Great customer service. I recommend this location very highly. Michelle Brown, Travis Reina hard and Chase Freestanding were a great help to me. And they did it all with friendly faces. I appreciate the help and great customer service. If anyone needs help with their truck please take it to them. They will take care of you.

Very disappointed with their service. They charged me 25 dollars for just checking my air. That is it they didnt inflate my tire just checked and charged me 25 dollars. It was first time here in pilot. Today I realized that Loves is the best one. They do free all the air checks and inflate for free

Blew a tire on the way to a conference in Vegas. I drove into these guys at about 6-7pm so all other tire shops are closed. They stated they didnt cary car tires, but if i go to walmart i can buy a tire and they would instal it for me. Got me in and out super quick and were very nice. I was able to get to vegas and back home. Thanks Boys!

The girl behind the counter had no clue what she was doing and very argumentative. Went in to get a trailer tire changed and charge on michelin account. I ended up having to pay for it because she couldn't figure the michelin account out

8/5/22 I talked to the mechanic outside the shop if he had time for a PM service he was very polite and professional and said yes, I walked into the office it s 8 pm I tell the guy at the desk I need a PM service he immediately goes sorry we don t have time we close at10 pm. I told him that s in 2 hours a PM service is an hour thing max he goes no 2 hours to finish It I said well your mechanic is ok with that, he got annoyed and said well if he wants to the mechanic walks In but unfortunately they did not have the filters for my 2019 freightliner.Please hire workers who want to work not who turn you away 2 hours before closing when literally they have no one in the shop.

Never Trust these guys. They will rip off the money and won't do the complete job. Especially the AGM TIM (He calls him the Assistant General Manager).They advise you to do illegal things and rip you off.Service: TiresService: Tires

I VISIT THIS SERVICE. I NEEDED TO CHANGE THE OIL. I SAID OVER AND OVER THAT I WANT REGULAR OIL! THEY GAVE ME A SYNTHETIC FOR $700. THEY DID NOT CHANGE THE FUEL FILTER BECAUSE IT IS AN EXTRA CHARGE. MANAGER TIM ARGUED WITH ME, WAS VERY ARROGANT AND RUDE TO ME. THIS IS HOW THIS COMPANY DOES BUSINESS. I WILL NEVER SEE ME HERE AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE. BAD BAD BAD TRUCK SERVICE !!!!!!! VERY RUDE, EVIL, ARROGANT PEOPLE!!!!

I've been to 3 "reputable" truck tire/suspension shops in the last 2 years trying to get my 2017 Western Star 5700XE to stop pulling to the right, shimmy/hopping at 40 mph and shredding expensive steer tires. Each shop improved things, especially after I replaced all the stabilizer bars in the back and the front shocks. But the problems always came back and shredded more tires.The manager at the Kingman Southern Tire at Flying J spent an hour (didn't charge me for it) thoroughly examining everything, and had his crew test the balance of the existing tires, and the balance of the naked rims (also not billed,) before recommending a 3-axle alignment and 16-ply Firestones - which the door sticker specified; previous shop had put on 14-ply.He had me test-drive the tires before doing the alignment to see if it still had the 40mph hop and pull to the right. Hop was gone but still pulled right. After a laser-guided alignment, they corrected both drives and the front axle. Test drive was "like new."The manager stayed involved the whole time and kept me informed the whole way. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Service like this is as rare these days as water in the desert.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

On 2 December Anthony remounted a trailer tire quickly and free of charge. His shop wasn t set up work on 15 inch tires but he did so. It got us back in the road. Thank you Southern Tire Mart and Anthony!Service: TiresService: Tires

I went to get a PM on my truck, they were not able to do nothing, they had a truck on the pit waiting for parts, It was going to take three days or more to get the parts. So PMs were stopped for three days for one single truck. Not to smart of the nanager.

I stoped 4/12/22 around 6 pm for oil change the kid in the front desk told me there oil pump was broken he couldn t do oil change he told me go loves exit 66 haha i knew he was lying he just didn t want do oil changes haha
