Super place! I have had maintenance performed twice there. Both times were excellent!! Price is reasonable and they are busy, so an appointment would be good. Quick, fast, clean shop. Mechanics know their business. The reason I didn't perform my own MX is I am on the road and campgrounds don't allow MX to be performed. Brittons is well worth your time and money! Tell them Kenny sent you! And no, I am NOT getting anything out of this. Just support them, you won't be disappointed!

Britton s is a top notch repair shop. I took my 34 Motorhome there to have the exhaust manifolds R&R d because of several broken studs on the V-10 engine. They allowed us to park the rig on the back driveway and hookup to 50A power for two nights. They worked very efficiently and had the job done in the stated timeframe, less than 2 days, and close enough to the estimated price that I was elated with the job.Kirby is an excellent mechanic and a fine person, very friendly and willing to explain things. All the other mechanics were just as good. Ron, the shop manager, is a true professional. He stopped at our coach on his way out an hour after closing to fully explain how things had gone on day one. I was impressed!Being a full time RVer traveling all over the country and Canada, I am always on the lookout for a GOTO place for my vehicle and RV repairs. Britton s has earned my trust and future business. I would be shocked if you didn t come away from this business with the same feelings.

I recently dropped of my Cadillac Escalade Xlt 2005 to Britton's automotive shop for some much-needed maintenance and repair work. And let me just say, the service and expertise I received were nothing short of exceptional. I was told by others that they do a great job.The Work Done:From repairing the undercarriage, hoses, suspension, transmission, shocks, to performing a complete tune-up, Kirby and the team at this shop went above and beyond to ensure that my Escalade was running at peak performance. Their attention to detail and dedication to getting the job done right truly impressed me.Great Communication:The technicians were highly skilled and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything they were doing and answering any questions I had. And the customer service was top-notch, with the staff being friendly, helpful, and communicative throughout the entire process. They even showed me all the parts and stuff they replaced. That was a big box!A Long Drive:After picking up my Escalade, I had to drive a total of about 3000 miles to Whidbey Island, WA and then back to Havasu. I immediately noticed the difference in the way it drove - smoother, quieter, and with a noticeable boost in power. It was clear that the repairs and maintenance had been done with precision and care. I was stressed in the beginning of the drive but that quickly went away.A Proven Group of Professionals:To say the least, I couldn't be happier with the experience I had at Britton's truck, auto & RV repair shop. Their expertise and attention to detail, combined with their exceptional customer service, make them stand out as one of the best in Lake Havasu. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of truck repairs, [or any other vehicles] and will definitely be bringing my Escalade back to them for future maintenance and repair work. We come down to Havasu for the winter every year and to be honest we haven t had much in the way of good service. These people however are so great. They re honest and friendly and really helped us out with our dodge even though they were busy. They also gave my husband a ride to and from our RV park. Excellent service. Thank you guys so much!

I have been coming to Britton s since I moved into town 2 1/2 years ago. They came highly recommended and stand up to their reputation. I m always treated with respect even when I say that thing makes a funny noise. The team knows when I m on the road with my horses that my truck is most important and they make sure to keep it in top shape for me. I recommend Britton s to everyone I know for excellent service and competitive prices.

We had the best experience here! We needed a repair for our RV air bags. Rob was able to get us in immediately and quickly figured out our problem. We were traveling through to get home to Washington. He was able to diagnose the problem, order the part, and get us back in as soon as it arrived. He genuinely cared about helping us get back on the road. The repair was very reasonable, which is a reflection on the honesty and integrity of this shop. We highly recommend them. Very happy with my experience here. I am used to feeling pretty uncomfortable at mechanics shops due to being a young woman. The guys here immediately greeted me with a friendly smile and offered me donuts! They listened to my concerns and talked me through their processes/ everything they saw and were thinking. I felt very comfortable asking questions. They were booked out for weeks but did me a huge favor by squeezing me in when my check engine light came on while on a road trip. I would definitely go here again if in the area.

We have a GMC Sierra that blew off it's turbo intake tube, and needed a fix before we continued our trip. Called the top rated shops around the Lake Havasu area, and Britton's was the only place that accepted me needing an immediate fix even despite being booked out.Got to meet both Ron and Bryan during my repair, which only took 3 days including a delay on the part delivery. Got some free advice from Bryan as a bonus. Good vibes all around on this place. Would come here again if I were in the area.

