Made an appointment for front end alignment. On the alignment rack within a reasonable time of appointment. Cost for alignment was as quoted. Staff were polite and friendly. Highly recommended based on the service I received today.

There is another guy I like that I've reviewed but he is so unusual as to almost not count. These guys are ALSO pretty darn good and in a "normal" world outside of Kingman I'd say they were #1 seriously FORGETTING about more of the work they've done than everyone else around here has actually done. Another adv over the other tire shops in the area is their access to OTHER Tire Works throughout the county. If they happen to be out of something you need they can easily access it from one of their sister stores often that same day. Other smaller independents CANNOT

If I could give this place less than a one star I would I have a 2017 VW very expensive car they did my oil change screwed it up. I had to have it re-fixed through TNT Craig the manager tried to make it right by offering me a free oil change, I gave him a second chance and again screwed up my car they handed me my keys and said here you go your oil has been changed. We have not found any problems with your car. Have a great day. come to find out they stripped my plug and tried to cover it up by putting silicone, then made a report saying that I have several oil leaks never have I leaked oil to going for this oil change. I have zero oil spots on my driveway. All of a sudden my car is drain oil like there s no tomorrow and now I m having to pay $850 to replace my oil pan Who does this kind of unprofessional work and doesn t pay for their mistakes Craig the manager He s rude as hell, unprofessional and refuses to pay for the damage he and his team did to my car Do not go to this place if you do not want to spend thousands of dollars to get your car fixed after you have an oil change with them buyer beware

Needed new tires and Craig was very helpful and took great care of our needs. They were very polite and professional. The tires arrived quickly and the service was top shelf. Will definitely go back!

Had four new shocks installed on my truck. Excellent service. The head manager was very nice. He even drove down to Home Depot to pick me up when my truck was done. I will do business there again when I'm ready for new tires.

After a long night of no sleep due to two blown tires at 11pm in the cold highway of I-40 we were finally towed to Superior Tire after 10 hours of needing assistance. The Superior Tire team was SUPERB and helped us in a flash. They ve done an absolute amazing job even fixed our spare tire without having to ask for it. Customer Service is one of the most difficult jobs to stay professional at on certain times and people like Mike, Craig, Tank and the rest of Superior Tire team makes me believe there really are good people out there. I recommend this place to anyone needing vehicle assistance near Kingman, AZ. Thank you so much

Excellent customer service!!!! I m from out-of-state & driving through had an issue on the 40 with my steering thinking I was gonna be thousands of dollars into a repair.I show up they look over my vehicle and I walk out with only a $150 bill! They didn t sell me what wasn t needed or any nonsense!!! Honest guys at this place and got me back on the road in under a hour.

I have been taking my vehicles to this location for 9 years since I moved here. It has changed names but still some of the great guys that worked here previously. I have always been satisfied with the service and they have kept my vehicles running well. I have also bought several sets of tires from them as well and they have competitive pricing.

I really like Tire Works. Bought tires for my 5th Wheel several months ago. They guided me to some good trailer tires that I have been very happy with. Today, I had no appointment, but took a chance they could fit me in for an oil change. Showed up early and .Bingo. Did it while I waited.

I have had nothing but a positive experience at tire works in Kingman Arizona. This is my second time doing business with tire works, both times I was treated with that old small town feeling of friendship. I have not seen this kind of care for the customer in many years, if you're looking for tires or need work on your vehicle I highly recommend you choose tire works in Kingman Arizona. I honestly left there today feeling like I have met a friend in the owner of the establishment. Everything is changing quickly in this old world that we live in, I'm happy to know that I have found one of the good spots in Kingman Arizona.

