Parts are equally priced to other places. Staff was helpful even carried roaters to our car for us.

Fantastic on the spot service, had the batter we needed in an emergency and even offered to change it on the spot. They were amazing, drew is a gun.

Very happy to find this place. Very well trained, professional and friendly staff. Had battery problems and Clay was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, above the norm. Subsequently went back for car parts and continued to get above normal service. As a senior woman, two factors that play against my favor, I felt respected and valued. It was pain free and nice to get the extra help and consideration.

I was getting my truck parts there. No ac so not in 100 degrees for a 1977. Helpful, then. Today. My suv battery died. I live way put of town. My friend was going to pick it up and bring it out. Well, cannot pay over the phone with a credit card. Stupidest thing I ever heard with a worse excuse. No more business there. They are arrogant and unwilling to help.

I called for pricing and info on a new battery and the lady I s/w was very nice, patient, and professional. I had called a couple other places and this place was the cheapest for a battery. I also asked if I could bring my car by to see if they could put the battery in themselves and was helped by Clay. He was also very nice and professional and said he could do it no problem. So I ordered the battery with them and he put it in literally less than 10 minutes. I was very impressed by The Experience from start to finish and even asked Clay who he recommended for an oil change and gave me a very quick response to Quick Lube being a very honest company that operates with integrity. All in all it's a very good day when you can leave a place feeling @ peace and knowing you have been well cared for! Thank you again CarQuest and blessings on your business! We were picking up a transmission cooling hose for our neighbor. The guy at the counter set us straight as to what he needed. Great to have knowledgeable people at the ready. Go here, they know stuff...

Carquest in Kingman offers great customer service. I needed a new battery, and was recommended a great product that fits the needs of my car. They even removed the old one and installed the new one. I recommend Carquest in kingman for any parts and accessory needs.

I used to go there for parts for my 94 dodge ram 20 years ago. They were the only place that gave me the right parts the first time. We're working on the old girl to put her back on the road and of course we went to the best for her parts!

I've known Oscar for awhile now and he has been nothing but the best, his customer service skills are outstanding, very respectful and kind. He has a superb knowledge of auto parts and in the very few occasions he can't give you an answer he will take the time to research it and not give up until he can give you an educated honest answer. If you want someone you can trust with your vehicles then this is the place to go.

Staff was good but they didn't have the part i needed would have had to special order would have taken a week and the off the shelf parts that were comparable to what I found at AutoZone (who had the right aftermarket part I needed in stock for $12 cheaper) where almost double the price. I was a little disappointed

The three staff members on duty at the parts counter were incredibly helpful. Without hesitation all three individuals made every effort to find a solution to my problem in regarding a warranty. No other parts store like it in Kingman.

These guys are rude and ignorant ! Tried to confirm an item that their website said they had in stock and they couldn't figure it out. Then he fn hung up on me ! Do you want fry's with that ?

Jay at the Kingman Arizona carquest is our automobile pant mixer he is the best. Oscar the manager is also very good at his job. We have been using them for well over 6 years. Always a pleasure to do business.

Kingman businesses are pretty poor on customer satisfaction. But Carquest is right on spot for customers needs. Shannona was very helpful and wasn t afraid to ask someone else to help me. I needed air valves for my air bags. For under $15, I was on my way with exactly what I needed. This wasn t the case at several other Kingman part stores. Most didn t even know what an air bag was. Uneducated children, carquest had a knowledgeable man to help customers. Thank You

Very helpful, decently organized and have plenty of stuff that other companies don't carry. They have lots of painting supplies. This stuff isn't cheap though!
