Very throw in information about trailer,and safety on it.fast and easy buying process. One caveat had flat tire on trailer already waiting for replacement, they are working on it.

Jack was helpful and knowledgeable. They inspected my trailer before getting on the road and my 170 mile drive back home went smoothly with no issues. Would definitely buy a trailer from them again.

Absolutely the most hostile environment to purchase anything in my life. Cash deal I had been down there no less than 7 time each time after I looked at the inventory on line they didn't have the trailer I wanted. I made this soda jerk walk me around his yard ask him about this trailer 3 times and three times he told that trailer wasn't what I was looking for. Finally I got rude and bilegerent with him . He said oh well it would work. I told him to his face when buying equipment or a car it was at least supposed to be professional and have some courtesy . He didn't. I would of left for another dealer except I have to go to Phoenix. They act like this also. Horrible Horrible experience. I work in a prison that was less hostile then this. The need to learn manors professionalism. They are in a service industry and don't give a cracker for the customer. Terrible Terrible. I bought a trailer because I needed it but it was after the fight. I never even attempted to negotiate any kind of a deal. Just customer service

The sales rep did a good job going over trailer info. Sale went well, only problem the spare tire fell off just a few miles out. They fixed it and was on my way. They should have tested the integrated of the tire mount before I picked it up. So for that reason they will only receive four stars.

Jack and Randy were awesome! Such a super positive experience they both took time to educate us and never did we feel rushed or pressured to purchase or do any add ons we didn't need or want. Truly looking out for your customers best interest versus upselling a bunch of stuff that is very rare these days. Highly recommend working with them if your in the market for a Trailer.
