Highly recommend!! They went above and beyond to help me out, and even on a day they were normally closed. Awesome to find an Auto repair shop that operates with the highest integrity, kindness and compassion. I am so grateful to them!

I was moving so I had Cody(simple auto) do my brakes/ power steering pump; 3 months to finish a brake job, drove 200 miles brakes hard as F..k, I had brakes inspected when I got it to Gilbert,AZ they had to put a brake booster which Cody informed me it was ok; I called Cody 1/2 hour before I got into KINGMAN letting him know I was close to pick up my truck when I got there truck wasn t ready and they couldn t start it, I drove back 200 miles and thank God i didn t kill myself or anyone else, amazing how people will take your money with no integrity anymore. My car would not start.I'm so glad I called Simple Auto.They had amazing customer service.Jim recommended City towing and they acted quicklyThey fed me lunch and took me to an appointment while they had my car.I had the battery and my starter replaced.I live an hour awayI was so grateful for their friendship.I felt like part of the family.Thank Trujillo familyService: Battery

They replaced my transmission, and I have taken it back 3 different times over it leaking. The last time I was told to never come back. It still leaks!

Being a young female, I find it hard to find mechanics I can trust, especially while traveling. I lucked out when I ran into some trouble and this was the closest place. Gentlemen were incredibly nice, and didn't hesitate to explain things to me in a way I can understand. I never felt like a burden for asking questions. They got me in as quick as they could. I liked them so much I returned during my travels to have some more maintenance done on my vehicle. The only frustrating thing being the job I wanted done couldn't be finished in one day, no big deal. I was told that I would get a call tomorrow with an estimate and a time to schedule. When tomorrow came (Tuesday) I never received a call. On Friday, I called and was told they'd give me a call right back. That was about two weeks ago now. I was absolutely thrilled with their service up until that point.

I just bought a Toyota Itasca and had a check engine light illuminate. They found electrical issues and repaired them in a timely manner. They checked everything out for me so I can confidently travel now. They are very pleasant and fair. I am so happy to have found them. We have several vehicles that we have taken to simple auto repair and had good service. The last vehicle that we had was a Honda Ridgeline with AC problems it took them three times to get it fixed correctly but I think it is finally fixed and the AC is working great right now. The people there are friendly courteous and knowledgeable.

I thought with all the praise that this would be the place to go. First, NOT a friendly welcome. I was pretty much stranded and needed to get home to Minnesota. First I was told my vehicle wasn't worth fixing, but I had little option at this point. I was told it was absolutely timing belt and would need major engine work and probaby 4-5 days and around $3,000. He would call me with a quote. I waited...the next day I called and was told the owner was out and would return my call....I waited...NOTHING! 2 extra days at a motel. Finally, with no other choice, I limped back to Minnesota with my "old and tired" vehicle. My mechanic in Minnesota fixed the problem with the combustion with a 10 cent spring and some missing bolts...did a bit more cleanup, changed plugs and it took him a little more than 2 hours. Shame on the crooks out there that don't know their business. Don't be female and/or elderly and try to get help here.

I ve been coming to Simple Auto Repair for the past 3 years with our Motor Home before our vacations and have had consistent great service and at a fair price. This is a family run business with super friendly service. On this visit they serviced the air conditioner, replaced the faulty check engine switch, found & replaced the fitting on the air line to my rear air shocks crimped and had no air in them, oil, lubed plus varies other minor repairs. I highly recommend them.

This is the second time Inhave had my vehicle towed there after describing my issue and them telling me to bring it there, only for them to tell me there is nothing they could do aboit it. If there are certain kinds of work you can't or won't do, that's fine, but tell me that before I spend money just to get there and be told I need to spend more money to go somewhere else.

Lost water pump on way home from grand canyon to California. Got to Kingman at 1 pm and found them on web just off I40. They were able to find parts and got us back on road by 5 pm. The best mechanic shop in Kingman Arizona. Cody is always very informative and knows what he's doing. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for repairs.

