Great guys in the shop I use them for all 9/10 of my vehicles on and off road there the best in town hands down I trust them with the wife's kid hauler they have never steered us wrong there fast (get a battery on a lunch break fast) and the warrantee is worth buying there if anything (AZ heat)

These guys are the best. Period.Experienced. Full inventory, made in the U.S.A. if that's your preference, and fair prices. Been dealing with them for years - car, truck, boat and R.V. I recommend them highly..

Dead batteries on the boat. Free load test showed they were truly dead. Got them replaced in less than 30 minutes. Super fast and friendly service! They did the same for my motorhome a few months ago. Will go back when the need arises. Great shop!

All American Battery is the only place I will buy batteries. I inquired about replacing my trailer batteries and walked out with a better setup than I was going for. I would've spent over 500 on a 12v system and they got me a dual 6v setup for half the price and more amp hours. Thanks All American!

Had to buy 2 batteries for my Dodge diesel. Mike checked the batteries that I had and said they still had 78%, said it was up to me. I opted to put the 2 new batteries in. because batteries die out real fast here in Lake Havasu's heat. Needless to say, I was in and out very quickly on a Saturday. and the prices was very fair.

Called to check prices on Golf Cart Batteries. Nice guy but his batteries were way more expensive.

Under normal circumstances I really like them and I know many friends that do too just I had a problem on Christmas Eve early. Had someone take the battery there and they were closed and they re closed on Monday following their app says Christmas observed day on Monday diverse hours I left messages no one answers or returned my calls that I made on Christmas Eve then the following Monday, I had someone take my battery down there again and they re closed so that got me a little upset because everyone else I know went to work. They still had to work today so I m frustrated to put it that way. I m hopefully they ll be open later or hopefully they ll be open tomorrow, Tuesday if not, I m without a battery to my friend gets back from a trip, so that ll be another week please help

Fast, friendly service. Very knowledgeable about my car and its issue. Was able to get it back up and running in no time flat. I'm very grateful to have a local, family owned business that takes such good care of its customers. Also was pleasantly surprised to have a place open on a weekend as not a lot of franchises are willing to do that. I highly recommend this place if you need a new battery!

We were dry camping and noticed that our RV showed a low voltage on the chassis batteries as we were preparing to head into Lake Havasu for a 9 night stay. Since the batteries were over 5 years old, we called Mike on President s Day (wasn t even sure they d be open but they were). We thought we needed both house and chassis batteries so we rolled in around noon. Mike tested the house batteries and said they were fine and were showing the same strength and life as new batteries would. He then checked the chassis batteries and said they weren t bad, but were not testing at full capacity. So, we opted to replace since we were still 10 days from returning home. Reasonable price and excellent service can be expected when you need to have your batteries checked/replaced and we highly recommend All American Battery (and now know why the Google reviews were so high, definitely the reason we called here first).

These guys at All American Battery went above and beyond great customer service. I don't want to go into details on the story but it was my mistake. I told them my story, they listened and put themselves out there to help me out. Good news my cart is working again. I give them 5 stars for good communication and listening skills. Thanks Harry and all there that helped me get going!! I will not go anywhere else and you shouldn't either....

My wife and I were having some battery issues in our Motorhome and stopped into American Battery and got a GREAT battery education from Harry!! And a better price quote then their competitors. They installed 4 new 6 volts - cleaned - repaired - and charged an honest price! Customer service 5 stars - workmanship 5 stars! Piece of mind - priceless! We highly recommend this locally owned family shop. Thank you American Battery and especially Harry! :)

Needed a new battery for my boat while on vacation in havasu. These guys were awesome and very knowledgeable on their product. Gave me all my options and pros and cons of each one. If I hadn't had my boat in the water I definietely would have had them install it! Their prices are super competitive and I always would prefer to support small businesses! Thank you again for the help!!!

I was hesitant to go to this place after reading reviews. But I know if a business only has a couple reviews, generally you can't count on themI had a great experience here at this business. Harry came right out to my car when I pulled in. Tested my battery and put in a new one for only $45. All this took less than 20 minutes so j gave him a tip. I always tip if the customer service is good.

"Warranty" is a joke. Purchased high end AGL marine batteries in May 2019 (it's April 2021 now). Receipt shows 12 month/36 month warranty. One of the batteries won't take a charge and the sides/top have deformed.Brought the battery in and Mike said the warranty was only 24 months. Handed Mike the receipt and he says that he was the one who wrote the receipt. Pointed out his own writing which shows 12/36. Mike refuses to accept his own receipt, insisting it's a 24 month warranty. He even pulled out a notebook to "show me" the warranty. Well, Mike's notebook shows 12/ then a scribbled out number, then 24, obviously handwritten in at a later date. When these details were pointed out to Mike, he switched to claiming the battery was abused.Mike checked the battery and it was at under 3 volts. He stated the battery has been abused and/or overly discharged. I explained both batteries have been on Battery Tenders full time, and the other battery is fine. Mike next tells me my Battery Tender is bad.So what is it Mike, 24 month warranty when you personally wrote 36 months? Abused battery when the exact same battery in the exact same boat purchased at the exact same time and connected together via a dual battery switch is working fine and not "abused"? Or my Battery Tender is defective?You get the point, Mike makes up the story as he goes along, just like the 24 vs 36 month warranty, blames the customer and then finally the customer's equipment.I have been an All American Battery customer for 15-18 years. Boat, truck, SXS, wave runners etc. This is my first experience with a failure within the warranty period. Needless to say, I have purchased my last battery from All American Battery. I suggest you be wary of All American Battery's warranty as well.

Does not honor warranty. Purchased new battery 6 months later battery has left me stranded. Brought vehicle in and tested. Battery won't hold a full charge. Alternator fine. Clerk says it's enough to start it so it's fine. Won't do anything to remedy. Will go to deka direct and never do business with this place

Quoted one price over the phone and after going to the store was quoted another higher price. Not really getting a deal. Very comparable to other stores in price. I did like their service as it was quick and professional thus giving a 4 star rating.

Thank you Mark!!!! My truck decided it wasn't going to start any more... I took my battery to y'all and you tested it, of course it was bad. Bought my new battery, at a great price. Took it home, installed it and drove my truck down to All American Battery and they tested my alternator to make sure it was good. You guys rock!!! Thank you so much for everything!

They always have the battery you need and its least expensive than almost anywhere else in town. Even do refurbished batteries come with a guarantee. Go check them out and tell me what you all think they're open almost every day. Face it promotions approved

This place not only replaced my RV batteries but went above and beyond to repair and replace two cable connectors. They take pride in their work. I must also add that they have good customer service.
