My wife and I are visiting Lake Havasu City, Arizona for a couple of months. Our vehicle needed a regular service. We found a flier from Accurate Auto Care offering a discount. We checked Accurate online and found that they were highly recommended. I went to their shop and was greeted by their support staff, Lisa. Lisa advised me that the shop is not a quick oil change business and that they would need our vehicle for three to four hours. She also informed me that they provide a shuttle service to take me home and pick me up when our vehicle was ready. I thought about saying thanks, but no thanks . However, Lisa was very friendly and professional and the shop look very clean and organized, so I booked an appointment. Chris the Service Manager and shuttle operator drove me home. Chris was also very friendly and professional. He shared a lot of interesting information with me about Lake Havasu and area during the drive. So, he s a great Havasu Ambassador as well.As it turns out, following the Accurate Auto Care technician's detailed inspection of our vehicle, it was in need of some serious repairs for safety and regular maintenance reasons as well. Lisa forwarded a document to us listing the repairs needed and this was accompanied by photos and a detailed description showing why the repairs were required. We then talked by phone with the repair technician Austin and, following a detailed estimate of the costs, made the decision to proceed with the repairs. We were told that the repairs would take a few days as they needed to order parts. Lisa updated us regularly during the next three days regarding their progress. This was truly appreciated. Chris called to let us know that our vehicle was serviced and repaired and ready as promised. Chris picked us up at our rental home and drove my wife and I back to the shop. Within a few minutes we were back on the road feeling comfortable and competent that our vehicle was operating like new!Overall, our experience with Accurate Auto Care was very positive. Highly recommend Accurate Auto Care, we are traveling through Lake Havasu and needed some repairs done for our vehicle. We called that morning and they squeezed us in! We had our truck back by 12:30 and back to our road-trip. Thank you for the quick and helpful service!

Excellent service; excellent staff; excellent mechanics! I got stranded with a blown radiator hose and had to get towed in. In spite of arriving in late afternoon they stayed on my car until it was after closing time. Price was not out of line.

Thank the Lord - FINALLY an honest, non-criminal, and ACCURATE auto repair services business in the LHC! They did a superb job on our Oldsmobile and we now have found an honest mechanic whom we can recommend without reservation! A shining star in a sea of scurvy.

I m currently living in my car and roadtripping across the southwest. I ended up having my car towed on a Friday afternoon and it was to be out of commission for the weekend until the following Monday. The entire staff were extremely considerate of my position and gave me a ride back into town they then reached out later that evening and said they d come in the next morning(their off day) to fix up the car so I could be on my way with my travels. This team bent over backwards for me and I couldn t be more appreciative of them for going out of their way. Thank you again for all your support and help!

Awesome customer service from Sean and my truck is running great. I loved that they were very informative about what my truck needed without a bunch of high pressure scare tactics. I was sent pictures of before and after the work was done, wich made me very comfortable and gained my trust. I will be going back for my future needs. Great job

They were very upfront about everything. There was no guessing on how much labor cost was going to be. If they needed more time for diagnostic testing they called before they did it to make sure I was ok with the labor cost. Their customer service is excellent. I will continue to use them.

I needed an alignment done on an older Porsche 944 after it had been involved in an accident. I ve called a couple shops who wouldn t touch it. Mike at Accurate Auto was hesitant but he spoke with his Tech Scott (who also races Stock Cars) and Scott happy to look at my Porsche.The Porsche pulled to the left and the Steering wheel wasn t centered when i dropped off the car.Mike called me after a few hours and Scott was able to get the car aligned nearly perfect. Great news!The car tracks straight and the wheel is centered.Thank you Mike and Scott.Great guys at Accurate Auto. I highly recommend this shop!

I have used accurate auto care several times this past year and had great results. They checked my truck and found several problems that I didn't know existed. My truck is a 2007 and now is in excellent shape with 160000 miles on it. I have recommend them to several friends who reported they were totally satisfied with results .Just J Smith.

I was in CA and my mom was stuck with a bad battery. I called Accurate and Chris sent someone over to jump start her car, she followed them back to the shop where they quickly replaced her battery and got her back on the road. Thank you to the Accurate team for taking care of my mother while I was 300 miles away.

