Proud 2nd Time Buyer - traded the 2021 Ram Quad Cab for the 2023 Ram Crew Cab Laramie. Some key features that I like about the Laramie is the the higher quality interior, larger screen, app integrations and etorque. Drives smoother with a noticeable faster start on accelerating. Crew vs Quad makes a lot of difference on backseat space and you can easily fit 3 adults back there comfortably.Everyone at Anderson Dodge was very helpful at explaining the differences per model and provided me with a very fair trade-in and great deal on the 2023 model.I will gladly be back in a few years for the 2025 model and look forward to working with them again. All around great experience and if you re on the fence about whether or not to trade up, my advice is just go talk to the folks at Anderson and you ll be driving away with a great deal.

Everything good during appointment.But- the oil filter cover not replaced. It was up towards the wipers.Today i noticed right front locking lug nut almost spun off. Checked the rest of them and only one not set tight.Never had any issues before.

Never had such a wonderful car buying experience! Cameron contacted me back immediately to verify the car I wanted was still available. Mike helped us with the car when we got to the dealership, he was very friendly and knowledgeable, went the extra mile, a pleasure to deal with. Shai processed our payment and was also very friendly. I arrived at my 7:30 am appointment time. There were two others ahead of my, so I had to wait 5 minutes or so. The service manager, who had lost his voice, :( attended to my car needs right away. The appointment took 2 1/2 hours of wait time, and needed 2 new batteries, over $564!!!. He told me about my key fobs and told me that my car batteries were not holding the charge and would need to be replaced. He provided me with a quote. When your at the dealer ship or service department it is usually ok. However, when you call in to make an appointment you are greeted very professionally and very nicely over the phone, after that point it goes horrible. No one answers, no one calls you back! It's not a good experience, especially when you use the vehicle for work and traveling a lot. We are not sure if we'll ever buy from there again. We do love the Jeep Grand Cherokee that we bought however they lack on some customer service skills. They're almost needs to be like a liaison between the call center and the service department telling them pick up your phone call your people back please. Thanks

Nick, in the service department of Andersson Dodge at Lake Havasu, worked to his full potential with my Warrany Company and was able to provide me with a new automatic transmission for my truck at very little cost to me. Nick also kept me up to date throughout the process of getting a new transmission and working with the warranty company .Thank you to Nick and Andersson Dodge for all your professional help to get us back on the road again.

Grant from Anderson, was the best. He meet me as I was walking in and asked if there was any way he could help. We checked a few out that were such a great variety of cars; anything someone could need. And then we test drove and I fell in love with the Audi A4 they had. Grant made the process a breeze and we found a great price.

I went to drop off my Jeep for my last Free Oil change. I dropped it off and let my technician Randy know that there was a light that would come on every so often. He said he would have it checked out by a technician. I dropped it off on Friday. I did not hear from the dealership for 3 days. I called on Wednesday 1-24-2024. I left a message on Randy's voice-mail and also with the service department managers voice mail at 10 am. No one calls me back. I call again on Wednesday at about 3-3:30. I get excuses from Randy's about why he did not call me ( the technician was having problems with another Jeep that was in front of mine). I just was expecting a phone update. He apologizes and tells me that they will be getting to it soon. My husband gets a call on Thursday afternoon and states that we will have to pay for the problem that the Jeep was experiencing. (We did pay for the extended warranty and were told that it was Not covered.) My husband was Not Happy. We get a call back from Randy later that he was wrong and that our Jeep was covered. I, as a paying customer, am not happy about how we were given wrong information by the Dealership. It just makes me Not Trust Them. I would Not recommend this dealership to anyone.

The process was extremely easy and the staff was excellent. Making the appointment was a breeze. I completed it online. It was an hour difference from the time I had originally picked, not a big deal. Drove into the service line was greeted and then directed to my service advisor. Set the details, my service was completed before the advised time. It was all good. I would really like to THANK Randy my service writer. He made the check in / check out very simple.

I went through a puddle I couldn t avoid in my 2015 Dodge Challenger. All the bells and warning lights came on when I went through the puddle. The next day my car wouldn t start. We jump started it and took it to Dodge. They had it 2 weeks and said I needed ignition wires. Cost me about $600. So here it is 2 months later and it rained again so I had to go through another puddle and again, all the bells and warning lights came on again. The next morning, you guessed it, my car wouldn t start. Jumped it and took it to Dodge where they told me now I needed a battery. $495 for a battery and when I went to pick it up it was as dead as a door nail. At first, they were planning on charging me $175 an hour for diagnostic but a few days later called me and said they would diagnose it for free. Funny since I thought it needed a battery. Anyhow, they called me today saying the reason my car won t start is I need an Antilock Brake Control Module and the connector that goes with it for $2372.12. If my car needed anything related to the Antilock Brake then why does my brake pedal pulsate and why hasn t the warning light been on? Anderson Dodge does NOT listen and at this point is just grabbing straws. I already gave you $1100.00 for wires and a battery that didn t solve the problem. How dumb do you think I am to shell out another $2400.00 and cross my fingers it works. This is why people stopped trusting other people. Shady business practices and outrageous fees. I would think twice before using them. I had my car towed today to a more qualified mechanic. You threw out my old wires and battery before I could even ask for them. That in itself is shady.
