This is the best repair shop! We broke down mid road trip and were towed to Holden s. They were so incredibly kind and helpful. This included quickly assessing the car and ordering the necessary parts and suggesting a hotel and shuttling us there and back! They even checked in on us to make sure we safely arrived home. Holden s got us back on the road and offered incredible support and guidance throughout the whole experience. I highly recommend them.Thanks so much to Scott and the rest of his team for taking such good care of me and my boys. Your kindness and professionalism are not something one experiences every day. I went back to teaching today and couldn t stop telling my co-workers about their exceptional service.

Everyone at Holden's Auto service was busy at work when I showed up before 8:00 a.m. Wednesday! I'm so impressed with their attention to detail and the kindness doesn't go unnoticed! My car is always a little bit happy spending time there! Job well done Scott!

Holden's did a great job on my truck! I was in a pinch and needed it fixed asap to get to and from Fort Mohave for work. They got my truck in the day I called to have it looked at and had the repairs done the next, all without overcharging for the work! The staff was friendly and helpful, and my truck drives excellent! Theres definitely a reason so many people told me to try Holden's! It was worth every penny!

Our truck broke down on our way to Albuquerque with final destination Texas. By the time AAA towed us & were taken to Holden's, it was about 4 hours later. We prayed our truck could be fixed that same day so we could head back on our road trip. They were courteous & assured us they would do what they could while making sure job was done right. The guys at Holden's stayed later than usual to fix our truck. They got us an Uber to the hotel & Uber back to shop when done. Our truck was fixed that same day. We stayed the night for some needed rest & were back on the road the next morning. We had no further issues, they even checked up on us to make sure all good. Thank you Holden's for your hard work. We greatly appreciate you, may God bless your business.

I brought my 2004 Merc ML 350 in for an oil change, and to get the starter checked, as well as a headlight that was shorting out.Despite having made an appointment, somehow it was never put into their system. Scott got me right in - and had me out in just under an hour. Oil changed successfully . He advised me they would only charge $40 to install the little light part (the wiring has deteriorated) that the bulb clips into. And he advised me to take my car back to another mechanic who had replaced the fuel pump and did work on the fuel system a few months. He could ve just advised me X, Y or Z was wrong and lured me into getting work done by Holden s, but he didn t do that.I m so grateful we found a good, honest place to get our car maintained and repaired when needed. Scott and Herman were so polite, and down to earth. Refreshing these days, frankly. But most importantly, they were honest and did a good job without taking advantage of me (my husband can no longer take care of the guy things).

5 service. My husband and I have used Holden s Auto a couple of times for our vehicles and every time we ve experienced amazing customer service and quality work in a timely manner. They stand by their work and I really can t say enough about how great they are to work with. Highly recommend!

While on a cross country road trip with the kids, we ran into some car trouble right outside Kingman. I found Holden s on Google and showed up in the morning right when they opened. They were able to squeeze me in, diagnose, find parts and fix my vehicle that same day, to get us back on the road. My vehicle is running much better now and I can feel safe knowing we won t be stranded somewhere. The guys who helped me at Holden s were all very polite, professional and explained everything. If I m ever back in the area and in need of service, I wouldn t consider going anywhere else.

These guys were amazing from start to finish. I was passing through when I had an issue and needed a significant repair. Super helpful, friendly, honest, and professional. Very happy with the quality of work done and timely service. Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing to take care of their vehicle.

I had a great experience at Holden automotive. We were halfway through a 2000 mile trip and our truck was having a problem pulling the camper. Scott got the truck in as soon as I got there and they were able to diagnose the problem . Due to part availability and our timetable they were unable to fix the problem while we were there. However with their diagnosis and how the truck was running I chose to push on and finish our trip. I really appreciate everything that Scott and everyone else at Holden did for us. I would recommend them if you ever need a shop in the Kingman area.

I had a tire starting to come apart driving home to SE Arizona. They didn't have the exact tire in stock (oddball brand/type). I picked up some tires from somewhere else and brought them there. They knew I was just passing through, so they mounted them and did the alignment in an efficient amount of time. Holden's didn't balk at me about bringing tires in from somewhere else, and they were most helpful. They have a small but very clean sitting area if you have to wait.

The ABS light kept coming on and we took it in to Holdens and it was some kind of short. The cost was very reasonable and they followed up on the repair a few days later to make sure everything was ok. We definitely will be a repeat client with them. I would recommend you try Holden's Auto Service first very reasonably priced and extremely professional.

