Great, fast and friendly service from JC! We had a nail in the tire of our 45' trailer, and he quickly popped the tire off, pulled the "nail", and got everything back on properly torqued. We were all sorted in 10 minutes. Amazing experience, thank you!

I had a bad valve stem om my trip. J.C. cleared his busy day, just to get me back on the road. What more could anyone ask for? Amazing service, amazingly friendly and gracious. I highly recommend Hansen's!!!

We just moved to the area and have had Hansen auto replace a windshield, do oil changes, charge AC, etc., but I m inspired to write this review today because they basically gave our truck a new lease on life! The truck had been running rough for years and no one could fix it. Today JC found that the bolts on rear axle were completelybroken on one side. He spent hours welding heads onto the broken bolts and happened to have replacements in just the right size. I cannot believe how smooth and tight the truck is running now. Not to mention, it s QUIET! And we re talking about a 04 Ford 6.0! I could sing their praises all day long. Price was very reasonable, too. I was rushing to a motel in the middle of nowhere when it was 5:50 p.m. However, my car started to act up and shake like a smoothie maker whenever I sped up. Upon checking, nothing was obvious. I called around, however, all auto shops already closed. Just when I was worried that I might end up with sleeping in my troubled car for the night instead of a motel I booked, this auto shop saved my life. The secretary answered my call and agreed to check my car even though it was about to close I know that there was no way for me to arrive with my troubled car within 10 minutes, so I begged her to wait for me. She assured me that they would not leave until they saw my car. The owner was very experienced and quickly spotted the issue. Although it is usually a tire shop not an auto shop that replaces tires, however, it was hard to tell if my car had a mechanical issue or just a tire issue. Further, auto shops typically do auto mechanic work and they don't sell tires. Luckily, it just happened that they had a tire that just fit my car perfectly! After he replaced my front right tire, he advised that whoever changes my tires in the future should use a hand ranch instead of an electrical one, as it's impossible for people like me to change a tire that was put on using an electrical drill on the road with a hand ranch. He then went extra to unscrew all my three other tires and tighten them up again with a hand ranch in case I need to change tires myself with a hand ranch. I really appreciated that the owner stayed extra 40 minutes after their usual closing time. I was also very thankful that he re adjusted my other tires to make it easy for me to change if I really have to in an event like this. Thank you very much!Service: Tires

You will not find a nicer more honest man than JC and his family. I was broke down waiting on a part due to the supply chain issues for 10 days. He even had a friend pickup the part in Phoenix [3 hours away] to get the part 2 days earlier. Im blessed to have broken down where I did! I became a resident and increased the population by 1% JC says! God bless you and your family JC!

Had a flat on the freeway (and no spare, about 5-mi. from their shop. They had a tire in stock, came out and changed the tire and I was back on the road about 90-mins later. Great service and vey reasonable cost. Well done JC!

Found my receipt from my tire change here on 08/11/2017 while cleaning out my glove box and was compelled to share my experience, hence the late review.Had a blowout on the way back to Albuquerque from Phoenix and Googled for the closest auto shop from the side of the road on a hot, hot day and found this place while the husband got the donut on and the dog was having a grand old time.Rolled up to Hansen s and they could have charged us whatever they damn well wanted as we weren t going to go very far on that donut. They didn t have a new tire in our size, but they did have a used one, and it was very discounted. The cost was very reasonable and I was really grateful for that. Honest, friendly folks, and that tire got us back to Albuquerque safe and sound. Thanks guys!

JC was Absolutely Amazing!! I broke down on 40 and JC stopped what he was doing and repaired my car and had me back on the road in about an hour. What an Amazing Shop and Amazing People as well!!! Definitely go see them if you need vehicle repairs!!

We had a flat tire. Stopped by a at Hansen's and got helped by Taylor. Great customer service from a man that is working fast and efficient. He even helped us placing the spare tire back underneath the car. Hansen and his secretary was very nice as well. Thank you for great help!

We were pulling a 5th wheel and had some clanking noise in the drivers side front tire. I pulled in and met JC. Such a great American. He jumped on our problem and found that the dust shield on the hub had come loose. He put it back on and we were back on our way to Texas.Hansen automotive earned my trust. There wasn't many vehicles waiting to be serviced, so I found it surprising that they could not help me. I was told they had client appointments already scheduled. But there were only three vehicles waiting in the parking lot. I have heard that this place discriminates against local Native American clientele. I was informed of this by someone who also tried to have their vehicle serviced.

Even though they couldn't do what I needed to have done, because of a repair I forgot to do, they didn't charge me a bunch of money. Friendly and professional. I'll definitely go back. Easy to find.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!My truck was wrecked while in their care. Needed a new switch for my fuel tanks. THAT WAS ALL I AUTHORIZED and the only work I wanted done. I broke down while moving and this was the closest shop. I kept calling to check on my truck. Every time I called it was something else. I drove by this shop 2 times during working hours and my truck wasn't even there, so I would call from my vehicle just to be told that the mechanic was working on it. Finally after almost a month and a half I called and said I was going to come get my truck. I got there after hours and was met by the owner who took my credit card and gave me the keys. I drove to Love's truck stop to fill up with gas because now both of my tanks were empty when I had just filled them at the same Love's before the switch stopped working. My headlights were literally hanging down. The grill was broken, there where tire marks inside the fender wells and dirt packed in the axles and tires. They cut my trailer brake wires and drilled holes in my dash that I have no way of welding shut as it is a metal dash panel. I ended up towing the vehicle all the way to Williams Arizona, where it sat for over a year before I could get it looked at again. I had to have all the work redone and my mechanic found massive amounts of damage and destruction to his previous work, prior to my move.I had to spend over 2,000.00$ just to make my truck drivable on top of the 1600.00 they charged me to start with.They should stick to changing tires! BEWARE.......

A+++! They saved us on a three week RV Trip from Florida. We blew a tire then snapped an axle spring on our old travel trailer as we were leaving the Jack Rabbit Trading Post. Fortunately, Hansen's Auto was nearby. They towed us to the shop, installed 4 new balanced tires and a spring, and got us back on the road in about 30 hours; which included running to town for parts and a late Friday night with a welding torch to cut away rusted suspension bolts. We stayed in Holbrook that night in the Wigwam Motel, and the locals we talked to all assured us we were in good hands. When we settled up, the total price was quite reasonable. Nice family business. Thank You!

Got a flat tire while driving from New Mexico to California, and was suggested by the local truck stop to try Hansen's. I half-inflated the tire and limped to Hansen's, where I met the friendliest and most helpful mechanic. He worked with me to get me back on the road with a new (used) tire and I made it home to California the same day thanks to their great service. A+++!