My friend John came from out of town to visit me and his car wouldn't run correctly. It kept quitting and so he was looking to get it fixed. John had just taken it in the day before and paid a lot of money to an auto repair shop in Ft Mohave that said it was fixed. He came down to see me and fortunately we were able to get into Simple Auto Repair.. They were efficient, professional, friendly and excellent mechanics. There service was beyond compare to anyone John had been to. The car is running great. They fixed the problem. John and I have found a dependable auto repair shop.. We recommend them to everyone! They deserve more than Five Stars!!! Thank you all again for such wonderful service and great results. John & Marlene

Not from Kingman AZ but we came to visit and on the way noticed truck hesitate when accelerating. The guys at simple Auto repair diagnosed it quickly as needing a new fuel pump got us in quickly next day I got the truck back and now running great and price was fair too. Fyi the young lady working in customer service is learning the business and taking care of customers w a professional additude and a smile.Service: Auto maintenance

Took my truck in with AC blower problem dreading the cost. After taking a look was told not as bad as I thought and they handled the problem same day with minimal cost. Nice to deal with auto repair business that I can trust. They are very knowledgeable, affordable, and you feel like your with family. Highly recommend!!

On a road trip across AZ in the heat of the summer, the a/c in our Honda conked out (it was 105 degrees.) We searched online for an independent garage in Kingman with excellent reviews and found Jim and his crew. They sprung into action (in spite of a busy garage) to fix our problem (which they did) with thoughtful, quality service that enabled us to continue our journey. They are consummate, experienced, honest, reasonably-priced professionals. We are so appreciative we lucked out! Highly recommend!

I had a broken anti sway bar bolt that was causing steering difficulties in my motorhome. Simple Auto repaired it in less than an hour and I was on my way. Outstanding repair, without a costly bill. I m from Pennsylvania and was stuck in Arizona on my cross country trip because of car trouble. Simple Auto Repair diagnosed the problem (needed a new thermostat), gave me a fair price, and got the work done all within a few hours. He also replaced my radiator cap too because he said it had a crack in it.Amazing mechanic, and I m forever Greatful for this garage for getting me back on the road quick!

These mechanics are the best at repairing diagnostics and professionalism on anything with a motor. I have never known anyone who could fix my vehicle's from minor to major problems that could be so fast fair and accurate!!! 15 years and never done me wrong!!! Truly Blessed to have known this family. Thank you for being so Awesome!!!

When I first came to this place I was very hesitant due to me being a woman and a lot of places try to get over on woman and it being a small shop. The owners of the shop were very respectful, honest, had amazing enegery and did anything they could do to help me and my situation at the time. They worked with me when I was at my lowest and never made me feel less then becuase I was a woman who didn't know anything about cars. I have referred quite a few people since then and have gotten nothing but AMAZING feedback in return. I highly recommend them to anyone needing work done.

We needed minor repair of a heat shield above the muffler. It was just off of our route along Interstate 40, and they managed to get us out in about an hour. Friendly staff, quick work, and very reasonable.If you need to occupy your time, there is a bakery just next door with an air conditioned lobby, hot coffee, and delicious confections.

Stopped in because a clerk at an auto parts shop told me, based off the check engine code, that I needed to replace all 4 O2 sensors in my 97 Mercury. I was on the road between Flagstaff and CA, saw the town of Kingman on the map and found Simple Auto Repair based on good reviews - pretty damn haply I made the call. Jim answered and gave me all the quote info up front, very forthcoming in our conversation. When I got there he was already on the phone with the parts guy. He took a look at the print out the auto parts shop gave me and correctly determined I didn t need to replace the parts just that the O2 sensors heater fuse had issues, saved me a lot of time and money.Then for good measure he did a once over on the car with me, checked fluids, air filter, timing belt, tires, and helped me identify potential cause for why my exhaust sounded as loud as it did.Great experience, wish this shop was in LA.

2 other shops told me nothing was wrong with my truck. At simple they showed me what the problem was and gave my a pretty good fair price. Good honest people and I highly recommend them

I was passing through town noticed my water pump was leaking didn't have time to be in Kingman for days. When I called Simple auto repair they gave me a quote over the phone. Took my truck there Jim fixed it fast, you could tell they care.Thank you Jim,Ray
