Blew a tire on our way home. We were able to pull off at the 91 east exit. Unfortunately we didn't have a jack with us. Jason came to save the day, and hopefully our ice cream. He was friendly and professional. He seems to really enjoy his job helping others unlike some other tows or tire help we've had in the past who show up looking annoyed. It was Labor Day and I had a flat tire. I called AAA and they called Mike s Towing. It took them 1 1/2 hours to get to me but I was kept up to date on their arrival time through AAA. The driver himself called me when he was close. He was very professional and courteous and changed my tire to my spare and offered to call around to see if there was a tire shop open to replace my tire because it was shredded. I had already made arrangements for one, but that was a really nice above and beyond service. He was very quick and it was no charge. Don t travel without AAA. They get good trustworthy businesses like this one.

On a busy Saturday morning they got here in less than an hour! My driver Jason was awesome, quick and once we made it to the tire shop he made sure I would be helped before leaving. Fantastic company from the initial phone call for help to the drop off at the dealership! The young lady that answered the call was extremely patient and knowledgeable! The operator (Garret I believe) who rescued us from the middle of the desert definitely continued the awesome customer service. Instead of just dropping us off at the truck stop as we requested he suggested a different option. He brought us back into town at the dodge dealership that was surrounded by hotels and amenities! That might sound like basic common sense however if you've been paying attention that's not how businesses have been operating of late!

Tyler provided a great Towing service and arrived very quickly faster than the estimated time. He was well prepared for my vehicle very happy about the work, I even changed my route, and he provided me with tips on how to do so through my roadside assistance provider, so the tow went smoothly.

I requested a tow from my AAA account and got picked up by Colton Courtney. I was told from my initial call that it would take 2 hours, but Colton was at my location under 90 mins.Colton drives great and got me to my location safe and sound and also has a cool dude. Highly recommend this guy and his biz!

WOW! Great service. I was left for dead by Mercury insurance dispatch/contractor A & L. They kept having an attitude and had me wait for over 3.5 hours and they lied and said their tow truck broke down while trying to get me so I will be suing A&L for emotional duress. But on the bright side Mikes towing from AAA calmed me down and personally called me I m gassing up right now, than I m on my way see you in 20 minutes wow;hospitality, emotional sensitivity training, chivalry, time management, empathy all get A+++ Colton my Driver was amazing got me to Vegas from Kingman at 11pm and sad he has to get himself back alone Will also be writing a BBB review of positivity for Mikes Towing in Kingman! This towing company got Kings amount the men and boys of this industry. They are setting the standards high(and mighty) if it s not Mikes Towing I DONT WANT IT!!!!

The guy Cody that they sent out to to my truck and trailer was absolutely a professional and showed up quick. When we got to to the drop off he was able to back in my trailer to the spot it needed to be in in one shot!! I will definitely make sure my truck breaks down just to have him tow me. He s the worlds best backer upper like tow mater!! Thank you mikes I ll definitely be using them all the time!! You rock Cody!!!!Service: Car towing

Thank you Terry ( I pray I got that right. I was stressed) and Mike's Towing for rescuing me today. We have used Mike's several times for our personal and business vehicles and have always been very happy with the quick, wonderful service. And thank you Terry for your service to our country :) :)

We were traveling through Arizona in our motor home when it had a mechanical problem and towing was the only way to get back to a repair facility. Kevin showed up with a big wrecker and towed it from Wikieup to Kingman. We rode in the truck cab with him. Kevin was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and caring. This was a 2022 motor home and having it towed made my husband quite nervous. Kevin put those fears to rest by his skills of operating the wrecker. He delivered us safely to the dealership with the motor home. We enjoyed the 45 minute ride with him as he was very personable. So in the end the bottom line was this: Mike s did what they said they would do, at the price that they told us, and the service was done exceeding our expectations, by an employee who represented the business well. Each time we have used Mike's over the last two years, every driver staying with Dave, Keith, and Justin have been very prompt, courteous, professional, and knowledge about each job that they were doing. Would always be my number one pick for Mohave County!

