Lost my card fuel card .. I have number ..TA staff said you have to have pictures. Than they can accept this was was lost ..police report is nothing for them. They are not accepts police report .according to EFS they have to call them and confirm the inputs . And person . I think this there on policy by him .No written policy they exploit trucker on the name of verbal policy made by staff not TA Petro

These are the nicest people. Made me feel so much better talking to them before I started driving. The lady even took the time to write, Have a gorgeous day, on my receipt. The guy with the awesome c10 asked me if I felt better after my shower as well. Great experience . I love good people

The lady at register didn't know what she was doing rung up the wrong price put my card in negatives said she refund it and it's been about 3 weeks now and never got the refund back so had to pay twice for one thing. ***Called corporate and was told the regional manager would call me and never did. Also the core in my tire stem was loose and I was losing air I ran into the TIRE SHOP and asked to use the tire stem core tool real quick and was told they don't sell them or have them there. How do you do tires then??****EDIT****= The link you give people is not found, and also I contacted through website and haven't gotten a response yet, so it's just normal practices to take someone's money without a refund smh, you guys really care...

This is a TA that's stands out above most! Even the parking lot is pothole less! The restrooms and showers are clean, as the laundry room too is immaculate. No wait times!The shop is clean and efficient on getting you out pn yue road fast.There are multiple pumps for fuel, which are clean, presure washed and safe to walk on.Inside, a well stocked store with friendly staff. They even have beer!There is a Popeyes chicken, sadly some of the staff there actually think mask work. Nevertheless, there is a Black Bear Dinner, which has better food than most of the chain. Nice portions, hot, fresh food with remarkable service.The other TA's nationally could learn from this place.

Got my truck serviced here and wow they really focus on customer service and efficiency here!! I'll definitely be back if I ever need work done on my equipment. Older facility for showers and whatnot, but well kept and nice. Great place!!

This TA location is awesome with both black bear diner and Popeyes. Great coffee and everything is stocked up well. a sigh of relief after a long travel from Vegas. The only problem is there is a small entry to this to this gas station which you could easily miss since there is another gas station next to it.

This place is 100 stars! They fixed what Kingman AZ messed up. Got an ultimate pm service done and when I left, 10 miles down the road my fuel filter light came on so I pulled into here and found out zero filters were replaced, oil and fuel (see pics.) Jessica the manager here, Nicholas and Danny were phenomenal! My coolant was a bit low, washer fluid empty. I'm contacting corporate to rave positively about this TA and to tell the horrible story about Kingman petro.

Mad rush for parking when the sun goes down. Getting in and out of the driveway is challenging because of the traffic and a nearby traffic light. They recently re-did the whole parkng setup. You may be fooled by the old lines that were kinda painted over. Just follow the bright yellow lines and you'll be fine.There's a Black Bear diner here. Havent eating at this one but so far the ones that I have eaten at are pretty good. There's also a Wendy's next door.

Great station! Lots of parking, nice clean restrooms, lots of conveniences and eating choices. Only negative is the Sinclair Dino Pay is not available here.

Great little stop before the Pheonix/Flagstaff exit. It is 0.2miles from the exit so be sure to merge left as soon as you leave! Gas was cheapest in the area $3.52. Diesel is available.Bathrooms were nice. There's a cool popcorn machine and we got a few bags for us and the kids.Kids love the tiny green dino out front.Black Bear Diner is conveniently next door and we totally would have ate if we had the time.

No fuel here this morning I'm not sure if it would have had any last night either but I guess we need to find another fuel stop. I'm not sure if they just forgot to order a fuel drop or if they are trying to update their equipment or if it's just down. Caution tapped off drivers are using for extra parking kinda normal for most trucks tops now a days.

They put my money on the wrong pump and told me there was nothing they could do about it. They said to contact the manager(John Figueroa) and he ignored me. I disputed it with my card company. Then they took the time and produced the card swipe as proof.

A regular stop on our way to Las Vegas and on our way back home.There are two restaurants and a convenience store located inside the TA Truck-stop and Travel Center.A great place to stop and take a break from driving, and refresh yourself before continuing on your trip.Seasons Greetings and safe travels to you and your family !!!

Thank you Jamie & Loraine for assisting us when our holes blew on the highway. Thank you for being kind, friendly and ready to help when we called. As soon as we pulled in there was no wait time and my husband was able to gather all the supplies that he need to get the job done.

This TA is terrible pricing is out of this world and it took 40 minutes to get to the fuel pumps. The cashiers seem like they didn t know what they were doing. Shower was still dirty and had to get them to clean it. No coffee was available. So bypass and go to the flying J

Place is super run down on the outside. When we got there, only three of the 8 pumps were even working. Dont bother to stop at this one. Not worth it.

Clean bathrooms, good variety of snacks for a little pick me up on a road trip through Arizona. There are picnic tables outside to enjoy your food.

Be careful when fueling at this TA (Kingman). Our fuel card (Fleet card) got hijack at this place. Not sure the thief got our information with skimmer machine or at the counter since lately their pump machine having issue. We almost (almost because the company refunded) lost $1400.

This was a great place to stop. Needed a place to pull over and sleep for a while. The store is older but is kept super clean and well stocked. All employees were friendly and busy working. Black Bear Diner omelet and country potatoes were delicious and very large portion. Stopped back in for a cup of coffee before leaving.

this place now one of the worst place no diesel wow I think this truck stop goes for close last three times I am visiting in this TA all of the lines are close if you plan Refill your tank in Ta king man so you are in problem if you don t have leftover trust me one of the worst experience In this week three time I get this experience so I request all of the truckers avoid this gas station if you need a Fuel specially when you have limited gas in your tank try to find another option...

You have to go in and prepay instead of pay at the pump. That's annoying. There aren't many gas pumps, and it doesn't help that some are broken.
