We are having electrical issues and couldn't keep our power on. James was able to come out for an emergency call and take a look at it. He did an extensive evaluation of the problem and was thorough in his explanation of what he found. I highly recommend BlackSheep RV and already have him working on quotes for some non-urgent issues. He was prompt, courteous, and thorough.

James did an AC Replacement on our motorhome and worked with our extended warranty. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. Can't ask for a better mobile RV tech. Highly recommend Black sheep RV!

Our RV transfer switch had shorted out so had no 120v service. James answered my call by 4th ring. Had an estimate and time to schedule the repair texted to me in 30 minutes for 10 am the next day. Showed up 10 minutes early!!!! Completed and cleaned up the job. An excellent experience.

James' response time to our initial request was immediate. We really appreciated that because our AC went out, and it was over 100�! He was able to get the necessary parts that evening and then he came out to repair the AC, AFTER DARK!! Now THAT is WAY above and beyond service!! While inspecting the AC, he noticed our plumbing vents needed replacement, and quoted us a VERY REASONABLE PRICE for the whole job. He's a GREAT guy, very conscientious, and meticulous in his work. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BlackSheep RV repair!!

I hired James with Black Sheep RV to do a pre-purchase inspection on an RV that I was interested in buying and I m ecstatic that I did. I almost bought an RV that would ve required a new roof. I can t say enough about James.

Black Sheep RV Repair fixed my Propane leaks FAST! Finally a company that Respects customers Time concerns. Not like some that show up late, then move as fast as Tim Conway routine. Black Sheep was thorough, showed us the problems and quickly finished the work. There are quite a few here, But I will never go to anyone else at Lake Havasu. Prices were very competitive too!

Outstanding work by James, front AC quit working after a power interruption, he came over after dinner last night, found out the start capacitor was popped, had one out here the next morning, over the top service, highly recommended!

Fixed my RV plumbing problem. Did another plumbing job today. New faucet. Also checked my batteries and fixed some other things.4-15-24. James completed more for us this month. I will use him again.

Furnace not working, had power but no heat coming out. This was the second place I called and James came out right away. I needed a control board which he had to order, when it did not come in he drove an hour out of his way to get a board for me. Great service, yes I would use again. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of these techs to help us out here.Service: Electrical

I'm just going to say the owner does great work but does not seem to manage his appointments well. I had two issues while I was in like Havasu. One of them I was having a propane problem with my RV and they were able to come out and fix that with no problem. During that service call they were also supposed to follow up about getting me new awnings with awning motor and weeks went by with no follow-up info so I had to call them back. The gentleman had to come back out to my RV to remea,sure my awnings because he had forgotten everything. He ordered my awning and my slide out awning and when it came time for them to be installed That's when I had problems. He forgot to order my awning motor. I had the wrong color ordered for my slide out awning. I was changing from black to white and I wound up with black again. Owner thought I just wanted white for my awning. I wanted white for my awning fabric and white on my slide out cover since it reflects light better and will last. So now I look like a panda because I couldn't wait for him to get new awning fabric. He didn't bother to check when he had the product delivered until the day befor he was going to come out for the installment that they company that he orders his products from had delivered the wrong size awning fabric. So I had to wait for that to then come in and it literally came down to the wire. He came out and installed the fabric the day before. I was due to leave lake Havasu as a travel nurse. Never got my awning motor.

We put our trailer in Havasu for the summer. We got there late Friday night, and our AC went out a couple hours later. I called every mobile RV Repair man in Havasu. BlackSheep Rv was the only one who answered. He came out within a couple hours of our phone call. He had our air conditioner fixed right away. He was fast and reliable. Couldn't thank him enough for saving our butt on an extremely hot Saturday! Awesome service. I would highly recommend him to anybody needing an mobile Rv Repair.Service: Air conditioning
