Had a ding in my windshield comming out of Monument Valley. It was 45 minutes before closing. Called them. They accepted taking me asap. One hour later all fixed up. Best job i've ever seen and not expensive on top of that. Wow, there should be more businesses like that. THANKS!

I recently had my windshield replaced by Draper Glass, based out of Kayenta through their mobile unit. They are difficult to get a hold of, they state they will call you back but never do. I had the best contact with Myra, via text. When ordering my windshield Gary specifically asked me if it had a rain sensor, which I clearly answered yes. However, they ordered the wrong windshield, claiming my insurance insisted it was a regular windshield. After coming out to Chinle they realized they ordered the wrong one. I had to check on them frequently to see if they reordered my windshield.I was not present when they finally replaced my windshield and I noticed that afterwards there was damage to the hood of my car, consistent with leaning or placing heavy items on the hood. I had no other damage to my car previously, besides a cracked windshield. They denied that they damaged the hood of my car. I would not recommend their mobile service, maybe their in house service is better? However, I will continue to tell people not to use Draper Glass.

We had an incident happened in Monument Valley it was an ugly day that started snowing it was so cold and these guys took care of us they were amazing thank you so much.

Their Service good. This is my 3rd windshield replacement & had no problem with it & Draper Glass is the closest Service windows.
