Staff is friendly enough but the tech s completely dropped the ball doing their inspection. I had a very loud and constant grinding noise coming from the under carriage on my F150. They said it was my aftermarket exhaust, which I installed myself. The exhaust WAS loose and I fixed it myself, but the grinding noise came from a heat shield that had folded down and was scraping the 4x4 driveshaft. I picked up the truck expecting it to be resolved, nope! I climbed under my truck again and figured it out and fixed it. That just goes to tell you that these techs aren t thorough and lack experience. Very disappointed and dissatisfied in this Ford service center. This issue was just one of many that I had but I ve taken the time to write about.

Our check engine light came on just east of Flagstaff. Called Anderson Ford on Saturday afternoon and spoke with Dustin. He suggested that I stop at an O Reily Auto Parts Store and ask them to pull the code causing the check engine light to come on. Called Dustin back with the code; which suggested a turbocharger problem. He scheduled an appointment for us to bring the car in first thing Monday morning. We were greeted by Lacey, who indicated that it would be a few hours to diagnose the problem; which in fact was the turbocharger that needed to be replaced. Lacey confirmed that they had all of the parts in stock, and proceeded to make the repairs. Everyone at Anderson was very thoughtful and helpful; especially since we were on our way to our new home in California. We needed to be there by Wednesday morning. Thanks to the folks at Anderson Ford, we were able to arrive Tuesday evening. Cannot say enough good things about the people and the service at Anderson Ford!

Service of lube, oil, & filter was done in a timely manner, on my 03 f150 supercrew 4x4. Just some minor complaints, the cost was about double of the last, for some reason they got the mileage wrong on the paperwork & window sticker. Also in the last 20 years of service there, they always washed the truck, not this time!

The free pick up is great, but I m sure it is more than paid for in a $100 basic oil change, and they didn t even wash the vehicle which was once a standard. On the positive side the customer service representative was pleasant.

Made an appointment to bring my car in, they gave me an appointment for a week and a half later, I took it in at scheduled appointment at 7:30 AM on a Thursday. My car s horn would go off while I was driving it and as it sat waiting for the appointment date the battery died. after charging it and driving to Anderson in Kingman we were told they would do a battery check and if it wasn t the battery they would diagnose it. Both were done promptly and I received a phone call with the results. Nothing seemed to be wrong with the battery and the diagnostics revealed there was nothing wrong. I was told that it was probably my keyless remote and that one would have to be ordered which could take Monday or Tuesday, Tuesday came and I called around 12 noon to get an update, left a message on voicemail to Patty ( I think that was her name) she called me back quite quickly and said it was ready for me to pick up. That was great but I wondered why it took me calling for them to tell me it was ready. My granddaughter drove it home while I drove my Dad s car back home. When my granddaughter came in the house she said there was warning light on and it was there when she started the car but since I had already left she drove it home, turns out it was the low tire pressure light, when I called Anderson back and left a voicemail for Patty, she called back and I told her. I wasn t understanding how the porter and the tech department could have overlooked the warning light which was on telling that there was issue with my tire pressure and allow me to pay my almost $500 bill and drive it home. That was unsafe and not good service, the only offer was to bring it back to get air in the tires. This was inconvenient but I did it. Patty (the service rep) apologized in a very condescending way and I left there feeling as if, even though I am a loyal customer there, they could have cared less if there was a nail in the tire or I had tires that needed to be looked at for my safety, they are a service and I did not feel appreciated as a customer. ONIONS TO PATTY AND THE TECHS INVOLVED AS WELL AS THE PORTER WHO PARKED THE CAR READY FOR PICK UPService: Auto maintenance

Patricia and the team in the service department went above and beyond when my Lincoln needed an alternator! I was driving across the country bringing my mothers 1999 Continental back home to West Virginia. They got me back on the road the next morning! I even got a courtesy ride to/from the hotel. Everyone was friendly and professional thank you Anderson Ford Lincoln for everything! -David

I've been having my F450 serviced here for the last 4 years, and the service folks are always responsive, the work is excellent and they always let me know what to keep an eye on, in regards to my truck.

Loved this dealership. They cater to the customer in every aspect. There service department was great, they got my vehicle in right away while I was traveling far from home.The staff is great!The dealership was very clean, well oriented and overall just a great experience!

