I recently had my vehicle's turbos replaced by TNT Auto Center. Not only was the work completed in record time, but with impeccable skill and attention to detail. TNT exceeded my expectations by completing the work faster than expected, and allowing me to get back on the road sooner than I thought was possible. They even gave it a wash before I picked it up!Moreover, the level of customer service provided by Wanda at TNT was exceptional. She was communicative, transparent, and genuinely cares about her customers satisfaction every step of the way. From providing clear explanations of the work needed, to setting expectations on both sides early and often. She went above and beyond to make the experience seamless and stress free.Overall, I can't recommend TNT Auto Center enough. If you're in need of some expert auto care, delivered with efficiency and a smile, look no further. TNT is simply the best in the business.

Tooky big in to get brake pads. He didn't even take a tire off and charged me $300 without even checking and did no repairs for that.Then said he would look at my truck and he took it upon himself to take everything underneath it apart and he created the bill so high he stole my truck.This was after even investing a lot of money in his machine shop on another projectDon't trust this person at all, he still got my truck from 10 years ago he says multiple times he'd make it right it never doesn't ever have I asked never asked him to take anything apart, he did his own and tried to run the bill up I never told him to work on anything, said he was going to look at it that don't mean take it all apart , it certainly don't mean run some crazy Bill up on an estimate which he never even gave he just took it all apart and stole my truck and tried to demand title, he did that on his own.

Love TNT they did it again for me and came threw and totally rebuilt my VW engine and carbs and literally made them look beautiful I don't even wanna start it! TnT is a great place to get all your parts you need for your vws. James helps you with all your questions, parts,and machining work at the shop. He helped us get our class 11 bug running within 3 weeks before the next race.

The lady at the counter was busy the first day we came in to schedule our appointment, we started off rocky, but she hit her stride and finished our scheduling like a champ, we just dropped off our car and hope the service and repairs are as good as our scheduling, will update after our appt is done.

Love this place. This is where I go cause there is no ham radio outlet here. The women love you as long as you are spending money, just like your side girl. Go here and spend all your money. I love this place it's better than making love to your girlfriend.

By far the worst auto shop in kingman. I brought my car in for overheating. I was expecting results but I PAID 115 dollars just for them to tell me the same thing I said was wrong with it. 1/10 Wanda wasn t cooperative, she was very rude and pushy. And nowhere in there policy do they state that the payment of an assessment is based on car type. WORST SHOPServices: Engine repair, Computer diagnostics

Wanda and Matt were wonderful, even staying an hour late to help me get things figured out. They really went above and beyond calling the transmission repair place that had rebuilt the transmission several hours prior to the car having problems again. They communicated with the people at that shop professionally and we're definitely advocates for me!

Most all of us have been to a shop and been mislead, well not here! Owner was very nice and patient, he sold me the right parts for my buggy, along with competitive prices. I will be getting all my vw parts here.

Always a great personal experience with Wanda and the crew at TNT. We went to several other shops around town but after we first used TNT we haven t gone anywhere else and we ll continue to use them as long as we live here.

I highly recommend TNT for any auto need. My engine light was on and seemed to be slipping or hesitating when accelerating. I had to be in Vegas the next weekend for my daughter's wedding. They were able to get me in when 3 other shops in town couldn't get to it for 2 weeks. They diagnosed the problem, changed the spark plugs, and replaced the fluids and had it back the same day. For a reasonable price. Wonda the office manager is super nice and the whole shop went above and beyond for me. My car has never ran better. It was much appreciated.

