Brought our RV in for a closet slider issue. Ended up adding on some additional work, deferred maintenance that we should have handled sooner. In the end, we had both sliders fixed, painting done where the clearcoat was peeling, roof resealed, and general maintenance done. Josh was very helpful, sending us pictures of everything they found and repaired, clearly explaining what was needed, etc. Very happy with the work that was done.

Had this repair done May 2021 just over 2 years later this is what happened to their repair job that cost $4700 they used black gorilla tape!!!! Don t go here for repairs they will redneck it instead of doing it properly and charge you for a proper job . Save the money and buy your own gorilla tape!!!! Horrible job!!! Don t recommend

Pro Tech RV did a great job repairing our motor home after a rear tire blew out and it did considerable damage to our coach. Even though they were very busy, they had a schedule of when they might be able to get to the repairs. They worked with our insurance agent and were able to give us an estimate of what needed to be done. They seemed to have real knowledgeable employees working for them and they were always willing to answer any of our questions by phone or e-mail. I would highly recommend this business to anyone that needs an RV repaired.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

We arrived in Havasu for vacation to find our trailer smashed in the storage lot. The insurance wanted to total it sight unseen. Based on all the great reviews, I contacted Josh and asked if he would come and simply tell me if our trailer was structurally sound or not. He met us in short order and told us there was no reason to total it and that he could repair it for a third of the cost quoted by the insurance company. He worked with them and got approval for the repairs. Josh was realistic about when he would be able to get to the repairs, which worked out since we were leaving to go home. And based on their reviews, it s no surprise they are extremely busy. Josh offered to tow the trailer to his shop and store it there until the repairs could be completed. As we left town the next morning, we drove by the storage lot and saw he had already towed it off! He even personally took it to a new storage site once the repairs were done. Who does that?!? Pro Tech does!! Overall, Josh and his team were kind, proactive, knowledgeable, responsive and enormously helpful. Special thanks to John for helping us with some additional work we had done. In looking at the reviews, they almost seem too good to be true. But they are right on! I can t say how many times we ve been burned by service providers just in the past several years. We felt confident leaving our trailer in their care while we were home 1,000 miles away and that comfort level is priceless! Because of Josh and Pro Tech, we didn t lose our beloved trailer!! Being able to work with good people like Josh and his team was such a pleasure and I highly recommend them!Service: Body & Trim

Bundle of orchids to Josh at Pro tech RV for getting our camper taken care of on short notice. Not only did he return our call right away he also got us in and out with a new a/c unit installed all in one day. Highly recommend! Great guy, we will definitely return to for all future needs. This was the best experience with an RV tech I ve ever had in 2.5 years full time on the road. The RV tech saw me in a parking lot where I was just doing some work and he turned around a few minutes later and came back to give me his card. I told him I almost waved him down because I did need a repair. On the spot he took a look at what I needed, which was a new fuse on my battery that was running to my DC2DC charger. He took a look, gave me a bid, talked to my Solar tech who installed the system, and scheduled me for a week later. He had all the parts and he was done within 10 minutes when he arrived for my appointment later that week. He went above and beyond both and finding me in that parking lot, and doing my repair quickly with all the correct parts. Competent RV mechanics are very hard to find but these guys are at the very top of my list. I highly recommend!Services: Electrical, Battery

Pro tech was very easy to do business with. Prompt appointment, understood my problem and repaired it quickly. It turned out to be a minor hydraulic problem and they had it repaired in less than an hour, and the big surprise was they only charged me for a half hour of labor!! I will definitely use them again if I have a problem with our Country Coach RV.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Everyone at Pro-Tech is very professional and friendly. Service call and repair work were both prompt after initial call made to them and within stated time frame window. There were no surprises and work was excellent with no complaints or issues in the 2 weeks since the repairs were done. Josh came to check out our trailer, To see what needed to be done. He was professional. Josh was very good in explaining what needed to be done with our trailer. We so much appreciated his honesty. He told us what the potential cost would be. We did not feel he was trying to rip us off. The trailer was fixed in a timely manner. When we picked the trailer, Tony was the Tech that worked on our trailer. He showed me the wood that needed to be replaced. He did a good job repairing our rotted wood area and our steps.Good Job to you both! Keep up the good work. Would recommend Pro Tech RV.Service: Body & Trim

We had a washer dryer combo installed in our RV. And a kitchen and bath faucet. The install was in the closet in the bedroom and was very neatly done. The vented exhaust was also very nicely done. And a shelf was raised above the Combo unit. Everything was neat and looked great. The combo was a little expensive but well worth it. And Pro Tech Rv people were very friendly. Would definitely recommend them.