This was my tow company AAA sent me for a ride from Kingman to Vegas. Colton was my driver. Over 2 hour drive with him back to my house. One of the best conversations Ive ever had. It was easy to talk with him, learn about him and visa versa. I hope to never have to use this service again but for anyone wondering Colton is the best most professional tow driver Ive ever met. Not that Ive met alot but I will give much more respect to tow drivers, its a tough job and long days. I cant thank him enough for getting me home not even just safe, but happy even-though my car was a bust. Thank you Colton!

So Mike's quoted me a price of 105. But when he dropped the car off he changed the price, added 20 to that. When we were already quoted a cheaper price from a different place. When we told him how much they quoted us he went down to 105 only to scam us and waited till we got the car on the back and to the EV location before he switched the price. It was way to hot for that lie. That lie made me even hotter.

I live in coastal California and was on my way back home after visiting family for the holidays. It was New Year's Eve, and my engine kept misfiring and dying just a few seconds after I started the car. The Lyft driver who took me to my hotel recommended this towing company. Not only did they respond quickly, they were able to pick me up from the hotel on the way to my car. The driver called a local mechanic's shop to make sure that they were able to look at my car same-day. Excellent service, highly recommend!Service: Car towing

From Cloride to Kingman which was a forty-mile trip. They were there in about an hour I'm not going to quote the price . It was the most reasonable price I've ever been quoted I will say it was below way lower than all their competitors I will highly recommend them to everybody very professional on time very nice.

That guy Jason the Firefighter was soooo amazing. He took great care of my car. I m going to pop my tires just so he can tow it again. Amazing employee and very professional and his truck smelt so good. Great job Mikes PowRTow

Driver came out at 1 am to bring me gas. I have 2 tanks and was only 9 miles from the station. Cool driver was a biker like me. Good conversation and got me on my way quickly and I tipped him $100 for great service.

Absolutely no one go to this company. They victimised me after I was already a victim of theft! they waited 5 months to report they had my belongings racking up storage fees. They have gone out of their way to prevent me from getting any of my stuff back. I didn't have a choice in this company. If you do. FINDE SOMEONE ELSE they are not honest. And they have no respect for their customers. They will take everything they can from you while giving you an attitude for for it.All lies they picked up the caper beginning of Sept I wasn't notified until the very end of January I gave them multiple ways to open the camper without causing any damage. They refused any and all suggestions. Now my kids and I will have to spend another 3 years and thousands of dollars collecting new camping gear. We got locked out of our 2002 ford ranger that has crank windows, we got locked out of our truck at 3:30 am and the eta for the driver was 6:50 am!!! However he showed up at 4:15 and was super nice, didn t catch his name but had us out of there quickly, I would ve been so frustrated doing his job but he was the best. 10000/10

I rented an RV and it broke down 12 miles outside of Kingman, AZ. They came to tow it...not once, but twice...after determining that it needed the more heavy duty tow truck. Both Joe and Jerry were great. Friendly. Helpful. Efficient. When the auto shop was closed for the night, they even drove us to our hotel. Mike's is my family's knight in shining armor. When our car decided to just go dead, on NYE, they came to our rescue. We didn't have to wait long and he was quick to get the kids and myself into his warm cab, even offering them a dum dum which, went a long way to turning their experience around. He was personable, professional, kind, and just great at his job. I can't say enough about how my interaction with "Short Bus" made my less than stellar end of 2021 just a whole lot less bad. I of course hope to never have to use a tow service again but, if I do I will definitely be calling them again.

AAA sent Mikes Pow R Tow out to Golden Valley to take my car home. Christopher was the driver and did an excellent job of taking care of my car. He called when he was on his way to let me know where he was. He was very nice and concerned for my safety.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Excellent service, efficient and on time. While having to be towed is not always fun, Mike s towing made it as painless as possible. Dylan & Justin were awesome! They took extra time and effort to ensure that my camper van was towed safely and securely. It s an old van with low clearance and they went out of their way to problem solve and get me towed without any problems. They were both polite and professional throughout the process. Can t recommend them highly enough. Thanks!

Customer service was Outstanding. David was our tow driver. He immediately shook our hands and introduced himself. He got the car loaded up with what seemed like no effort at all. From the start to the end I was very satisfied with the dispatcher I talked to in the beginning to the pricing for my tow. The driver that picked up and dropped off my truck was very professional kind and just treated everything properly. I will suggest them to anybody. Thank you for making my experience great.
