Oil change with recommend valve system clean. Clean messed up my car- brought it back as soon as I left the lot. 4 hours later, brought it home; week later same issue. Barely made it to the shop first thing in the am, they kept my car 3 full days. Just picked it up after close and AGAIN the problem came right back- AS SOON AS I GOT OFF YOUR LOT. What do I do now Big O- bring it back a 3rd time? No sense of urgency, i really felt that they could care less.Response to the owner: why don't you reach out to me? Talk with Zach(thumbs up to Zach) and get my number, and call me. I don't enjoy giving bad reviews, things happen. Call me, make things right and I'll remove this review. I'm still waiting to hear back from the corporate customer service.

Thank You, Road trip...4 days & 800 miles through National Parks & Back Roads since I confidently left with my tires rotated and the undercarriage looked at & Fluids top'd.. Thank You Very Much... The Fall Colors Adventures Continue .Tomorrow Lake Tahoe then California Redwoods Hwy 1,Back in a month...Maybe Gidyupp

Yes I was very pleased with the level of service I received! Zach told me what his tech. Was finding each step of the way,. He listened to my concerns and advised without trying to upsell to me. Danny, the mechanic was excellent! He gave me my old brake pads back to show me why it was my best option to change them out even though they weren t completely worn. I appreciate the high level of service and attention!

I was very impressed with both the customer service and the technician. I didn't have an appointment. I did the show up at 7:30 am for walk-in. I waited 1 hour before being serviced. And the technician was awesome. I am very pleased and definitely will return

We really liked the people on the sales team they did a great job taking care of us and getting what we needed. The tire shop guys just as awesome and accommodating to.. my only comment would be that it seemed to take a long time to get the tires mounted and on the truck! Five hours!

I have visited Big-O on 2 occasions with my new (used) vehicle--the first time I had a flat tire and they got it fixed and spare packed back up quickly so I could be on the way.Last week I got my first oil change since owning this vehicle and also ended up needing 2 new tires (1 tire had a slow leak due to damage and its match was worn out). The staff was knowledgeable in helping me choose reliable tires that met my financial needs, but that would also last and had a good warranty.It's no wonder this is a busy location because of their great service--definitely make an appointment as walk-ins do need to wait a significant bit longer.

A big 5 stars to Bruce Rich and the crew at Big O in Lake Havasu. We arrived on a busy Friday afternoon having driven 15 miles on our donut tire. Bruce set us up with 4 new tires and included a new customer discount. We were back on the road in about an hour with our travel gear all neatly repacked. Thanks for the courteous and efficient service

It was bad. My car went from most reliable to I don't trust it anymoreResponse to the owner: it is the correct location. You had my Honda Civic for 3 full days after you messed it up from a valve clean. It's the Honda Civic that is currently being worked on at Anderson Toyota to fix your mistake. I'm still waiting to hear back from you and corporate customer service to make things right.

We had a nail in our RV tire. We brought the tire to Big O Tires to have it patched. They looked at the tire and said it was not fixable due to it having two holes next to each other. They had a tire we could have bought and would have but the young man working on our tire said that he wants to see if he can fix the tire. He was able to fix it! So nice that he wanted to try to fix it!! And they did it for no charge!!! WOW!!! Above and beyond service!!!

PLEASE BEWARE!!!! We brought our GMC truck to Big O tires in Lake Havasu City for a scheduled oil change and a tire rotate to help prepare for our trip back to Wisconsin. Upon arriving we noticed how busy the place was and felt this was a good sign about the reputation of this business. About an hour or more into our appointment we received a call to add additional services to our vehicle. (air filters and fuel injector cleaning) We agreed to the air filters replacement knowing that we encountered many dusty desert days while in Arizona. After all services were completed to our knowledge, we picked up the truck, paid for the services, and then upon leaving scrolled through the information display on the dashboard only to notice there was NO READING for tire pressure monitoring system available for ANY of the tires. This system was working at 100% when we dropped off the truck. After going back inside to speak with an employee about this issue we were told that a note about our serviced indicated that the TPMS was not working HOWEVER THIS INFORMATION WAS NOT DISCLOSED to us when we picked up the vehicle even though they were well aware. If we had not checked this ourselves we would have driven the 1900+ miles back to Wisconsin unaware of the tire pressure for each tire. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the DISHONESTY and MISTRUST in this business! Please be careful if you choose to do business with them! Because we advocated for ourselves the issue was resolved with additional hour of wait time for us! Our one hour appointment turned into 3 hours of waiting!!