We came in from out of town and our F350 went into safe mode for the last couple hours of the drive. We showed up at 8am Monday morning and even though they were booked three weeks out for service, Ron was nice enough to run the computer to try and diagnose the problem. He explained what he thought was going on and gave his opinion on whether we could drive home. He was very helpful and honest!

The customer service at this shop top notch. I was really impressed with how clean the shop itself is, all the tools are put away, you can actually walk thru it and not trip over anything!!! When you schedule service appointments, you're greeted with a smile. They are true to the estimate for repairs they give, unless there is something unforeseen, then they call you to let you know ahead of time, instead of finding out when you come to pick up your vehicle. Great shop, great staff, excellent work!!!!!!

These guys are great. We were stranded in Havasu with a broken down rv. These guys got us scheduled in right away. We were worried about having to get a motel room during for several nights and they even offered for us to stay in their lot with electric. As it turned out, within a hour they diagnosed the problem and ordered that part by 10:00am. Part arrived at 3:00pm and they promptly made the repair. We were back on the road by 4:15pm. Very knowledgeable and professional. Fair prices too. We highly recommend Britton's.

I'm from out of town so I know nobody to recommend a shop to look at my diesel giving me an error code indicating EGR valve problems. I saw Britton's had good reviews, so I stopped by to see what they could do. Ron dropped what he was doing and connected his computer to my truck and assured me I was ok temporarily. He quoted me a fair price to fully diagnose the issue. He couldn't get me in right away so we made an appointment for his earliest available time. Upon arrival for my appointment, he fully tested not only the EGR, but gave the brakes, drive train and engine a good looking over for my upcoming 1000 mile trip home towing a 15,000 lb 5th wheel. He discovered I had a radiator overflow tank leak, quoted a fair price, and replaced it lickety-split!! This guy is honest, thorough, and very knowledgeable.

I dealt with 5 other repair shops in Lake Havasu City and Parker Arizona before I found this shop. This was the first shop that actually acted like they wanted my business. Four of the other 5 shops have yet to even return my calls, and the one that did blew me off until the next day and THEN didn't call back after that.Mr. Britton was polite and outgoing from the first moment I stepped into his shop. The shop was occupied with a few vehicles under various repairs, yet was SO clean as to be noticeable. Even Mr. Britton was clean and not covered in grease and dirt. We discussed my issues, which involved having an axle seal replaced in my motorhome, and he understood my needs to have the repair completed in one day as this was my home. He told me then that in the event a problem occurred, I could spend the night at his location and he would provide me with power and water. I was so impressed with Mr. Britton and his shop that I decided to ask him to replace all 6 of my tires at the same time. He shopped around and found me a very good price for the specific tires I needed (Michelin's).As it turned out, there were problems with repairing the seal as the part he ordered from the local vendor did not fit and had to be ordered from out of town. This was not his fault, but Mr. Britton did everything in his power to get me back in the RV as soon as possible. He kept in contact with me throughout, and was never anything less that totally professional. Even though I was without my motorhome for 2 nights, I am still VERY satisfied with the service I received from this shop.I heartily recommend this shop for any vehicle/truck/RV repairs you might need.

Britton's is Definitely the place to go! Brian and his team did an amazing job on making my motorhome drive and ride like a dream!! New springs and air bags made all the difference in the world!! Generator purrs like a kitten now!! Very happy with service and work was done quickly. Highly recommended!! Thanks Brian!!

This place is one of if not the best RV service facilities I have ever been to! Customer service is number one with Brian and he really proved that on my RV. We broke a frame component on our coach while driving on I-40 heading to Havasu. I called his number late in the day after googling "RV frame repair" and got his number.After leaving a message I assumed the worse, that there would be no call back that day and I'd be calling regularly after that to get through. He called back 10 minutes later apologizing because he was working on another vehicle and couldn't get to the phone. I was already liking what I was hearing!After a brief explanation of our issue, he told me to bring it to the shop the next morning at 7:00 AM. and he'd have a look. Once he determined that the frame was broken, he told me of fixes he had done in similar situations on other coaches. I was really glad that I was at a shop that was not shooting in the dark on such a critical component.Once he conferred with his neighbor Bill at Southside Welding, they fabricated new pieces to reinforce the frame and improve on the poor design from the factory. After they were welded in place Brian started the process of adjusting the air ride suspension so we could continue on our way home.Yep, it took all day but it was a lot of work and precarious as well working under air ride suspension! I can't say enough good things about Brian at Britton's Auto and RV along with Bill from Southside Welding. They pulled out all the stops for us. If your in LHC and need expert RV repairs, look up Britton's!
