Great experience buying a car for my wife. Went in with extremely high expectations for a super low payment on something my wife would be willing to drive. Not only did they match her with a car she loved, but they beat my low payment expectations! We did have an issue with the car and took it back, and they immediately got right on it and took great care of us and our new to us car! I am very happy with them and both their sales and service department.

I Recommend Freedom Auto sales. I have purchased my truck there. My daughter and daughter in law. Have both bought cars from them. Ray and the staff are friendly and very helpful. Even after our warranty was expired. We had minor problems. They took care of us. Promptly. Thank you very much, for being their for us and not treating us like another number.

At first I thought this place would ve been easy to look for a new car/truck. But due to my credit and my fianc� s credit. They were saying that we would need to put 10k down on a nearly 2 decade old car. I spoke with Anthony and with the vibe of this place giving off the blue collar country vibe. This place has that deceiving look to it. We ended up going to Pinnacle Nissan and got approved for a 2019 Kia forte and only had to put 3k down. This place is shady and should not be in kingman. You want to do shady business, you guys should relocate to cali if that s the case wish I could rate zero starsNote: last time i was there, they had a 6.0 diesel and the guy didn t even know if it was studded or bulletproofed so yeah, very knowledgeable people and greedy too. Didn t wanna work with negotiating total MSRP and was trying to put me in a car I didn t want or a truck. Went to Nissan and got 4K taken off the $18,000 MSRP so $14,000 after negotiation on a 5 year old car

Had the best experience when purchasing my Expedition. I was able to hand pick to order exactly what I wanted. Andrew searched many sites to help me find the right car I was looking for at the right price. The time it took was completed in a very timely manner. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this mechanic s and with Freedom Auto Sales managers. Their lack of professionalism, competence, and timely communication left me frustrated and inconvenienced. My car was brought to them four separate times for the same issue, which was never successfully resolved. In the end, they opted to refund my money, replace original parts, and return my car, but the entire process was marred by delays and unfulfilled promises. Furthermore, I missed two alignment appointments due to their unreliable commitments. Even with all of my troubles their VIP was also extremely rude and helpless. I would strongly advise against entrusting your vehicle to this mechanic.I had to take my car to my previous mechanic. He told me that whomever worked on my car recently (Freedom Auto-sales), left my car in a position that was dangerous due to overlooked work that it needed. Please do NOT take your car to Freedom Auto sales for any reason.

Very poor company I bought a truck from them February 2023. The timing components went out, causing the head gasket to go out in July. I had been calling them a month prior letting them know that the truck was acting weird and they kept telling me that they had no openings to get my truck into the shop that I had to call back in a month. Got my truck to them in September to have repairs done on it. Had to wait for the warranty company between the warranty company and the service department. Something was missed so they tried to charge me $1100 instead of just calling the warranty company and panda $150 to have them come back out Their communication is extremely poor. There s a lady that works. There has more of a raspy masculine voice who has the worst Customer service I have ever experienced. My truck has been at their shop since middle or end of September and we are now about to go into December. I was informed that my truck would be ready the week of Thanksgiving, and that I should expect to have it between Wednesday and that Thursday I called Wednesday to confirm that I would still be able to pick up my vehicle and they told me that they were just pulling it into the shop to start working on it and that I would have to wait till the following week to get it Todd and the service department Along with Shawn have been the only two that has kept a positive attitude throughout the whole experience and has been willing to let me in on information as things happen whenever I would call, all in all By far one of the worst dealerships to go to in Kingman, I thought that they would be better than Spendless Auto and I felt like they were tied between their customer service and they re willingness to communicate with you

I reached out to Harold while working in the morning and by that afternoon I was buying this motorcycle Harold and is whole team were very polite friendly and very knowledgeable with everything it was a pleasure doing business there and would recommend freedom auto to every one looking to buy thanks Harold you were awesome

As a first time buyer with zero credit, I never thought I'd be able to qualify for any type of vehicle! But, thanks to Pat Hurley, who did all the work for us, we now have a truck that I'm so happy with! Lower monthly payments than I expected, too. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Went there get a new car cause we wanted something nicer Anthony was rude kept changing prices said we need to do 400$ a month and when he came back said no sorry you need to work a job with full time hours to be qualified for a finance. Manager had stated she was gonna do the deal with us but anthony very rude disrespectful. And changed whole deal stated that everyone charges differently who ever you talk to there. So be wary if you get him your gonna be screwed out of any deals with freedom autos. Be warn hes shady and untrustworthy

They sold us a very nice truck. Very happy with the staff, very nice and helpful. Had a problem with an engine noise. They were quick to get me into their very knowledgeable service department and took care of it for us. Thank You very much!! Needles to say they will be getting all my business and any friend orfamily

No matter how desperate you may be for a car, do not go here. They sell Lemons and try their best not to honor the 30 day warranty for repairs. My car had issues within 30 days, they claimed they fixed it, it wasn t fixed, I brought it back, they claimed they can t recreate the issue. The cars been in the shop more than I ve driven it. Very shady people, ironic how they claim they take care of their customers when that s the farthest thing from the truth. Save yourself the hassle and money and go somewhere else.

Freedom auto sales is a very friendly place for a car lot, I have had my Van for over a year now. I have all my repairs done here as well, Love the work that Shawn does. To be honest I have never been able to find a mechanic in Kingman who knows what they are doing with out a rig job being done But, since I have been going to Freedom to have this work done I have found they are by far the best in town. Thank you Freedom for my awesome Van And thank you Shawn for all your hard work that you have done on my van and always being able to work on it at the last min. YOU GUYS ROCK!