I had tried 3 other dealers, and no one could fit me in. When I arrived, their only concern was whether I was loaded, or unloaded. I just bought a 2023 Transit 350 HD, and none of the small oil change places have the specs on this one to do an oil change. So I have to use the dealership. I am a long haul Courier, and I was in California, and Southern Arizona, no luck until I reached Anderson Ford. They were helpful, friendly, and accommodating.I would recommend them for service, or even buying a vehicle, there aren't too many places I would say that about.Service: Oil change

I actually left Anderson Ford after Jason left out of service, he was the best person they had, I took my vehicle in because we bought a new Ford and we get 10 free oil changes, I met Patty Pate who helped me with this transaction and she was absolutely awesome, so if I can always deal with Patty I will be fine coming back to Anderson Ford. She was super sweet, very knowledgeable and treated me with the upmost respect that I have not received there in a long time, so thank you so much for hiring her, she is absolutely amazing.

After a long wait for parts needed for my repair (not the dealers fault). my work order proceeded exactly on schedule.Very happy with the results! Gas mileage is better and I have much smoother performance. Lacey was very helpful and the mechanics did a great job!

I have always loved the people at Ford. Very helpful. They do all my recall work for me. They pick up and drop off my vehicle so I can work easier with no hassle. They also support our team sports! Just a good company all around.

I ve taken my vehicle to Anderson Ford for the last 2 1/2 years for general maintenance oil change, etc. I never disappointed when I take my vehicle to Anderson Ford they do a thorough job and keep me posted during the process. Your pick up and delivery service is exceptional as well.

I take back every thing negative I ever said about taking my car to a dealership! They were courteous and friendly and they solved a keyless fob problem that I thought was going to cost me over $350 and the loss of my car for over 2 weeks! Slow and expensive. The Service Advisor said it would be 5 hours to replace the easily-accessible heat shield over the catalytic converter: 4 small bolts and nothing in the way. As a former mechanic, that is VERY unreasonable. That and tire rotation and balance ($10 each tire) DID take 4 hours (should have been done in an hour max), although when done the vehicle was very hot from sitting in the sun while I waited.I asked the Service Advisor for a discount and she checked, said she couldn't do discounts. When I went to pay the $300 bill (including $60 heat shield itself) I asked the Cashier for a discount, she said the Service Advisor would have to do that! Went back to the service advisor, and miracle of miracles, she found a 15% discount that applied.I guess the Service Advisor didn't like me??In the end, the work was done correctly although slowly.Three stars for obfuscation by Service Advisor. As a result, will seldom return to this dealership for service.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations

This is what I experienced at your dealership. 9am appointment, drop vehicle off at 8:30 am came back at 11am waited 30 minutes before my vehicle was returned to me. Service employees were very nice. Took a long time to check me in. Did not give me a good response to the repair? Did not wash my truck for a $180 diagnostic fee. No help whatsoever. First, they told me that the turbo on my truck needed to be replaced at a cost of 6600.00. They padded the hours for a job that didn't need to be done, telling me there might be rusty bolts. when questioned, they told me that it was upper Turbo exhaust leak. I feel like all they did was lift the hood, saw all the soot on the under side of my hood and went no further. If they had even touched the turbo on my truck it would have been obvious with all the soot, I would have seen where the soot had been touched. The soot was untouched, telling me they never did a true diagnostic, but still charged me 180.00.i should have know better from past experience with this Ford but thought maybe they have gotten better, NOPE, still worthless. I will go back to driving Bullhead Ford.Service: Vehicle Inspection

We love Anderson Ford in Kingman, AZ.We purchased our 2015 F-150 here and have had our truck serviced here from day 1. The entire staff are very nice as well as helpful always going out of their way to make their customers happy and their vehicles safe. Was traveling across Arizona on our way home. Had engine trouble and called service and spoke with Ron (service manager) and he helped guide us there and fit us into a very tight schedule.We were able to continue on our way home the next day. Very slow, truck was there all day and it was a simp-le oil change and transmission oil changed. The next thing they pulled the records of my old F-150 and used that information the complete the work order. Didn't notice until we got home. Called the girl, Patty Pate and told her the mistake, she was suppose to get it corrected and email the proper paperwork. She didn't so the next day I waited until late afternoon and called her, they said she was off for the day. So I spoke to the service manager and he corrected it in a few seconds. I have a different car now a Toyota I purchased from Anderson Toyota and their service department is excellent.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change
