I would say the most decent and can really be trusted. I brought my car for struts and shocks replacement and they really did a great job without hassle and I did not encounter any problems at all. Honest and very reliable.

This gentleman is amazing as a human and mechanic. Helped us to get us back on the road to Michigan with 2 trucks, 2 trailers , and 2 dogs. Highly recommend HRS truck and auto. Thank you for taking out time from your personal day to help us. Enjoy your evening . Tom you are awesome.

And I m back on the road! Had smoke and red liquid spewing from my motorhome on 93. I m thousands of miles from home! As soon as HRS opened they got me in and started working on my vehicle. Finished it that afternoon and I ve got 500 miles between me and that work and my rig is running beautifully. 5 million stars to Tom and the crew at HRS for their excellent work, kindness, and hospitality.

They were the only shop open on a Saturday when we broke down traveling through. They got us in and working on the truck within an hour of calling. Tom and Cody went above and beyond to help us out. Great guys, highly recommend.

CUSTOMER'S BEWARE: Tom the owner worked on my mother's grand prix just to fix a few hoses but when Tom got the car he started to point out things that needed to be fixed. My mother is an elderly woman that got taken advantage of, so my husband and I asked Tom for the parts that he said he replaced. We took them to another mechanic asked if the parts came from my mother's car. They laughed and told us that they belonged to a Honda! This is not the end of it, a big lawsuit will follow! We all live in town and we try to support our locals. I should have read his reviews prior to my mother taking her vehicle there I would have noticed he only helps out- out of towners! Maybe because he knows they won't be back. Don't see any reviews from us locals.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We were stranded 25 miles from Kingman. We had been there since 3 am on a Saturday. I called him and he returned my called same day. He was the only mechanic that was able to help us. He usually doesn't open on saturdays. He understood the bind we were in. He said he will do the best to get us back on the road. He was able to get us the part we need. The fuel pump, and he tried to get us the best price. Thank you for calling us back and getting us back on the road same day. Many shops in the are were closed or weren't available until Tuesday. Honest man and very understanding . Tries to help and get you on the road as soon as possible.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Saturday afternoon of a big festival weekend in Kingman, AZ, we broke down 31 miles outside the city on the open highway in our big GMC Yukon with our trailer attached. Waited three hours for a tow truck. The sun was hot and the traffic constant and everywhere we called said they couldn't possibly see us until Wednesday or that they were closed. Not HRS. He was there for us! Tom was the best! He was clear, direct and honest. He told us, "have them tow it here and I will do what I can to get you safe and back out on the road as quickly as possible."He was a man of his word. He explained what he thought might be the problem, which it was. This guy works on racing cars, he knows his stuff. He had us fixed and back on the road within 24 hours - just like he said he would. Thomas is kind, considerate, knowledgeable, exacting and reliable. The price was fair and the work was done well. We feel so lucky that HRS was the shop that was open and the one who took our call.Our tow truck driver, when he arrived, asked us where we wanted him to take the car. We told him HRS and we asked him what he thought, he said, "Well, I don't know him personally, but I know he's a great mechanic!" And right he was!The experience of breaking down on the highway out in the desert is not a pleasant nor safe-feeling experience, but Thomas made everything better and feel possible! Thank you, Tom! We were travelling through Arizona, nearly at the end of a long RV trip around the US, when our serpentine belt broke about 40 miles outside of Kingman. We had the tow company take us to this shop, and we ended up being so grateful that we found him. He not only replaced the belt, he sanded down the pulleys that likely caused it to wear. Our breakdown happened, as these things seem to do, on a weekend, and he worked late Saturday and again Sunday morning to get us on our way. He wasn't just knowledgeable, he paid attention to the little details that make the difference, and he was kind to us. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys, father and son, are AWESOME!! Prices are reasonable, work is great and they communicate very well. Have taken more than one vehicle to them and have been VERY satisfied with their work. Recommend them to anyone!!

Serpentine Belt broke while on my way while coming up the 93, called quite a few places no answer. TOM at HRS Truck & Auto Repair answered and said they would help me out first thing in the morning, and that they did. I m back on the road thanks to Tom and Cody!

If we were local, we'd have these guys over to BBQ. Had major car trouble while traveling. We were hundreds of miles from home and knew no one in Kingman. Made a few calls, no one had same day appointment, called HRS and we are so glad we did. They treated us like family. These gentleman are honest, knowledgeable and provided fast, good quality service at a fair price.I would highly recommend them to anyone.They only take cash.

They got us in fast and fixed our air conditioner. It was found to be a hose problem (hose was leaking) when the new hose malfunctioned they got us right back in and fixed again. Super nice and great to work with. Price was very affordable for all the work they put into it. We have also had multiple oil changes theough them. We will totally use them again.Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

Gotta be the best guy in town. Fast, efficient, and reasonable rates. Went above and beyond for us and didn't charge a arm and leg to get it done. Oh wait and honest. Over all great business experience.

What can I say, HRS is your best bet in Kingman AZ. My dad & I, are super pleased with the service we've recieved here. You'd be crazy to go anywhere else.
