Called on a Monday morning and Ben treated me like I was the most important thing he had going on- however, he informed me they were very busy and since we were passing through, he could gladly recommend someone to help us- that spoke volumes already. I tried his referrals but eventually called him back and decided I would wait to get in to Adan. He asked me to come on by (as soon as possible) and see if he could squeeze us in, between jobs. As soon as we arrived, he immediately put someone on diagnostics on our RV and after having the carburetor rebuilt (1973 Winnebago) and new plugs and wires we were running better than ever...until we stopped for gas a few miles up the road and the solenoid acted up and we couldn'tget started.We immediately called Caleb (the mechanic) even though it was already passed closing time. He arrived promptly in his personal car 15 minutes up the interstate and got us started and headed back to the shop- he even followed us back to make sure we arrived safely, way after hours. The next morning Ben quickly figured out the simple fix for our solenoid problem and we were back on the road. They went above and beyond in everything they did. As a disabled, 25 year military veteran, I appreciate their honesty and integrity.FIVE

Whether you have a diesel or a gasoline car, this place is top notch! This shop is excellent to deal with and their mechanics are skilled in what they do. I own a 6.0 powerstroke and I won't take it anywhere else.

Broke down about 25 miles East of Needles, CA & I called for a tow. Crew showed in about 35 minutes. Excellent service & highly recommend.

First off I want to say thank you to everyone who works here. And I am truly very sorry if I was short or rude to anyone, the whole experience for me was just depressing. However everyone at Adan s was absolutely amazing from the tow to the shop mechanics and all the phone calls over the last 5 days! You are definitely the best shop/tow company I have ever Encountered. I can not say thank you enough for putting up with my crazy and my trucks.Service: Car towing

Vehicle was towed due to being arrested, when showed up to pay impound fee keys were left in ignition with the lights on so the battery was dead. When we accessed the trunk where the battery was located we realized my 3 tool boxes where missing. When dealing with the lady in charge we showed her the police report stating there was tools in the trunk and she said I had to contact the police about the issue because the keys were in the ignition and anyone could have gotten into the car. In my opinion one of their employees stole my tools, their yard is fully fenced with barbed wire across the top. One of my tool boxes weighed around 75 pounds and with the height of the fence there is no way someone lifted it over.Service: Car towing

The tow truck driver was simply the best. He did everything right. Drop the motorcycle off at the shop and offered to drive us to the hotel. We had been stranded on the side of highway 40 for 2 hours after a blow out on a rear motorcycle tire. Make sure you call them directly. Some internet towing companies are brokers and do not have tow trucks, they take your call, your money and then find a tow truck for you. The tow truck driver showed me what they got paid for this job, it was $115.00. The on-line predatory tow company charged me three times as much. I would have preferred paying ADAN towing that money. This type of activity will not improve on the real towing companies image.

Absolutely thrilled we were referred to these guys while on a trip out west last week. We had an oil pressure sender going bad on our Toyota and were mentally prepared for an overnight repair with a hotel room. Instead, we got speedy service on a Friday afternoon from some good guys. They saved the trip! Thanks!

I've never heard nor have experienced such empathy for someone they don't know from out of state driving on my way back to Houston from Vegas I had issues with my truck on the way there after several attempts and a lot of money leaving me flat broke with no answers or results I felt I had no choice but to chance it and drive back to Houston with my Truck still having issues I decided to give it one last try in Kingman Az and was recommended Adan Repair finally I got an answer although not the one I wanted to hear but at least someone that explained what was wrong with it and the cause I was able to leave my truck in confidence that it was in good hands and with a crew that went over and beyond to work with a out of Towner that had been ripped off by numerous people along the way leaving me no other choice but to drive home on something that potentially could have caused me my life these guys showed compassion that I have never seen before that gave me a piece of mind and I will be forever grateful every repair shop could learn from their amazing customer service I'm so glad something told me to stop and not go anyfurther I'm blessed

A wonderful experience , even in a bad situation. I called at 8:30pm and the front desk connected me directly to the driver, Chris, to describe my situation which he confidently told me he could handle. In less than a half hour, he arrived to our campsite and pulled van and bumper pull camper out of a sandy situation. He made quick work of pulling us out and we are so thankful!

While my husband and I were traveling across country, we broke down on a Friday. We were towed to Adan Repair and although they were closed on Saturday they came in and repaired our truck in a timely manner. They were courteous and friendly. Went over and beyond. Thank you so much for a great job. I highly recommend Adan Repair in Kingman, Arizona.