Went to Freedom auto sales with my girlfriend and did not leave with a car, but that is not the issue. I would recommend no one else buy from there as well due to poor customer service and bad business practices. Here is what happened.We went in and we talked to Oscar. He was very friendly charismatic the kind of guy that you would want to go have beers with. My girlfriend was on a budget. She had a good sized down payment but just started a new business so she has no income. We saw a 2013 Honda civic that looked good and the price was pretty good. The thing is every time Oscar left our presence the price went up. " I can get it for you for the sticker price." Well can't do that. "Here is what the price will be if you just buy it with no financing." No that number was wrong. In the end it was a grand more than he said it would be. It was a little out of what we could get in cash that day but that happens. We just did not like that the price kept changing. But if it was just that I would not be writing this review.So the real issue is my girlfriend is paranoid about identity theft. We where told four times that if we did not get financing he would white out her social security number and shred her paperwork. Four times and not quietly. In fact while leaving the lobby he showed us the safe and assured us it would be safe there til we came back in case it needed to be shredded. Next morning we came back to destroy the paper work as we where assured would be the case. She was sent away and when I got out of the car I was blocked from walking into the building. I never made a hostile action I never raised my voice. We where told they could not give us the paperwork due to legality issues. They said they have to hold the paper work for 2 years if they run your credit. Side note I believe we stopped the Prosses before her credit was run because no talk of a credit score was ever mentioned. When I said we where lied to the owner or manager raised his voice cut us off when talking and said we where not lied to we where miss informed. Apparently at freedom auto they believe it is ok to willfully spread misinformation as long as they do not properly train there sales people. I have worked retail and customer service for over 20 years. If you are remotely competent at your job you do not raise your voice you do not cut people off when they are calmly talking to you. Turns out these people do not understand what good customer service is.So end of the day they are untrained in incompetent at best liers at worst. Either way they do not deserve anyone's business. We as consumers have an obligation to not put up with that so if you value your time and you want people to do good customer service don't go to Freedom Auto in Kingmen.

UPDATE 8/9/22; Shady, shady place. After writing this review I receive back to back phone calls from Freedom don't know why considering my review states I already bought a car! BEWARE, the reviews after mine are FAKE, SARA LINDA IS THE FINACE LADY! Damage control much??8/8/22- The second I hear, we are going to earn your trust and business from any dealer in Kingman it's an automatic turn off, reason being THEY NEVER DO! The salesman was great but when it came to the financing they lost me, not only did they submit my purchase order to my bank as a lease for a 4 year old used car. I walked in with a pre-approval for over $20,000 yet Kara, Tara, Sara whatever her name is claimed I would need at least $2500 down to make their deal work with their company they were using. They were running numbers to see if they could give me better numbers but of course, it was just a money grab. Thankfully this time I was in control, not the other way around. Got myself a better car from another dealer in town for NO MONEY DOWN.

My husband and I went here to trade our truck in as it had over 300,000 miles and we wanted a newer truck. They kept asking us about the check engine light, we told them it ran great but needed work on the brakes, so we traded it for a 2012 Dodge Ram. 2 days later the check engine came on so we took it back and they said they took care of it, the light was off but 2 days later it was on again, we were asked to bring it back when we could leave it over night so they could work on it with a cold engine so we did. Another 2 days and the light was on again, we took it to Dodge and they had to practically rebuild the engine. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Went with a buddy to look at trucks they were limited but showed us some interesting rigs. Customer service was pretty good only thing I really didn't like was they wanted to run his credit before they told him the price of an unlisted (pre-inspection/shop) truck that at earliest will be available in 2 days. Otherwise for showing up as they were closing they were all pretty friendly and even let us take it for a test drive that late. The truck they were showing us wasn't available yet and they didn't have to show it to us.

I came to this dealership to purchase a rare low mileage truck that I had been looking for for several months. Chris West revived my faith in used car dealers. This gentleman was wonderful throughout the entire process. He make sure the things I wanted fixed were taken care before I picked it up. Drove it back to Cali without. Very happy with my experience!

Just sold my daughter a great car. Worked hard to make sure she got a good safe car at a good price. No lemons! Have been to Freedom several times in the last 20 years and they are a great used car dealership.

I got my car a few months from this place they seemed nice then a month into it I had to replace my battery then alternator and the second month the catalytic converter broke. I don't have the money to rent a car to drop it off here nor would I bring my car back to a place where the mechanics have no idea what there doing. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to get ripped off. Bad credit you will prob qualify but your gonna need a diff car after you buy one from here!! Get your car somewhere else.

At first glance they seem all sweet and helpful BUT they will screw you quickly & not even give you a reach around!!! The car lot received a check from lender with the purchaser tname ONLY (aka: ME) but hmmmm it had been deposited in their bank account....wonder how that happened? I for sure didn't sign it over.....I didn't even KNOW it was there until I decided to get nosey and call lender to see if credit score was effected that's when they told me they sent a check to the car lot. Wonder how long they would have kept it.....they knew how to reach me every other time they wanted to....last but never least.....where's my $1200 down payment???You guys know you did me wrong and I deserve my money back!!!!!!I was lied to by so many ppl at this place!!!! God forgive them they know not what they do!!!Run!!! Run!!! Run!!!
