Customer service is excellent. Great communication. Pricing is good. Prompt and efficient.Marco and his crew are friendly and knowledgeable.Tires installed in less than an hour. And I saved $300 total cost m&b- valve stems- Tpms- and disposal.(Pricing from walmart and discount tire)If you need tires- Sierra Tires and Wheels is the place to go!

I had stopped at Sierra tires yesterday because I needed A tire change. I was extremely pleased and satisfied with the customer service I received. Everybody working there was so kind and very polite and professional. They were very quick got the job done and I was in and out of there within minutes and back on the road. Thank you guys

Awesome place for tires. I had a flat tire and Marcus put one on my car till my new tires came in which was the next day. I got 4 new tires and just love them! Then a few days later, my husband went and got 4 new tires for his truck which he desperately needed & again they came in the next morning. These guys are professional and courteous. Marcus is just awesome! He gave us great deals. They were put on & balanced within 30-40 minutes. I would highly recommend Sierra Tires.

The first time i came here was to get a tire patched, after 3 attempts, my tire stil leaked air. I called amd talked to the owner who said he would give me a used tire free, but sir, that ruins the set. I was able to get it fixed elsewhere. I decided to give them another chance and get 2 tires mounted here, and although the website says 15$ they still tried to charge me 20$ each and when i memtioned my previous visit, decided to do it for the 15$ Also, something pricey and important came up missing when i stepped into the smoke shop next door and sadly i have to make a police report now. Like im not saying these are dishonest people but come on, really? Make sure you lock your car if you go into another business nearby, because things could come up missing if yoi get thirsty.The only way I'm ever going back here is if I need to answer any questions from the authorities and they request me to go there when filing my report.I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Sorry j-9.

Had a issue with a purchase, no fault of the stores. Went in to see about a refund and they were extremely helpful and pleasant about the whole thing. Our money was returned back to the card. Just wanted to thank them again for understanding the confusion and being so great about everything. Thanks guys!!!

Great place for tires! Excellent service! Great prices! It was December and I needed a set of 4 new tires. He only had 2 in stock. He went out of town to Golden Valley even though the weather was bad and still came through with a set of tires for me the next day! They were an even better set than what he originally had, yet he still sold them to me for the same original price he quoted me. He got them balanced and installed quickly. I didn't have to wait long at all even though he had other customers. He's the best! I've been recommending him ever since!

Great place to get tires in town. Kinda small and easy to miss but having used most of the tire shops in town I have decided this one is the best. I have gotten many tires patched here and it's always really quick and cheap. I have never had to wait more than 10-15 mins, even when they are busy. Today I just got a new set of quality tires on my truck and the total price installed was less expensive than it would've been to just order the tires themselves online. I also had them mount three trailer tires and they were done in about an hour. If you need tire service check these guys out they are the best in town.

I got the best deal on four rims! Other places wanted a fortune for them. The service and courtesy was amazing! We will recommend these guys to everyone! No kidding, they are awesome!

Great Service!!! We were traveling through, and had a blow out so, we needed a replacement to make it home to CA. These guys even checked all our tires and wheels to make sure we could make the 300 + miles home. Now that is great customer service. Prices were fair. They have new and used tires available. Thanks Guys! P.S. we made it home!

I wish I could give these guys more stars. My wife and I were traveling through, and I had a slow leak (a nail) in one of my tires. I'm a shop teacher, and I have certain expectations about how my car gets serviced. These guys were quick, friendly, and absolutely professional. First rate. They were great!

A great tire store. I usually go to MARTIN'S TIRE SHOP in Mesa AZ but I'm in Kingman now so I thought I'd try these guys out rather than go to a "big store" and I wasn't disappointed. Friendly and got right to work even late on a Friday. Checked my Right passenger side tire for leaks and it was just a bad valve. Only charged 5 bucks and could've asked for more (said it may cost up to 20 bucks to check and fix). So, I gather they're honest too. Good to be able to support a local small business rather than give Wallyworld, BigOH or other "Big Tire" places money that have salesmen working for them. Just like the old days they're out there with their tire jacks....ready to help! nice.

My wife hit a curb and we needed replacement. The other tires weren't ready to be replaced so we went here for a used tire. They had one that fairly worn and offered it for $45. The price was a little high, especially since the last two new ones we bought were about $95 each out the door. I went for it since we needed a replacement and I didn't have time to shop around. The tire leaked air all weekend and we kept having to refill it. My wife came back on Monday for them to fix it and they said the leak must have been our fault. Every-time a customer came in, they dealt with them first. My wife had to end up waiting almost two hours and she had our 16 month old with her. They fixed it anyways and afterwords, they charged my wife $10 for the fix. They should have been upfront about the fix charge before fixing it. She didn't have any money and I was at work. I had to leave work run and pay for it and come back to work. It wasn't a fair price and they were shady about the follow up leak. Save your time & money and go to another tire shop.

First time I went was one tire was low. They inflated it for free and said if it lost air again it might need a patch or plug. Lost air again and went back for the plug after finding a nail. Awesome and honest service. Great business model!!

They were awesome got hard to find tiers. Super fast service was in and out in ten minutes! They also had the best price i could find in Kingman. Any one with a Chevy Trax should check them out. Be getting tiers from them from here on.

I can't recommend this place enough. I called kind of last minute looking for a tire, get to the shop and they tell me they can just fix the one I have, patch me up and send me on my way. Took not even 20 minutes. Incredibly friendly and honest! Thank you guys, you saved our EDC weekend!

The owner does what he can to work with his customers, i got a whole set from him but didnt have the money to pay upfront so he helped me out in a way he felt he could, just recently one of my tires blew and he gave me a used one until my new tire comes in, i would highly recommend going here, a lot of other tire shops i went to in town charge too much for new tires and dont give very good service