After a tire went flat forty miles from Kingman, Adan Towing was the only company that responded! Both the front desk and the driver were exceptional! Great communication, professional and sincere. Stranded on I-40 was unnerving for a solo female driver and to have Adan Towing help me after-hours , called ahead to let me know they were on the way, and dropped me off where I needed to go was a lifeline! Thank you for your great service!

Worst experience I have ever had. 2.5 months no one has looked at my RV. No one calls me I am calling every week and just keep getting put off. They promise they will have someone on it and call me, but never happens so I keep calling. It's hard to believe they are this bad. They came highly recommended. I brought my RV to them mid August and now November 4th and nothing has been done. Another week has passed and they assured they would call me this week but again they never called. So I called and nothing again. I am out of state and will have to fly back there to take it to someone else. Awful service!!!!!

I wish i could give this place a negative, not only was my family and i broken down on a trip across the states but they stripped our pockets and didnt fix our car problems. They wrote down 9hours of work and there was nothing done to the car and it didnt get fixed. These people are a rip off and has now made me go into debt trying to fix this already terrible situation. I wouldnt trust them for anything they say to you bc they went back on what they said about 4 times trying to make me seem in the wrong.

Great experience overall. Car broke down 25 miles outside of town. Speedy tow service and decided to use their shop for diagnose/repairs. Michael was outstanding in communicating and explaining every step along the way. Will definitely use again if I find myself in the same situation. Thanks guys!

My 7.3 excursion had a sudden injector die on us pulling a 6000 pound car trailer up hill. I looked on Google and said it was 24hrs. So i figured great! Made a phone call person was very rude and was more concerned about MONEY then my family's safety. They wanted $190 to come out and in was only 2 miles away from there shop.I told him I know what the problem was cause I'm somewhat mechanically inclined. He refused to listen and said its $190 to come out and$105 an hour. Again all about MONEY.At this point I said screw this guy hes a con artist I'm glad I didn't even give them a chance. I got a room and found another shop off Google that person was so nice and friendly and fair priced.

They should have zero star available for a place like this. This place is a ripoff. Unprofessional and rude.My truck broke down. I called them for help. They not only did not fix the problem but messed up my computer and made the matters worse. Then they told me that the guy who attempted the repair was really not a mechanic or technician and was on the phone for 2 hrs trying to ask someone what to do!Then they told me I have to tow the truck to them that would cost me $185 or hr and minimum of 4 hrs. After that they are gonna charge me $125 pr hr and he guessed he could spend anywhere from 4 to 40 hrs!!! . I just told them not to touch my truck.Next day when a real technical showed up from another reputable shop, he had to first fix what Adam repair shop screwed up them fix the actual problem.The whole repair took an hour and my truck is now in NY. Do not trust this shop. They will take you for a ride.

The tractor was at the shop for over 2 weeks, there were issues of coolant leaks, also getting the parts needed. First issue was a coolant filter housing that had puked out, then it was a water pump replacement. When I got the truck back I made it less than 80 miles...had to top coolant off. Made it to just over the Hoover Dam Bridge...had to have a friend take me into Boulder City for more coolant. From there made it to the Railroad pass station where I had to park it due, you guessed it, to coolant leak.I did contact Adan and was told to let them know what was done to fix it...I'm still waiting for them to respond, snailmail isn't efficient.Now I'm in Montana, and again it's a coolant issue at freezing temps. The railroad pass fix was a hose clamp that cut into a hose, this time it appears to be a coolant return fitting.Is it too much to ask that a $3,000+ repair be checked before being declared repaired? Also what's the warranty? No mention of that on the bill.

I'm not very happy with the outcome so far with this company they have had our car for over a month and we still have to wait another 2 weeks before they get the part from Las Vegas. I will be happy when they finally get this car finished and we can bring it home I really cannot recommend this group for repair

Being stranded on the highway with a 33 foot motorhome in temps at a hundred degrees is not fun.As soon as the dispatcher answered my call she put me at ease and showed she truly cared. I was able to take a deep breath and feel all would be okay .I was parked at Adan repair shop by another employee who was friendly and set me up for my Monday morning appointment. Now relaxed I appreciate good ,hard working people and would recommend ADAN.Thank you!Service: Special vehicle towing

Fuel pump went on highway in Arizona while pulling 30 travel trailer. Tow truck came put us and two dogs in truck, flat bedded our ram 3500 duly and towed our camper. First stop campground to drop off camper, then shop with truck. 24 hours later truck ready reasonably priced repair. Great customer service and pricing. Don t hesitate to call them

Had a great experience with Adan Repair. My husband's Ford F250 had an issue with leaking power steering fluid that he couldn't resolve. They fixed it promptly and even identified an issue before before it ended up ruining the serpentine belt. My husband even managed to get the A/C recharged in it! Kudos to Adan for being reasonably priced and efficient!

