I wanted to be fair and and at least give it 3 stars but they have had my husbands Truck for 3 weeks going on 4 weeks and every time I drive by I see my husbands truck outside. They said they are working on it. Told us it would be done by Tuesday it s now Friday. It just sucks! I mean communicate. Holding on to someone s vehicle for weeks on end is not a good look. I am sure if the shoe was on the other foot they would want to storm the capital! SMH. Don t break down in Kingman. Have someone else fix it. Tow it to Vegas! More shops, better techs and customer service is much better. I guess the silver lining is we weren t charged for storage. Had high hopes. Damn.

Did a great job, and we're able to get me in quickly. Honest on prices too. Didn't try to up charge on parts or over bill on labor. Would definitely come back again next time I need a repair on either of my vehicles.Service: Auto brake replacementService: Auto brake replacement

Aaction Automotive went out of their way to schedule in my disabled vehicle for repair while it was being towed into their shop in the late afternoon without prior authorization. They began the repair at 8 AM the next day and finished before 10 AM. During that time, they kept me informed of the repair progress and any possible complications. Now, Wile E Coyote, my E55 AMG is back on the roads of AZ hunting for that pesky Roadrunner! As a result, Aaction is the only repair facility in town that I trust with my car. Period!

my experience was the standard bait and switch. they quoted me a price which i thought was high but they reassured me the quote included everything to complete the work . when i went to pick up my vehicle the price was higher than the quote.the owner then proceeded to justify the additional charges.in my opinion the owner of the business is a man of low character. i guess they feel the need to cheat people to stay in business.they will never receive any more business from me. i will definitely not recommend them to anyone.another lesson learned.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Action Automotive Center is heads above any other repair shop in Kingman. Excellent service! Raul takes the time to explain what his servicemen are doing. He makes sure you understand any problem you may need to watch for, and as a Senior Citizen I appreciate his patience. This is the place to go for great service and very reasonable prices. Nothing unnecessary will be done to your car!

Contacted Louis by phone, explained my truck problem and what I needed by way of a diagnostic scope and adjustment. He quoted me a fair price and scheduled me in that day. Joshua performed the work quickly and my truck now runs great. Thank you guys for the outstanding service. I would highly recommend this shop based on my complete satisfaction.

The people were more happy the take "cash only" then to solve the problem , it was more about how much money do I want to spend. For $125.00 they told me the trouble code, and said take it to the dealer. The car didn't run so I had it towed back home. I bought a $50.00 tool on line and recoded my keys myself. I don't know if I would trust them with my oil change. "Under new ownership"Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Aaction Automotive was 100% excellent with the handling, inspection and communication with the issues concerning my truck. Thank you Raoul and Gina for making me feel like a regular customer and a local even I was a broken down on the highway out of towner.I would definitely recommend this shop as a dependable source of auto diagnostics, repair and maintenance.

Took my truck in twice and both times they failed to properly diagnose and fix the problem. I was told both times that it "runs good now" only to have the issues arise not even 500ft away from the shop. After spending nearly $180 each visit, I realized that instead of bringing it back to them and complaining, I should take it to someone who actually knows how to properly diagnose a vehicle.

My friend recommended A Action 5 years ago. I have never been disappointed since. My car was making a whining noise that was driving me crazy. I took it to the Toyota Dealer and they told me I needed $2000 worth of work.while I was getting an oil change. I told the dealer about the noise and they never addressed it. I bought a belt from Napa and asked A Action to install it. Sean the mechanic troubleshot the noise first and told me my belt was still good, and I did not need a belt but a pulley (In 2 minutes). A Action squeezed me in and got the right part. The part was not over priced and it was a Gates pulley one of the best next to OEM, The staff is pleasant always busy and honest. My neighbor was burned by a place down the street and so far he has taken 2 of his vehicles to A Action and is totally happy with their work and prices. In Kingman where mediocrity is a high standard . A Action rises above with great service, fair prices and quality parts and honest and capable mechanics. If you are new to town try them out. They don't pay me to review. They just do great work. I normally don't do a review unless I get great service or am angry to warn others. By the way, A Action didn't say there was anything wrong with the car that the Toyota Dealer said there was. My bill was very reasonable.Thank you A Action and Sean the Master Mechanic!! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!Rob

Had to have the AC cover replaced on the fire wall. they had to pull the entire engine/tranny tray to do it. Mechanic even wrapped the unit in foil tape to make it last longer. What a great job. Had a coolant leak related to the repair 6 weeks later and they took care of it. 1/3 less $ than the dealer who really didn't want to do it. As an mechanic I went over the end results with a fine tooth comb and couldn't find any mistakes. Best place in town to get any repair done.

