My wife and I flew out from Texas to Los Angeles to drive our sons car back to Texas. His car had been in storage since the 2020 Pandemic. As we drove through Kingman, Arizona, his car just quit in the middle of Interstate Hwy 40 Not good We were towed to Great West Commercial Tire. Debbie Sleep, the General Manager, broke the news to us as gently as she could that we didn t need a set of tires When she found out that our son only had two payments left on the car, she recommended we leave the car with her, go back to Texas and she d call us. Debbie called me one day and said she had our son s car purring like a kitten and there was no need to fly out to get the car because she was shipping it to our home in Texas. The final bill was much less than expected. Now our son has a vehicle he owns outright that runs well ! That s customer service! I ve owned over 14 vehicles to date and been in and out of many dealership and auto repair service centers. I would rate Great West Commercial Tire the best of all of them (to include Mercedes and BMW dealerships service centers I ve used in the pass). If you need auto service repairs in Kingman, Az, Debbie Sleep and her team at Great West Commercial Tire is your best choice !!!

This company deserves 6 stars!! And so does the General Manager, Debbie Sleep and all of the staff!I was driving from Canada to Mexico and got a flat about 40 km from Kingman, AZ on 93S. I was towed to this shop. I still can t believe the care, kindness and exemplary service I received from Debbie and her staff. She went WAY above and beyond anything I ever would have expected. I had much anxiety and was thinking I may need to take an uber to Vegas to buy a tire because none of the local shops had my size in inventory.Sensing my anxiety level and wanting to help me, Debbie not only personally drove me to a competitor to purchase the tire I needed (since it would arrive there the next day) but she also drove me to a hotel for the night and picked up my tire the next day and took it back to her shop to have it installed and then picked me up from the hotel. She also stored my fully-loaded vehicle in her shop overnight and gave me complete confidence that it would be safe (and it was). I seriously couldn t believe that I was treated with this level of kindness and care. This type of service and care is definitely not the norm.This is a tire shop that respects its customers and demonstrates the highest integrity, service and professionalism. And Debbie simply rocks!! As do all her staff.If you need new tires or a repair please go to this shop! Just go! You will be in the very best hands and be dealing with a shop that truly values their customers and treats you as a person rather than just another income source. My tire was expertly installed, my vehicle handled with the utmost care, things explained thoroughly, and all at a very reasonable price. I could not have driven away happier!Thank you Debbie and staff! With SO much gratitude!PS: you now have a customer for life. I will go out of my way to use your shop when I next need new tires.

Was referred to GWT to service my Mercedes Diesal and wheel alignment on my Navion 24h. During which the mechanic noted new struts and shock absorbers were needed. Parts were ordered and arrived within the week and installed at the quoted estimate. Very good customer service and cheerful crew. Thanks guys

What amazing service Shane provided when my old airstream tire blew. Was stranded on Hwy 93 in the boonies and he replaced the old tires and got me rolling again in 101 degree heat... he even offered me a bottle of water! Many thanks Shane!!

The fuel pump went out on my 93 Dodge van while on a road trip. Had my van towed here and Great West Tire replaced it on a weekend for a great price. They were super gracious/kind while we waited. I am grateful for their service and expertise!

Great West has been my mechanic since 2020. I travel all 48 states delivering 5th wheels and travel trailers. Debbie Sleep and all of the employees there treat me like family and the work that they do is top tier. I highly recommend this shop.

Brought my 1969 Corona in to have my wheels balanced. The guys did a great job, staff was funny and very pleasant. Would absolutely recommend. Thank you Great West Tire!

We are from NC and we were heading back home. We had a flat on the interstate and they stayed open past when they closed to get us fixed up and back on the road. We ended up needing four tires and they stayed and put them on for us even though they could have told us not today. They are super nice people I would recommend them to anyone.

Several mechanics 6 different shops, $5,400.00 later after so many shops I brought my 2002 Ford F-250 here. Wow no one else could fix my steering issues!I brought my truck to great west tire here in Kingman. Debbie is a amazing! After a quick review and talking to her mechanics she said we got this. I told them I was a long haul trucker and I would be back in two weeks. She gave me a price that was fair and reasonable. Low and behold I came back in two weeks and my truck was amazing. Thank you!