Josh and the whole crew at ProTech took great care of us. We had several things on our list to be fixed with them. They were very easy to communicate with and clear about what they could get done in the scheduled amount of time. We had a crack in our sidewall due to a broken weld inside the wall. They fixed it and it re-cracked. They found additional broken welds below and they fixed those and stood behind their original work and fixed it. They also worked with our extended warranty company to get a couple things covered through them. They kept us posted throughout the process, didn t keep our rig forever, and were very understanding of our needs since it is our primary residence! I highly recommend ProTech for any of your RV needs.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

I have a camper that the breaker had been kicking on for the AC and eventually the AC stopped working. I called them up and spoke with Logan who was super polite and friendly. Scheduled an appointment for the next day and dealt with Wayne who was great! I can t say enough! Polite, energetic, he diagnosed the problem gave me options and ended up putting a new AC unit in by the end of the week as well as cable ends. All and all my experience was excellent and I would recommend to anyone. Thank you so much Logan for all you help and Wayne for the AC!Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

We are full time RV people. We had a blow out that tore apart a large portion of the side of our 5th wheel. Parts were hard to get due to COVID, but Logan was on top of everything. She got the parts and had her team do the repairs before our next change of location. They also installed 2 Fantastic Fans while the body work was being done. Everything was done in one day so we didn't need to get a hotel. They started the job and completed it when they promised. Quality work, in a timely manner, at a fair price. I was looking to have plumbing work done on an older RV. After reading reviews i went with this company. Could not have expected more. Wayne was on time and not in a hurry to explain what he thought the best remedy would be. He worked on it until evening, then came back on an agreed time. Finished the job and everything works, sink, tub and drains. Initially the job sounded expensive, but we needed it done. Wayne was so fast and courteous that the bill was greatly reduced. Should you find that you need work done, i gave five stars. Give them a call.

This is the little shop with the big-shop service ethic! We originally brought our travel trailer in for replacement of the fiberglass front end, which had warped due to bad workmanship / sun damage. This large repair was done expertly and at a very reasonable cost. While there, we mentioned a mysterious issue with a "hot" wheel that made us nervous for our impending cross-country drive. This "hot" wheel had stumped another RV tech, who had told us everything was fine and to just live with it. Josh wasn't satisfied with that and took it upon himself to diagnose the problem. While it took us a few iterations to nail down the final culprit, each suggestion was a reasonable fix and was done with thorough communication and cost in mind. Josh took ownership in making sure we were ultimately safe on the road, and made room in his busy schedule to tackle this once and for all. "Hot" wheel problem solved! We appreciate both the reasonable cost and also the sense of ownership that Josh puts into his work. Would highly recommend!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim, Brakes

Pro Tech RV removed and replaced the microwave In our 5th wheel. The service men quickly removed the broken m/w and replaced it with a new m/w we had purchased. They did a great job. They left the area clean and disposed of the broken unit. I am very happy with their work.

Josh responded immediately to are request for service, ordered parts and communicated with us multiple times when the parts would arrive and when he would be at are house to do the repairs. He showed up on time, did the repairs quickly, he found a few more minor issues with the RV and he showed up the next day with those parts and made those repairs. We had plumbing issues with our 5th wheel on three occasions, had Pro Tech in for all three repairs. Cannot say enough for this company!!! Service and professional workmanship outstanding. I had some issues with the generator on a class B rv because it was not running smoothly. The technician said it needed a new carburetor ($450 parts and labor without removing the generator). I approved the repair.He installed the new carburetor BUT the generator was running the same!!!By the end of the day, I ended up spending over $890. I strongly believe the problem was in some adjustments and he misdiagnosed the problem and I just paid for new parts and labor.Service: Electrical

Would never recommend. Buyer beware. Says he is a man of his word. He is not....he is mean and hateful and outright disrespectful. Do not pay untill you test repaired items completely. If you dare to use his service. Total lying SCAMMER!!

They came out and diagnosed the problem at the time arranged. Due to wind we rescheduled to fix the air conditioning system. Once again arrived on time and replaced bad electrical parts. Had rv door window frame that needed to be replaced and the burner on our rv oven wouldn't light. Our tech repaired the oven right away and came back with the window frame parts for the fix. I would have them out again if more repairs are needed. Kim R.

Had to boondock ok ne night at Lake Havesu State Park before our reservation was available. Woke up in a.m. to NO POWER anywhere. Called ProTech Mobile RV Lake Havesu and Josh was out to us 30 min. later. He diagnosed our problem as needing new coach batteries, went and got 2 for us, installed and checked our all our systems in about an hour. Great customer service at a fair price! Thank you Josh !