Brought our van in for a front end alignment. However once they put it up on the lift, they discovered a lot of issues that we were not aware of when we purchased the van. They were honest and fair about what we should do. I would definitely recommend.

Daughter came to kingman on a visit and had them do a very simple job for her. They made a big mistake and not being able to drive her truck back 300 miles because of safety reasons she had to have someone else fix the mistake which cost her big money. This place came highly recommended but did not work out for her. I myself would never use this company for my three vehicles but that's me. Research your job before you let anyone work on your car. They know about the problem and have not called her hoping that because she lives so far away the matter will go away. So sad!

The staff at Aaction an automotive Center were veryKnowledable, honest and polite. They diagnosed all the problems the vehicle had, we discussed the options and set up as action plan. Raul made sure I was not spending unnecessary money on things that would not fix my problem. I was very impressed!

My boyfriend and I had car trouble just outside of Kingman. I frantically tried to find a place to look at our car and help us get back on the road. Many other places turned us down saying they were busy. When I called Aaction and told them our story, they made a way to squeeze us into their heavy schedule. Justin was the main person who helped us. He was very professional, polite, and helpful. Even with the tow truck taking much longer than expected, they still held to their word saying they wold still take a look at the car. They us back on the road very quickly. I was so happy to have such great service under such terrible circumstances. I would definately recommend them!

Went to this place once without issue and came back for a realignment which was discounted because my last one was within a month and I hit something. They aligned it and sent me on my way with a tire literally screeching down the road and my truck shifting around dangerously! And when I turn around to complain, not until I go into the shop myself do I help them discover that my control arm bushings are shot and a tie rod end is busted! They want $800 to repair so I decided to do it myself. I come back a month later and ask for realignment and say I will pay the reduced cost ($39) again, but not full price. After Gina talks to the boss she says they have to charge full $72 again, since I didn't pay them for the repairs, despite them already getting $39 for a pointless alignment and for me to disgnose it myself on their lift! When told I would leave a negative review since they wouldn't ritht their wrong and it'd cost them more business, Gina says "I'll take that risk." So now I am at Big O tires, which is nicer and cheaper.

my spouse and i were stranded an hour outside of Kingman on the side of I-40 with a broken down car. we contacted Aaction to see about getting it checked out... Louis even agreed to stay beyond closing time to make sure we made it there safely. the car was toast, but the customer service and professionalism here was amazing. they quickly diagnosed the issue and were straight forward about the issues at hand. i even received photos of the damage! that really impressed me. i absolutely recommend these folks to anyone reading.

While passing through Kingman the clutch in out our Toyota Tacoma went out. We pulled in, and the gentleman behind the counter explained that they could not fix it on such short notice because they were booked full for the day. He went above and beyond by calling other reputable, local shops to help find someone to do the repair and get us on our way the same day. Not many shops would go out of their way to help find someone to do the repair. Thank you AAction Automotive Center!!!