Hands down the best experience I ve EVER had with a mechanic shop. I have a European car which can be on the expensive side to fix and sometimes needs specialty parts. Scott really takes the time to educate me on what repairs are needed and why. He also lets me know what needs to be done immediately and what I can do at a later time (due to my budget). They are extremely honest and I ve never felt ripped off or taken advantage of because I m a woman (which has happened before). Holden s has always gone above and beyond for my whole family and we know our vehicles are in excellent hands.

A few months late on my review but was in Kingman for a week in December/January for the holidays. Our family van was overheating and despite the busy holiday season, Holdens did me a solid and squeezed me in and got the van repaired so our family could stay on scheduled and make it back to southern AZ safety and on time. Vans been running great ever since. If I ever have vehicle issues again in the area, will definitely go back.Additionally, while I was waiting to pick up my vehicle, a gentleman was in front of me and struggling with a few things and getting frustrated. The guys up front were extremely patient and professional, despite the customer being frustrated and not fully comprehending the situation.

I'm from out of state and broke down in Yucca and picked this place blindly. Quick service, good pricing, and a courtesy cab to my hotel. Can't recommend them enough. Hard to find an honest mechanic these days but this is a great spot. Professional and courteous. 5 stars.

The mechanics at Holden's were very friendly and helpful. We were on our way to Laughlin when all of sudden the transmission cover protector dropped. We stopped at Holden's and the mechanics there fixed it for us. We strongly recommend them for all your vehicles needs.

We took our vehicle to Holdens. We were told they would work us in as soon as they could. They called the next day explaining the problem and texted us pictures. We had our vehicle back in a timely manner. They are very professional and friendly. We would highly recommend them.

These guys are more than repair professionals. They are good neighbors. We had damage traveling westbound on I-40, coming into Kingman. I knew no one in Kingman and called Holden's on a hunch. They repaired the car in short order and sent us on our way. While there, we encountered another traveler in the same predicament. They handled us both in short order. When selecting service vendors, I look for technical proficiency and integrity. They've got it all. Use them. You won't be sorry.

If you break down in Kingman, AZ, get to these guys. So friendly, so efficient. My regular shop charges $200 to just LOOK at my car, these guys were like, "no, charge, we do this all day". You feel like you matter and they want you to feel at home. You're not just a dollar sign.

I just moved here and my car was running so poorly. I took it to Holden's , and I'm so glad I did! They are professional, no one tried to sell me anything I didn't need. They are all very friendly and listened. Never going anywhere else!! My car runs like new!! Thank you Holden's..and all employees who work there!

These guys took me in last minute. I travel full time in my Ford transit van and I had a mechanical emergency. The staff are really kind people and I felt safe here which is a big deal as a solo woman on the road. 10/10 recommend and if I'm traveling in the state again and I need work done I'll drive out of my way to support this shop.

This review has been a long time coming! We've been coming to Holdens for 3 years. They've been nothing but absolutely professional and excellent. I can tell you first hand nobody wants to go anywhere once something's broken and it affects their pocketbook. On the other hand with Holdens our fleet has been running reliably thanks to regularly scheduled maintenance that they provide and remind us of. Anytime we've come in they've always provided either a ride or a loaner car. The staff here is awesome well rounded people that really care about you.Thank you for everything you do. We'll see you next time.

Scott at Holdens was very responsive to our travel schedule needs. They fit us in and got us out promptly after we had a breakdown on a road trip pulling a fifth wheel. Good communication and attentive customer service. Also informative with technical information about our problem. I highly recommend Holden s Auto Service in Kingman.

My daughter's car seemed to be having an unknown issue after changing the battery. We took it to Holdens after seeing how many good reviews they have. They had to reboot the car (not sure of what they said exactly) but the car is now running AND they didn't charge me for anything. Thank you

I was stranded in Kingman with a carload of passengers. Scott the manager agreed to check my overheating even though he was backed up. They fixed a major problem in two hours at a reasonable price and sent me on down the road safely and dependably,. He saved us all from a major problem very professionally. cannot say enough how great this service was!!!!

Recently had creaking from front end. Holden's inspected front end. Visualized issues leaking strut and cracks/tears in rubber bushings. Left vehicle for repairs. Repairs completed before end of next day. Highly recommend Holden's. Pleasant staff, will be a return customer.

Did the job as quickly as possible, all work well done. Worked awesome with me since my truck had to be brought in on a trailer, they supplied the lock to lock up the trailer.
