We had lunch at the Iron Skillet in the travel center. They offered typical food choices for a truck stop style restaurant. The food was good and very plentiful. The server was friendly and efficient.

The fuel island has some of the best food and staff that work there, I ve been coming here for 29 years. It s one of the best! I highly recommend this Petro truck stop. Thank you very much petro staff.

There is always a parking spot here, pumps usually aren't too crowded. Great showers, clean, large for truck stops and hot water works! The staff are courteous and friendly. Have never had a bad interaction with anyone here.

We are traveling with friends and talked up the Iron Skillet as one of the best restaurants at a truck stop! We were all excited when we saw one on the Trucker Path app so we drove extra long to get there!! We walked in the door at 8:40pm, the gate to the restaurant was closed. The lady said that everything was put away and they weren t serving anymore!! Devastation!!!! Six more people came up and were told the same thing!! Eight potential customers turned away twenty minutes before closing!! I am an ex server in a restaurant and if customers came in one minute before closing then they were to be served. Hours are set to be followed not fudged with to suit the servers!! I really doubt we will ever come to this one again!! I had to apologize profusely to our friends who were also devastated!! My husband was a truck drivers for many years and always came to the Iron Skillet as well as his trucker buddies!!! Truckers are probably the main customer base at your restaurant but some of the reviews I ve read will probably change that

This is a great place to stop while traveling on the highway.There are plenty of amenities: trash, a huge store, restaurants, showers, laundry, comfortable places to sit. And, if need be a good sized parking lot to rest.

Friendly enough cashiers but they didn t open up a register for me to be able to use Apple Cash to purchase gas. The gentleman said that only one register could accept Apple Cash and that register wasn t quite yet open yet and just dismissed me.Maybe don t mention anything about the registers next time?

We like Petro. They always have clean restrooms, an Iron Skillet dine-in restaurant, and a C-store. Truckers enjoy showers and diesel. We found 87 octane fuel for $3.61 today.

Great place to park with plenty of parking spaces.(the biggest full service truck stop in Arizona) with Good staff and service all the way from the deli and fuel desk to the restaurant and the general store. Jammi is an awesome lady with a friendly and welcoming personality, and positive attitude. Also, there was a gentleman doing merchandise and stacking the shelves showing a good work ethic and dedication to his job.PS: this Petro has good food with vegetarian options.

Great place to park for the night! They have the Best stuffed bell peppers to boot.!!! Friendly service, lots of places to park your semi (yes they do fill up) clean restrooms and good food.!!!

Restaurant is so-so. Prices and food mediocre. Cafeteriaish. Dingy. Shopping mart had everything you need. Some fast food. Good prices. Also a Duncan Donut on the premises which is a definite plus, though they were out of my fav donut. Again.

First time here. Bad customer service from Tracy. I told her not to touch my sandwiches and she gave me an attitude then saying do you know how many people touch the sandwiches before you and me. She should respect my wishes and that it. I Never again will stop at this petro gas station.

Absolutely the worst. Shut down the bathrooms and then got smart with me when 8 asked for how long. Attendant just stood by the TV room watching TV instead of cleaning and opening the toilets!

The petro travel center gets 5 stars! Pretty clean and friendly staff. The Dunkin Donuts gets 0 stars! The worst customer service, very rude, not friendly at all you must order your food military style. God forbid you ask for two donuts at one time, you will make the managers head explode.

Just got done with a trailer swap here and will be here for my 34 so far everything has been great 934 pm and still parking spots down by the fuel island

Nice place to stop a get what you need food gas diesel I really like this station am excited to see the RV park horse place right next to the station, fast service, I recommend customers to appreciate and talk about the great experience in important business like this one, thank you for the great service I want the world to know it continued with helping truckers please

Clean restrooms, showers available. Wide variety of snacks and drinks. Iron Skillet restaurant located inside and a Dunkin Donuts. There is a small pet gated pet area near the parking lot if you are traveling with animals

Review for back in March of 2019. While in Arizona, we stop by at this pretty interesting gasoline station. I'm not guilty, to say that I absolutely enjoyed my stay here in Arizona. This petrol station has lots of souvenirs here that people could come and buy. It's basically right before you get to the Grand Canyon . nice experience.. In arizona. I had a wonderful time on a road trip with my kids from Arizona to San Diego this week of March in 2019.

I'm a truck driver. This place takes pride in their shower stalls and there is parking for days,good 4 heavy haulers. They also have a sizeable fule island were they cook hamburgers sandwiches burritos stuff like that. If you're in the mood to sit down and have a good meal not just a Grab & Go they also have an iron skillet Restaurant attached.

They feel the need to pressure Wash the fuel island at seven a m on a monday. Leaving only four pumps available for fuel. The ice machine is broken. And the deli lady is extremely rude. Gives you about five cubes With attitude

If I would have been thinking about it prior I would have taken a picture from the other side to show truly how many semis are actually in the road blocking any access for any of the locals and it's like this all the time even last week there was a cop over there shoo-ing them away to try to keep a lane open, seems it's now up to Petro to figure out something better for these guys so they stopped blocking the road we are all hoping Petro will step up and correct this issue

I have to say this was by far the worse experience I've had at a petro iron skillet. I paid $15 for a small piece of chicken and the mash potatoes shown . The Mac was an extra $3 and it was all ice cold. It took over an hour to get this food . Will never stop in there again. The service was horrible I would say save your money and eat somewhere else. The store itself is nice. Showers were clean and ready .

Love this location! Staff is friendly, helpful, professional, store is clean, stocked. Love, and good vibes out to all you guys! Kevin at the fuel desk was super patient with me and helped me so much with using my app!

Don t even deserve one star. Stay away from this loction. Biggest scamer in trucking repair.My trailer s rear bearing need to be replaced. This is the only part needed. Instead of changing that part, he was going to replace whole axle.Which he informed me to ordering from uttah. It will take 3 to 4 days to coming. It is completely stupid.After I refused to that, he started to being bully with me.He was going to block my gland hands without my permission, and sieze my truck. He start talking rubbish with me. Then, He charged me overwhelmed price for nothing. So, i paid his ridiculous bill, i chained up my rear axle and leave this scam place.Next morning, i went to another shop. Another shop just replace both bearings and i was able to rolling again on the road. I lost my a lot time and money for just went in this petro s mecanic shop.Stay alert from those scammer

Pretty big, with a sit down restaurant and a Dunkin Donuts. Massage chairs, and a really clean and well decorated Womens bathroom. Staff was nice.

This is an off brand truck and consumer stop adjacent to the west bound US 40 interstate hiway. It offers the usual amenities that one would expect to find at a convenience center. Restrooms. A restaurant and more. Gas prices are higher than the central and eastern Arizona but still lower than California.