Update: 2-14-2019 Revised ReviewI am rebutting Action Auto's reply to my review. Is Raoul a ladies name? If it is not, I delt with a lady, when I left with the info she gave me. I know what I heard and said, any one other than the lady, is second hand info.Any honest company, with no part is available for repair. Would not be charging me for no parts available.Action Auto stipulated, (Customer said he did not want to pay the dealers $180 price ) That is a false statement, I never said such a thing. When I came back from visiting carpet store next door, waiting on repair. She suggested I buy it myself, I will save a lot of money, dealer wanted$180. She sure emphasised I should buy it. It's all starting to make sense. It's not the electrical switch, but, whole heater control sliding switch assembly a lot more money, much bigger & a different part. Original electric switch,at the Auto store told me it was about$50or so,no stock discontinued.Action auto lady, said eBay had a lower price one. She gave me piece of paper, where To buy it. Then to come back, have them put it on.After checking on it, it was not a electrical switch, was heater sliding control switch..They say dealer gave them wrong part number, eBay verified it wasn't a electrical switch. That contradicts your dealer info, they checked more than one place. eBay's ad stated it was a heater sliding control switch, not hard to see it was wrong one.You need to give a auto dealer or parts store, the correct info, actual part your are requiring. You new it was dash electric blower motor switch, it has to be verified, it's a electrical lever switch, very small compared to slider switch, not a heating/liquid cooling sliding switch, the skematics will verify this, a huge difference on switches. Pretty hard to screw this up, especially saying they are professionals. What a convenient way to do business, give you a wrong part number, a much higher price, maybe hoping I buy it elswhere. Once I leave, good chance I won't be back. If I did buy it, they are not liable for buying the wrong part. That's why part number was not listed in my receipt. The whole service diagnostic stinks, does not smell or feel right. Unacceptable, non-professional, not find correct part & number, then say were given wrong part #.If it was the correct part, they would have notated it on my receipt. The Customers is buying his own part, with the part number listed on receipt. To prove, I refused to buy it for $180price, dealer wanted. You Replied being a back yard mechanic, You'd be surprised what electrical techs have to do to make things work and will give a gaurantee behind there work. My engine wiring harness was spliced in 2 places, after engine heat shorted it out, he spliced it and gave me a lifetime warranty in Show Low, in 2016, where I moved from, it's was no longer available to buy.I look at it this way, having AC on 3 speeds is better than no AC at all. There is no electrical short risk, if you are an experianced electrical repair technician. There is 4 wires that insert into switch, 1 for each speed. Disconnect #4 speed wire, remove #3 wire. Then attach #4 speed to 3rd speed connector. (I went to electronics school, built many computers, so I am well educated in this field).I already paid 1st mechanic$38.00to tell me it's electric switch for fan motor. No time to do worj for me. I have close to$150In diagnostic fees & no repair.Better to see your company make an adjustment of$45or more credit. If that happens, I will stipulate, dealer made an effort to make it right, plus move up your star rating. That is a win win outcome, unless you can find me a used switch. Even correct used one could work, for now until I get more money, to find a used one This will do.I do not have the choice of returning for repairs, no part available, this was Action Auto's responsibility to make me aware of this, plus not to charge full amount, because of no parts.

My wife and I traveled from Birmingham, AL to San Marcos, CA in our Lexus GX470. We wanted to check the cross country road trip off of our list. So we headed back via Las Vegas and then on to the Grand Canyon. While stopping for lunch in Kingman, I noticed coolant bubbling out of the reservoir. No lights on and temp gauge was still normal. We drove to A Action and they immediately pulled it in and diagnosed the problem. Thankfully, it was just a faulty radiator cap. It was very low on coolant, as well. They performed a pressure check and all was well. If you re in the area and have a mechanical issue, these are definitely the type of people you want to deal with. They definitely saved our trip. I can t thank them enough!

I was pleasantly surprised with the thoroughness I received from just getting an oil change. They checked everything, differential, transmission fluid, filters, windshield washer fluid, wiper blades, and tire pressure. Very respectful and cordial..

Let s face it, car repair is not cheap no matter where you go. The last thing you need is a shop trying to sell you something you don t need, they won t. You also want to make sure your car is safe, right. At AAutomotive you get professional work done right and in a timely manner. Sometimes they might finish sooner or take a little longer, you never know what you ll run into when repairing a car. Generally they are spot on with the time. I don t mind paying a fair price for a repair and I get that at AAutomotive from a professional crew with honesty and integrity.

We were delighted with our fast quality repair at a great price. Our 2005 Chevy Trailblazer s water pump failed in Wickiup. We were towed to Kingman and the driver recommended this shop for repairs.

Honest and that so a good job. Been going here for years. happen to take my vehicle else where one time and of course the other place gave me a bunch of lies on parts I had just had replaced. Called Action to get in and they checked what the other place said was wrong and confirmed it was ok.