Got the tires I needed. They were mounted quickly on my boat trailer. Wheels, lug nut caps were secured. No tools were left lying on ground next to my boat. Zach and his crew were knowledgable, friendly and efficient. Well done. I'll be back.

The only time I ve been in here for an alignment without being told I needed ball joints was when I bought a set of take off tires and wheels they were selling for a customer. This time I found this when I got home. Of course they swear they didn t do it.

I highly recommend Big O Tires for servicing your car. They do great inspections when you get an oil change and will alert you to potential problems. They rotate and inspect the tires and keep track as to the mileage usage. All employees are courteous. I will continue to be a loyal customer!

My car was ready in about one hour and fifteen minutes - which was much better than the last two times I was there. In the past you would make an appointment and it was anyone's guess as to how long it would be. This time the gentleman at check in said that when you have an appointment they really try to get you out in certain amount of time. I honestly thought "yeah...right" well, happily surprised am I !!

B-O tires has always been friendly and professional. Been going to B-O tires since they came to Las Vegas. Now here in Lake Havasu for 17 or 18 years. The service great products are great. Thank you David and Bruce.

I had a tire issue and called it in to Big O. Billy gave me the amount needed to repair. I had my car towed to Big O. They replaced the tire and notified me when it was complete. Car issues can be unforeseen but Big O helps with that worry. The service was quick, customer service was awesome.Appreciate you all at Big O. We are in a Class C motorhome. Lost brake pressure on the way into Lake Havasu on Sunday afternoon. Limped into Big O and parked for the night. Monday morning they checked our vehicle, ordered the parts and we were on our way by 1 PM Tuesday. They let us stay overnight in thier parking lot. Great service! Thank you Big O.

Very pleased with the work done on my vehicle. My battery had died and I had them replace it. I also had my Oil changed and everything checked out, new air filter and tires rotated. I live in Mesa but come to Havasu a lot and like to have my vehicle up keep done here at this Big O. The Big O in Mesa does not have the work ethic that this one does.

Thanks guys, excellent job. From the service manager Billy to the Technicians: Daniel, Fernando, Riley plus one other, thanks for your excellent detail service and giving me peace of mind. Even though we were not able to identify any sources of my scrubbing noises, magically they have not reappeared. Great value for the money, especially the peace of mind; priceless.

I had a very good experience at this location. Everybody there Chris, Zack and all them were very good. They were very helpful. Ordered my tires. They got there in the time they said they got them on right away and I was out the door in the timely matter. I recommend this store. The service there is excellent

They said 45 minutes. It was over 2 hours. They were very rude and had bad attitude. I will never go back to that place. He had me move my car 3 different times and it was 110 outside. Picture of the 3rd car that skipped me. ETHER IT WAS BECAUSE MY SKIN COLOR OR BECAUSE IT WAS THOUGH @ENTERPRISE RENTAL

I had an appointment, Big O was ready and had my tires that I ordered online. The waiting room had great free coffee and bottle water. My tires were replaced, ballanced and installed in approximately 30 mins. I was very pleased with all they did.

Our technician Zach was attentive, informative, and went beyond our service expectation. I don t mind paying extra for that type of service anywhere else, but here it came free with our tires and alignment. Great service overall.

Tough it take a few hours because I didn't have an appointment but I was wrong they had my tires on my car and even put the spare back in the trunk and lock it down under a hourgreat job and a big thank you goes out the the people at big o tires
