This shop has a very friendly and professional crew that just gets it done. They handle all sizes of tires from my car to semis to personally owned military off road vehicles!I can highly recommend them!

We arrived at 8 when they opened, staff was friendly, it just took too long for a tire plug, 45 minutes. My girlfriend watched the tech standing, and walking around. Not a bad place, price was fair everyone was nice it just took too long, maybe it was an off day.

Very disappointed.Bought 6 new tires for motorhome 2 years ago here..promised free rotation included..Returned for rotation. First call was NO..Rotation not included but $15 per tire..then got there and told it would be almost $300...

Not one but 3 blow out on are camper trailer. Are Roadside associated couldn't come though. Southern Tire Mart sent Cameron out and he got us back on the road. I would give the 10 stars

My name is Myron and I own Dump Runners LLC. and I have had the honor to do business with Kingman s southern tire mart! My experience with this location has been nothing but amazing!!! I dealt with the project manager CohnenAnd a man named Ethan at the front desk and these two made sure to take care of me because I m a young entrepreneur and they wanted to give me a pushing start by hooking me up with some diesel tires at an affordable rate! I can t explain how thankful I am to have met a company and it s people that actually care about its customer s!!! Thank you to everyone there!!!!!

Southern Tire Mart in Kingman AZ is absolutely great! Friendly people, they took one look at my trailer and recommended a better tire for less! The service was impressive, not the first time here, a road call last month as well! Thank you all

Jose was real helpful with options after blowing out a rear tire on the highway on my Class A diesel pusher. He told me it would be between 1-1.5 hours before they could get someone out to help me. Marc came out right away and was very good communicator and changing my tire and getting me back on the road. The new tire replacement took about 1 hour. I was back on the road before the 1.5 hours was up. Marc was done before I expected him to show up. NICE Work. Thanks Jose and Marc

I scheduled an alignment the day before I arrived. I drove an hour to get there and was told that they needed to reschedule my appointment after I walked in. They said they called me. It turns out they wrote my number down wrong. When I said I would write a negative review, the manager agreed to fit my vehicle in. The mechanic came in and told me I needed new ball joints and they didn't do that work there. The alignment wasn't done. The woman who wrote my number down wrong told me I still owed them a hundred bucks. I told them to do the alignment anyways since I was either paying for something or nothing. The mechanic was friendly, however, but the manager didn't like me asking him questions and quickly issued an order for him to get started on the next vehicle. Needless to say, this was a horrible experience. I gave a star for the friendliness of the mechanic and one of the women at the front desk who seemed like she was trying to smooth things over with the other woman who wrote my number down wrong. All in all, this was a horrible experience. Look for service elsewhere.

After having a terrible experience with Big O Tires, we drove over to Southern Tire Mart. They helped my husband pick out these AMAZING tires that would work great for the limestone road we drive on and the managed to fit us in to get them on the same day. Great customer service!

Very curious nice people they have tires for heavy equipment big trucks cars RVs trailers very courteous kind people I recommend them to everyone they have handicap parking handicap accessible very good customer they treat their customers very good
