My experience was exceptional, fast and courteous. Bought a package of headlight bulbs and the gentleman installed for me was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Always fast and efficient.

I arrived from cali with a hot, exhausted car & I needing assistance. Left store w/ questions answered & perfect parts. Thanks to Jesse V!! I believe. His knowledge and friendliness is amazing. All the employees should take notes. Jesse the compassionate/smart salesman. As I went in another day, he wasn't working left feeling unwanted & uncomfortable. Go Jesse V, you da man bro!!!!

Needed to see if they had any tire deal. Have a slow leak in my tire. The store is big and well stocked. Found exactly what I needed. The help was very helpful and directed me to the location where I needed to go. Found what I needed and went to the front to pay. Kind and courteous help at the checkout. I highly recommend this place. Stop in and see for yourself if your in Lake Havasu az.

I had to replace a battery in my vehicle. They had my battery in stock and lent me the tools to replace it. Staff was great. Thank you for making it simple to change my battery. High recommended.

It's like an adult playground for greasy kids . Did y'all know that they will put aside whatever you need ( kinda like will-call). I was stoked ! They really have a super crew over there right now,. Great work Zone managers

Albert helped my wife change her battery this morning. He went above and beyond and took care of it extremely fast so she wasn t so late to work. I really appreciate him helping her with that! Thank you guys for always giving great fast service! Highly recommend.

Friendly, knowledgeable associates plus all the lil Gadgets they sell so kewl. U gotta check out all the kewl things there's soo many different phone cords, to sun blockers, to key chains & decore. For Auto Zone totally awesum.

Ordered front and rear shocks that were hard to find but was told they have. I was 50 miles away so made sure they put them on hold under my phone number so not sold before I got there. Upon arrival was told that only 1 front shock was put on hold and they do not have the rears in stock and would take a day to get. Thats an extra 100 miles of driving that would not of had to happen if I was given the correct info on phone.Just be sure when calling they have the parts in hand before traveling there. Thankfully the auto parts store next door had what I needed.

Clean building inside and out. Plenty of mod and upgrade parts. Also big selection on inventory. Helpful friendly knowledgeable staff.

I haven't been here in a while but I remember a girl named Debbie. She was awesome. She knew more about the cars in the parts than most of the men that I know. I haven't seen her the last couple times I was in and I hope she still works there. She was definitely a true benefit to AutoZone I believe she's been with AutoZone for well over two decades. I hope she has her own store by now

Excellent service. Stephen was extremely helpful and offered tip to complete the job we were doing. We will try to use this store anytime we need parts when we are in the area. Only problem for us, we were in a large motorhome and couldn't fit in the parking lot but we parked down the street and walked there....Problem solved. We will still return.

I don't remember the last time I had such exceptional customer service, or saw such outright human kindness. My elderly mother purchased an autozone battery though she had no receipt or recollection of where the batter came from. I was fully expecting to simply buy a new battery but the manager replaced it no questions asked. They made a lifelong customer out of me for their generosity and friendly service that is so rare these days.

The management is so rude and I can see that they allow their employees to be the same way. I stopped coming in because of it, but I thought I'd give them another chance this morning since this town is the complete opposite. However, It just solidified why I don't like this store or this company. I will be looking elsewhere for parts, even if it has to be ordered online for everything.