Went to TNT to have my just purchased VW dune buggy, I had them rebuild the front end replaced the steering box and installed lights front and rear to make street legal in Arizona. They did an awesome job and my buggy is running awesome. I will always take it there for anything that needs to be done. James the owner is helpful and gave me information about why I had gas in my oil which saved me from replacing the engine over the phone. My car s turbocharger blew out on our way from Las Vegas to Grand Canyon but thanks to you guys we were able to get our car fixed in time for our drive back to LA! Horrible customer service. Had these guys repair lower control arm through insurance. Asked them to do a comprehensive transmission fluid change and they just drained and filled and won't do anything to make it right. Now engine light is on, no 4x4. And steering is sloppy. Don't bring your car here. They took over a month drove it back and forth on my busted wheel and went in to see if they could do anything and the guy maybe the owner I'll get his name is a real winner. They charged insurance thousands and me a extra 170 for a service I didn't want. Hopefully my insurance pays for the damage they did here. I wish I never wasted my time and money here

Too a set of heads to have valve springs swapped for a set of cam heads were not put back together correctly caused valve float and took out my motor. Tnt thinks it s ok to just fix the heads and nothing else. Don t ever use this placeService: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Needed a 454 head resurfaced and they were able to provide same day turn-around at a lower price than other shops I called.The machinist, Bill, and his assistant inspected the block within minutes discovering a crack that I missed and was able to find me a replacement in house, immediately.After cutting ports and reinstalling the valves, the price ways still really sweet.The finish result was a beautiful head that is running perfectly.The shop was clean and organized. They have at least 8 large service bays, and the staff to keep them full.They worked through lunch to make sure I didn't have to spend the night in town while waiting on my part.Can't say enough good things about this shop.So, if you blow a motor on i40 trying to climb to Flag, have no fear.You can nearly coast back down the hill to a complete motor shop.Would likely drive from out of state if I ever need future work of this type!

What a nice group of people. I was traveling alone and broke down outside of Kingman, AZ. I got towed to TNT, and even though they were booked to the hilt, they got on it right away. My car was fixed by the end of the next day, including ordering parts. They took me to my hotel and brought me back to the shop. Everyone was fun, friendly, and helpful - especially Wanda who runs the show! I highly recommend this team!

IF I could give this place a LARGE number of negative stars I would gladly do so. They charged me $1,100 for an engine coil when it had already been diagnosed that that was the only problem. The REAL problem was that the make and model was a BMW convertible and their unrelenting greed. PLEASE do not make the mistake of visiting this establishment, because not only did they demand $1,100 for an engine coil but they also forged my name and said that I authorized additional work when I did not authorize them to do anything else because the car did not need anything else. It was actually criminal.Service: Vehicle maintenance

Dont bring any BMW to them, they dont know what theyre doing and will break your car. They will say they fixed what was "wrong", and wont do anything but beat up your car after putting on the wrong part because they dont have the special tool to put the right part on. They dont know what theyre doing and wont actually admit it.

THEY KEEP BREAKING MY CAR. First they beat up my axels, causing them to fling grease everywhere, THEN, while "fixing" the axels that were broke, they break my door lock, by somehow making it lock when it has NOT ONCE EVER WORKED SINCE I GOT THE CAR. I told them the lock didnt work when I brought it in the first time, and it had been a while since theyve seen it, so I guess it makes sense they forgot it didnt work. But it would never lock, that was it. Yet somehow it locked when they tried to lock it, and now it is stuck. I cant get into my car. I love that car and I have put so much money into it and now I cant even get into it? Please fix my car so i can go to someone else.

Needed an expensive repair on my '98 Crown Vic. They really worked with us on getting the price down and got the work done quickly. Very knowledgeable and helpful... Thank you, TNT, for making this whole thing far less stressful! Will recommend to anyone;

They wanted to charge me more an hour for the same service if i decided to supply my own parts. When i inquired about how they could justify charging me more an hour for the same amount of work, the lady on the phone begin berate me about how i didnt need to supply my own parts. Wouldnt recommend.

They quoted me 500. On the phone, but then I'm told I needed numerous things so the estimated cost would be over a thousand dollars to fix my car. 2 clamps and a new hose fixed it myself! Be careful at this place.

The machine shop here did an excellent job on my 12valve cummins head had it done in exceptionally quick fashion and with exceptional quality control... gave me all the measurements and kept me informed I will return again