Nobody wants to get a flat on the side of the highway, but if it happens you want Debbie and her team on your side. Debbie and her team at Great West Commercial Tire was all care and compassion. They personally searched the area for the right size tire to have us back on the road as fast as possible; now who does that? We are forever grateful!

Wow! What a blessing they are. Kind, courteous, knowledgeable and family owned. We had a rim that was leaking air through the weld. We called several places with no luck. Debbie was able to find us a replacement rim and get us back on the road. Her years of experience and knowledge really shines.

The most helpful workshop in all of America!!! We got stranded here with our camper, although the replacement part was not immediately available they helped us and we were able to stop overnight. They went out of their way for us. Thank you very much.Kind regards from Switzerland

Outstanding customer service. Had a truck blow its steer tires going into the port of entry in Kingman Arizona. Was referred to this company by another tire shop that didn't have road side assistance. Called and spoke with Debbie on the phone she immediately assisted me and told me she would have roadside assistance to me with two new tires in 25 minutes. Literally 25 minutes later Shane showed up and got our tires changed for us and made a stressful situation seem like such a simple easy fix. Worth every penny it is extremely refreshing to see a company in 2023 who still cares about customer service, being polite, and timely. I really appreciate you Debbie and Shane thank you for your assistance, wish you both all the best.

Absolutely incredible service. I had a wheel hub fail during a 1,500 mile trip while transporting a classic vehicle. Not only did they provide an amazing turn around time and get me on my way, they drove out to retrieve my classic from where I had to park it! Amazing service, and wonderful people!

Excellent! We were a last minute call in before a holiday weekend, with an old RV that needed TLC before travel. The team was kind, knowledgeable, and very professional. They helped us prepare for a long road ahead and taught us a lot about the RV. They were very reasonably priced, generous in time spent with us, and overall great people. We felt so much more at ease with all they shared and appreciated their upbeat approach through out the visit. The RV ran like a champ through out our entire trip and didn't have a single hiccup. I would highly recommend GWT to anyone with vehicle needs, they are a great part of the local business community in Kingman.

Don't go anywhere else!! Get towed here if within 100 miles! These people may have saved my life after fixing what a fly-by- night route 66 mechanic did to my camper tires. Debbie may be an actual living Saint. I cannot describe to you in words how amazing these folks truly are. They are a family ran quality business that truly CARES AND TREATS YOU LIKE FAMILY. After all I had been through, I was scared to leave my camper overnight. Debbie responded by sending me pics of my trailer fro. The security camera throughout the night. I never asked her to do this. She truly feels like family..a friend for life and most certainly a customer. I live a few hundred Iles away...but I swear I'm taking a day trip to kingman to get my tires done when I need it next! Thank youuss Debbie!! It's been a rough ride..thanks for helping us settle in safely..and even feel safe to travel from here...

I broke down across the highway from this good year store. I knew that I had a problem with my battery terminals so I went and asked for their help. They allowed a tech to come to my aid and replaced the broken terminal and fixed the lose one. I introduced him to my van as Glen. He was so pleasant and very helpful. I had no tools so he brought the required items and the job was done in a minute. The Lord was watching over me because not a moment later after the van was working again, a lady came to my aid and pointed me in the direction of a free shower at a soup kitchen just around the corner from Good year. So grateful for all the help u received that day. It was the perfect place for it all to happen. Thanks to all of u wonderful people at Great West Tire

I have been getting tires from them for as long as I have owned my truck as well as other mechanical work done too their people are wonderful their service is exceptional and i wouldn't think of going any where else I'm so glad I have them to keep my baby rolling keep up the good work guys and gals

Went there without an appointment for a quick fluid and tire pressure ck. WS waited on quickly. There was a charge for their time spent. Was able to go in and learn a few things about my RV by the nice man who did the ck up. The office lady was very nice and offered me some advise on camping in the area. Had to return the next day as the steep exit from the side garage caused my Mud flap to come loose and had to be removed because it broke the bracket. . Was fixed in a jiffy an I was quickly on my way.