It is crazy how a company can be so nice to you when they are trying to sell you one of their products. But as soon as you need that product repaired, which is a free service. Or so they say, All of a sudden People aren t so kind to you.I waited around with a clear view of the manager looking right at me, as I yelled for help.Only to have to go back to the back room and approach the manager for assistance. What I got was attitude, like my service isn t paying their bills.Not only that, but all of a sudden this free service, from a tire I purchased less than 30 days ago, all of a sudden there could be something wrong with the actual tire besides a nail being in my tire. But there wasn t anything wrong with the tire 30 days ago when you sold it to me ?Now because there s a nail in the tire. There s something else wrong with their cheap A** tires. And I would have to buy a whole other tire.Customer service : 0Quality : 0Reliability : 0Me recommending this place to ANYBODY: 0Wouldn t even give my enemy a free gift certificate to this rude dump.Thanks to the rude old man, that couldn t hear me directly on the other side of the indoor window, while he had the door open. Eating his ramen soup.

Craig is absolutely amazing. Sat on the phone for over an hour trying to figure out why my credit card wouldn't go through even though balance was available and finally got them to take the hold off my card that wasn't suppose to be there. Amazing service.

Craig was AMAZING! Got a set of tires and an alignment. He recommended me a set that won't break the bank. He made sure to get my car back in the time frame as promised and explained everything as far as warranties, etc. Highly recommend!

Had a screw in my tire. The tire was losing air slowly. Put my spare tire on and went to a different tire place that had "great" reviews. They wouldn't fix it because the tire was too old. Went to Tire Works, and they were more than happy to fix my tire. They were busy, so I left the tire there. They called when the tire was ready. They put my spare tire back where it belonged and the fixed tire back where it came from. They also made sure that all of my tires were properly inflated. $0 was my cost... When I need new tires, I will be coming back here. Mike Brown went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you!

Craig was referred to me by Tom C. They were able to install my Eibach rear shocks and springs on my 2023 4runner. Craig and his crew took extra time to get the alignment as close to perfect as they could, even though I need adjustable caster control arms for my 3" Eibach Stage 2R lift. This will now be my go to shop for anything car related and I will refer many friends and family to Craig. Go here with confidence.

I had the absolute best experience with Tire Works Total Car Care today! I had taken my SUV to another reputable shop in town and they did a brake inspection for me yesterday after I was having sudden intense grinding on my back drivers side. They did their inspection and told my my sliders for my calipers had never been greased before and that it caused my brake pad to wear down and grind that they could take care of my whole left side for my right arm and left leg. I told them I didn't have the extra limbs right now and called Craig at Tire Works. He told me to bring it in and he'd make sure I was taken care of. I dropped it off this morning and less than an hour and a half later Craig called and let me know that my hardware that holds my calipers was bent causing it to wear down the one side of my brake pads and it would cost just a couple fingers to fix it and included a 2 year or 24,000 mile warranty!! I told him to definitely take care of it and two and a half hours after I dropped it off he called to let me know I was ready for pick up! My car no longer sounds like a freight train coming to a halt and is such a peaceful smooth ride again!! I will never go anywhere else again and will always recommend Tire Works! They were friendly, up front, honest, quick, efficient, reliable, and definitely have unbeatable prices! If I could give 10 I would without hesitation!!

I was out on a road-trip with my family and had a screw on my tire. Craig fixed it for free. Craig was very friendly and professional. If you in Kingman AZ and need a quick fix, just don't think twice about this place.

Sooo disappointing!! They sent out an ad offering a free alignment check. Now l just wanted my truck checked so l could decide what l should do, being it's a older model.Trying first to make an appointment on-line, l never heard back from them. Later in the week l called them and made an appointment for the following Monday. The appointment was for 10am but upon arrival, at quarter til, l was told they were very busy and they'd get to it asap... An hour or so later, l noticed the truck being taken back and after about 45 min they came to tell me the truck was "done". When l asked what the prognosis was, l was told the tow in was off and that they had "tightened" the wheel bearings and my total was $120.00????? I asked for what and the guy says that they had went ahead and aligned it. After questioning him about why, he said well, l'll just split it w/ you and it would be $60.... After paying and leaving the shop, l noticed the stearing was actually WORSE!! Having other things to do, l finished my shopping and drove home. When l got out of the truck l noticed the left front tire looked low so l checked it and it was VERY low!!Today l had a friend help me measure the tow in and it was actually towed out.....!!?So, long story short, l cannot recommend anyone taking their vehicles to Tire Works in Kingman.
