Great service. No one likes to have to get their car worked on, but Bob's is a great place to go if you need to. In my most recent experience, Bob's quoted me a price to fix my issue. Turns out the part were a lot less expensive and I was able to save about $1800. I would have never known had they not been upfront and honest. I highly recommend.

I have found the only mechanics that I can trust to do anything I need. I will not use anyone else.Update: 10/4/23- Had a vacuum hose replaced, $45 including labor. These guys rock.Update: 01/09/24- They checked several things that were possibly draining my battery, found the culprit, and fixed it quickly. This is why I won't go anywhere else!

I have been going to My Shop for years. I won't go anywhere else. I have three vehicles. They have maintained and/or repaired everything, except tires. I have never had a complaint or had to return the second time. You can drop your vehicle off and they will take you home and come pick you up when the job is done. You won't find better folks to deal with in Lake Havasu. I am very thankful for their reliable service.

This is a really good place, a mom and pop shop. They treated me with respect and kindness. I was late to my appointment and yet they still treated me like I was on time. I didn t expect a courtesy shuttle for changing a car part (side mirror) and yet they did.I had the wrong part due to a connection issue and they called me about it and we figured out something we both agreed on. And the timing of the job was quicker than I anticipated. I used to work at a dealership service dept and I know when they don t care about a vehicle or person, but these people took the time to make sure the job was done correctly and ensured I know what was going on. I like this place and decided to do my oil change too. I am definitely coming back for their services.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Bob's My Shop is the ONE & ONLY place for us.. We have lived in Havasu for 32 years. This shop is honest, tells you what is wrong with your vehicle & gives you a fair price before fixing it. They have the best mechanics & personnel in the business. This place is definitely secured my business from here on out. I gave them a call yesterday to try to get my wife's vehicle in at the last moment to have a u-joint replaced. I called four other locations before contacting Bob's and all four locations quoted me three times the amount that Bob's charged for the repair! They were quick they were professional and they even picked my wife up from home and drove her back to the shop so that she could pick up her vehicle! I definitely give this business a five-star rating.Service: Transmission

Bob's My Shop has serviced our cars for 7 years. They always diagnose the issue and have us back on the road that afternoon on the next morning after service. Bob s My Shop diagnosis on my KIA was on point and they notified me for the repairs, parts, and cost before work was done. They are very busy and will also work around your schedule. This shop is amazing!!! The communication, detail plus the timely work is not seen in very many shops. KENNY is on top of everything! We did service in phases. Truck was in at 8 out by 1. We had an emergency a week ago, got us in the next day. Water pump,belts,thermostat, once again outstanding service. We come out to Havasu monthly, and they are the only shop we will use! They stick to the quote they give you, if anything changes a call is made in advance for authorization. I can not say enough about this business. I stopped by the shop yesterday to check on the possibility of getting my car repaired in the next week or so and they got me in this morning. The employees were extremely friendly and professional and the service was top notch. I took my truck in to have the rear end. Resealed. They did a wonderful service. Went above and beyond. For me. Asked if could be done same day. And they didn't disappoint. I would recommend going to bobs. Very nice and professional people. At bobs your in good hands.

I contacted Bob's My Shop because my mechanic had closed his shop. When I looked online Bob's My Shop came up with a very high rating and I knew they had been in business a long time. They got my car in the beginning of the next week and had the repair done in a day. Their repair charges lower than expected, so consequently I will be taking my car to Bob's My Shop in the future. I went here based on the reviews I read online and was not disappointed. I had my entire air conditioning rebuilt in my Honda and an alternator replaced in my truck. Everything at Bob's was handled with the highest level of professionalism, and very fair pricing. Jim at the front desk answered all my questions patiently and knowledgeably, with no pressure whatsoever. He just presented different options and let me decide. I have a severe allergic condition, and everyone at Bob's went the extra mile without complaint to ensure that my vehicles remained clean and allergen-free. Can't recommend them more highly--will definitely be back!

Brakes checked and all 4 struts replaced. Very nice on time explained and talked with me with clarity. As a woman it is nice to go to a shop that is honest and treats you with respect. Unbelievable service. Didn't make it the last 100 miles to Havasu and based on reviews had my truck towed to Bob's. after hours and left a note in the drop box with what had happened (lost all coolant). Called at 8:03 the next morning and was told they had it in a bay and checking it out. Short time later they called me with a diagnosis and a reasonable quote for a new water pump and told it would be done by noon. Showed up around 10:30 to check on things and the truck was done. They knew how important it was to our vacation and got us up and running in no time. Hard to find people like this.Service: Engine repair

Bob s My Shop is what every shop should be. I am a snowbird from Ohio and I will delay maintenance to my vehicle if possible just to take it to Bobs. They are customer friendly with reliable estimates, on both time and cost. They are honest and don t try to up sell you every time you get a repair or maintenance. The check engine light was on in my truck. Bob s ran a scan and said it was a minor sensor that didn t need to be replaced, they recommended I save my money. Since I am planning on selling the truck I decided to make the repair but I appreciate the honesty! Fast, friendly service! I highly recommend!