My battery died leaving me and my groceries in Bashas parking lot with no way home. They came and jump started me, brought me back to their shop and replaced my battery in less than an hour - saving me and my groceries from disaster. I was traveling to see my sister in Lake Havasu when my A/C compressor failed as I was just about to Lake Havasu. So I had contacted the shop in San Francisco California and spoke to the owner and he directed me to the regional manager that I had a two year warranty I told him my current situation and asked for him to find a shop that could perform the repair and he said I'll contact you in a few minutes so 10 minutes later I had a appointment with accurate auto care the following morning I was instructed to call Chris and I called and talked to him he not only gave me expert repair on the vehicle but picked me up in a courtesy vehicle at my hotel. My vehicle was repaired in a short amount of time as well as a update when it would be completed, Chris had me picked up from the hotel when the vehicle was fixed. I would give accurate auto care a 5 star rating they really relieved me of all the stress of being broke down and stranded. I can't begin to give my thanks and appreciation for all they did for me. I highly recommend them to everyone I know, and I am retired as a mechanic for 40 plus years so please give them a try you won't be sorry I guarantee it..thank you for the job well done!

I found Accurate auto repair while driving on highway 95 in Arizona and Lake Havasu City. A different mechanic in the same city was unable to repair my truck and actually made the problem worse. When my truck died on Highway 95 the tow company recommended Accurate auto care and towed it to there for me. Mike, the mechanic supervisor was extremely knowledgeable and very very helpful throughout the whole process. They had to keep my truck for over a week but everything was repaired right and guaranteed. I was so impressed with their service. I sent my sister to them when she had problems with her car. Accurate Auto Care is awesome! Our air conditioning on our 2005 F250 truck had never worked properly. It would short out on us. It would go off when randomly hitting the brakes, turning the wheel or going over a bump. The dealer at one time even replaced the ac on our dime costing us over 2k and it still shorted out. Took it back to the dealer 5 times, after they replaced the ac, but it wasn't shorting out when they would look at it and they said it would have to be doing it for them to fix it. Finally, took it to Accurate after all these years of dealing with it and right off the batt they found the issue and took care of it. Thank you Randy for all your help! I went in to get my 82 VW Westy aligned. Chuck and his crew got me back on the road! Straight as an arrow now! Their shuttle to/from breakfast was nice. A great experience, then they called and followed up a week later! That s impressive!

I had been pleased with their work although a bit pricey compared to other shops. However, I took a newly purchased 2016 Jeep Compass in for an oil change and tire rotation and got a laundry list of work they identified that would take nearly $3900 to fix. When I crawled under the vehicle to inspect these myself (tie rods, lower control arms, right front drive axle) I decided to get a second opinion/quote. Everything Tire, Auto, and Marine was highly recommended by friends. They put the Jeep on their rack/lift and then walked me thru everything basically saying there was nothing needing any attention very slight seepage from the boot on the drive axle. Tie rods and bushings were tight and fine. I hope they liked the $2500 in work they got on my 2006 Chrysler as that will be the last time they see my vehicles. Car broke down in Arizona on road trip. Had a very difficult time trying to find a shop available that day to fix car. Jake at Accurate Auto Care was super helpful. Helped get us a tow truck to drop car off at shop. Next day the car was up and running. Very grateful for these guys. And car ran very well for the rest of our 5 day trip. Very detailed reports with pictures of your vehicle. if they have recommendations on maintenance or repairs you will get a detailed explanation.The service writer Randy was great and kept me informed and updated while my Duramax was being serviced.

My niece sent me to accurate auto care to fix my brakes. She told me to go see Mike ... When I walked in, he greeted me with a big smile..I made a appointment for that next Monday .. I didnt have a ride to drop it off .So they came to my work and picked my car up .He called me later and said I didn't even need breaks... My brake fluid needed to be flushed.. He's super kind and honest. Four days later, I went back and changed my oil and got my tires rotated. I was leaving town that weekend, and he made sure my car was safe . I wont be taking my car any where else ..Thank you Mike

My car broke down in Havasu when leaving town to go back to Phoenix. Since it was the day after Thanksgiving, I assumed we were DOOMED. I called the closest auto repair place and they answered, to my surprise. I was shocked at how we were treated. Mike went out of his way to try to help us troubleshoot the problem on the side of the road, stayed while we waited for the roadside assistance tow truck, then took me to pick up the rental car across town. The repair was done quickly, (within the next week), which ended up being a fuel injector. The price was fair and the service was quick. They were great communicators and we picked up the car the next weekend. I ended up trading my car in, so hopefully I will not be reliving this experience, but if I did, I would definitely call this shop. I appreciate the abundance of kindness and transparency that was our experience.