Best service ever! We were traveling from Salt Lake City to Flagstaff with our 5 kids and we got a flat tire outside of Kingman. Our tires were under warranty and there was not an exact match until Monday. Debbie saw our frustration and immediately helped us out by communicating with the company from Salt Lake. She went above and beyond for us, I would recommend this business to anyone passing by or live in the town. Thank you!

I had a tricky electrical problem with an open circuit that caused my van engine to die hundreds of miles from home. Great West Tire Factory left no stone unturned in getting me up and running. Diagnosis was difficult and at the end of the day the van needed a major rewiring at my local Ford dealer. Debbie kept me updated on the progress over the days my van was with them, so I always knew was going on. When he realized that the van would need to spend some time at a Ford dealer, the West Tire mechanic managed to add a temporary workaround which enabled me to get home to California from Kingman, where I was able to have my local Ford dealer work on the problem. The dealer kept the vehicle for a week to get the rewiring complete. When I picked up the vehicle, the Ford representative said that the Great West mechanic had come up with an ingenious solution to get the van running, so I could get home. I can't thank GWTF enough for their help. When you are stranded hundreds of miles from home, it is nice to meet some angels! These guys are the real deal!

Had a blowout in my motorhome about 15 miles out of town. Gave Great West a call, they were very professional and courteous on the phone. Gave me a reasonable quote, and the tech arrived in about 30 minutes. Swapped out the tires real quick and checked all the other pressures. Two thumbs up.

I had my tires rotated, oil changed a transmission fluid change. The issues I have is with everything. I asked for full synthetic 10-30 oil. The invoice came back stating 5-30 nothing about synthetic. They told me 10-30 was put in. Still said nothing about synthetic. I believe they put 5-30 non synthetic in it. I truly don't know if my tires were rotated. I was told when paying the bill that there was a problem with silicone on the transmission gasket. Don't know if that was true. Maybe the service manager needs to keep customers informed. Maybe this place is trying to make up for lost revenue do to covid. One more thing, employee slammed the waiting area door like he was upset. Hopefully he didn't work on my truck. So because this is my only vehicle I will go to another garage to have everything done again. A garage that I can actually watch what's going on. One where if there is a issue the service manager will let me know before the the work is done.Dishonest service will not get return bussiness from me. Stay away.

12-21-21: Update- I have spoken with the manager ((Debbie Sleep) and she explained the older man was not the owner and was not associated with the business. She said she reviewed the security cameras and the man is a customer who she knows and will talk with concerning the incident. Debbie apologized to me for the incident and said she did not know why my phone calls had not gone through. She indicated she knows the man who provided me service and that she was glad he was able to help me. I believe Debbie and am very appreciative of her efforts to fix the situation. I will absolutely support this business in the future!12-18-21: I noticed both left side tires of my 5th wheel were flat while fueling up at the Flying J across the street. Pulled into the parking lot of Great West Tire and saw they were closed. No big deal, the sign says 24 hour service . I called the number, but no answer. I waited about 20 minutes and called back, still no answer. Because both flats were on the same side, I couldn t drive any further without damaging the trailer. I called another service provider and he came and fixed my problem. As he finished, an older man drove up and started yelling at the worker to get out of his lot and that he knew he couldn t be there, etc. I tried to find out who this person was and asked if the number on the sign was his. (I wanted to explain the entire situation.) He said it was and then yelled at me to stay out of his business. Now, I can understand him being upset about losing money to a competitor, but I would have paid him if he had someone answer his phone! Additionally, there are no songs preventing parking in the lot, or sings prohibiting maintenance in the lot, or even a sign prohibiting trespassing! So, my review is based on this owner having zero customer service skills.

Blew out 2 tires on the 5th wheel camper on a Saturday afternoon. They put 2 new tires on 2 new wheels, brought them out, put them on then we all decided to replace the other 2. Kevin put them on at his shop with no additional after hours charges. Amazing service and very very reasonable price for being broke down on a weekend. Great business! Thank you!