D&G auto is awesome! Went to Arizona for a funeral and my fuel pump went out on my vehicle on our way home. Talk about added stress and high emotions. I had my 3 month old baby with us plus a car full of family that rode with us. Crunched on a deadline to get my aunt home to see her cancer specialist too. This was the only tow service that was open after 5pm. They quoted us a fair towing price and also had a shop! They said they could have someone to us in 45 min and could fit our large group. Jeff the tow truck driver showed up right on time! He took us to an affordable hotel around the corner from their shop and had them discount the price even more! Jeff even took us to our room and helped carry our luggage in!!! The next day Jeff (tow truck driver) showed up to take us to the shop. However the hotel agreed to us having a late check out since our car wasn't ready. Jeff took our luggage back to our car for us! What a great guy with quite the personality too!!! Thanks Jeff! We were informed that it would take longer than anticipated as the part was being delivered later. After explaining our situation the mechanic used his own vehicle to drive to another city to get the part. By doing this it saved us 3 hrs! Thank you so much! They let us hang out in their waiting room with the comfort of couches and a tv for the remaining time. When all was said and done they put the cost for everything on one bill and gave us a very reasonable price. They not only went above and beyond with excellent service, but they were fair in price and have great employees!!! I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone! You guys ROCK!!!

We had a double blowout 6 miles from town. Did some damage to the air suspension in our class A RV. They were able to get it so we could limp back to their shop. Rushed an overnight part allowed us to stay on their lot. Had us back on the road the next day. Very nice guys and we were very happy with the service.

My Brother and his Wife broke down on their way home from a funeral. They were 37 miles outside Kingman AZ going back to Spokane WA. They came out and hooked the vehicle and towed it to the shop. After tow, parts and labor to get them back on the road it will cost only $650.00 which is very reasonable. They even received a discount at the hotel they stayed at due to the vehicle being worked on by D&G. The company went out of their way to drive to another city and pick up the part to get them back on the road 3 hours sooner than it would have been if they would have waited for the part to be delivered. Thank you guys for the amazing service you provided my family.

Our 37 ft Class A RV broke down outside of Kingman AZ. Coach Net our roadside service found Adan Repair and towed us to them. Before they could tow us the tow company had to disconnect the drive train. Adan Repair told us the towing company broke the drive train and they needed to replace it. They told us they could get a part in overnight and it has been 3 weeks now. Nothing, they are doing nothing and Coach Net has tried to call and work with them to get them moving on this. We tried to get photos of the broken drive train and an invoice of the 1200.00 they want to charge us. Then Coach Net can submit for insurance reimbursement. Adan's will not send photos or invoice. Our RV is sitting in a huge dirt lot with nothing around it and not next to their business. It is not in a safe location. We will be surprised if it is not broken into. We are trying to get the RV to a different service center. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE. They have Mike at the front desk who will tell you anything but none is true. All lies and a rip off!

Excellent service! I was in a huge time crunch and they sent someone RIGHT AWAY. The gentleman who arrived (in a excellent timely manner) was AMAZING! He was knowledgeable and was so quick to problem solve an issue that arose! I was very lucky to have found them. Thank you soooo much for your service Adan Towing!!

A great company! My daughter and her mom were stranded by an Arizona highway at 3 a.m. on a Sunday with a broken automobile (a harmonic balancer, so the vehicle was going no where). Andy at Adan Repair, w/ their 24/7 emergency service, immediately came to their rescue, towed their vehicle to their shop, got a new part (again, on a Sunday morning!) and had them back up and running on their trip to Texas later that day. The price for everything was extremely reasonable. I cannot thank Andy and his staff enough for their amazing response, professionalism, conscientiousness and high quality work. I highly recommend this company to anyone!!!

The crew at Adan's Repair is amazing. Our motorhome broke down and they came to our rescue.We bought the motorhome from a guy out of Lake Havasu, he told us that it was road ready which was a lie. Adan did a fantastic job fixing it. He would not let us drive it off the lot until he had it road ready. Hats off to all who worked on it. We finally got to Kansas to visit our family that we haven't seen in 3 years. I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY......... They deserve more than 5 stars.
