high prices. some stuff was unavailable like hot cocoa, french vanilla, and lids for small soft drinks. they don't sell beer. it's a small shop. staff was pretty nice

I m only reviewing the truck service.I had a blown drive tire at 3am on a Saturday morning. I called them and they said the next available roadside service would be around 1pm.So I limped in got there by 4:30 and surprisingly in the bay by 7:30am.The lady behind the counter was amazing, she has a great customer service skill.

Showers down , fast food store down , no lid for coffe cup when I ask about lid the lady who clean the store replied with attitude this is the 5 time I said to someone fast food doors are closed and everyone asking for coffe lids. So customer coming in have a mind reading ability? I will not give these guys single penny businesses again!

I've had more than a few opportunities to use this shop on my travels. Every time the staff is friendly, and the job I ask for gets done as fast as they can get to it. And it is possibly the cleanest TA or Petro shop in their network.

Every time I stop here the staff is very friendly. Is the stores is clean with hot fresh food. The showers are well kept, with fresh towels.Overall, this is onenof the better small TAs

Best truck service parts center I've been to in awhile all thanks to Alyssa. She was very helpful from the moment I walked in. She was knowledgeable and did diligent research until she found the part I needed while my husband gave her information over the phone. She did all this while multi tasking with multiple customers. She is awesome and makes this location worth while. Thanks Alyssa for providing exceptional service.

I brought my own oilAnd they charged me 550$ for labor and filtersI talked to both night and day shift reception guys, both of them very rude and unprofessional. They think they own the TABut mechaniguy was nice and fast

They have a dog walk area WITH GRASS!! It s the only spot in the area with any grass at all. Just a heads up, make sure you bring your own pick up bag They were out of bags when we were there

I walkes in this morning and asked for a fresh breakfast burrito. The 2 men would not make it fresh so i called the manager. Manager came employees kept arguing. I stop here all the time and have never had this problem. I will never stop here again. I recommend not stopping.

Awesome, fresh hamburgers dressed and tater tots fresh also! Delicious!!!Our converter quit so got a small cigarette outlet pot to cook with and it was a pretty penny yet needed it!

Really nice and friendly people the mechanic that worked on my trailer light problem had it done in a timely manner. Dylan i believe was his name he even return mu two little tool kits to me that I had left behind. I would let them work on my truck anytime it needed it

I visit here today and filled my tractor $500 and went inside to get my fuel receipt, but black women in the store named Joyenes very very rude and not even able to give me my fuel receipt. I told her my truck number, pump number and last 4 digit my card number!!!! She s shouting at me and said bring your fuel card otherwise no receipt. All another location never happened this . She s very rude I shocked u guys hire a rude staff like that !!!

Its good to know that travel center refuses to work with 17.5 size tires for lowboy trailers. The why is beyond my comprehension knowing full well that 50 foot trailers dont easily get service elsewhere. My advice is to avoid places where the bare minimum is the norm.(luckily I found a loves that got the job done asap, no question ask)

Stopped to buy fuel, started the pump with pumpsmart on app and come to find out the internet is off line. Why is there no signs on the pumps? Wife went in to buy water and pulls out her debit card, then the employee says cash only. WHERE ARE THE SIGNS AND WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE?!!! TA and Petro have major issues lately, too many of them have pump and internet issues- WHY??? Truck drivers have a clock, STOP WASTING MY TIME!!!

The personal were nice. Their computers seemed to be a problem and the service was slow but professional. You know, us truckers are always needing to be anywhere but in a shop.

This TA mechanic shop charged me $410 for replacing the 3 air bags I bought the part my self when it s one hour job they Sayed it s flat rate when it s long hours they charge hourly it s not fear .date 8-19-22 time morning till noon.

Dirty coffee area, no sugar, 1 type of coffee. Unattended womens bathroom. Employees standing around playing video games on his phone. I didnt tell him about the out of coffee, not my job to do their job. Not on your payroll

No food/ parking sucked/ no clean showers because the cleaning person didn t come in so I was told by the cashier

Dirty and nasty place never seen a truck stop run out of fuel and def repeatedly, don't waste your time avoid stopping here

Worst TA Truck Service.Got me in at 6:30am for Airbag replacement,told me that they need to go all the way 90miles for part in Gallup and that its gonna take 3hrs I agreed.Right now is 3pm and the part is still not here,looking forward from broker to cut my rate.Its horrible when people are playing with your time.GJ !!!!

Good shop if you need repair wait on them for repairs. DO NOT CALL CRM DIESEL! They will rip you off. Good techs and service there at T/A.

Nice place. Small bathrooms for it being a truckstop. There might be a line if you have to do #2. Still a nice place.

Failed to honor a return for an item that broke and was bought at another corporate store. Was with in 10 days of purchase. Never to return for fuel or anything.

Small, VERY SMALL,SUPER HIGH PRICES, PARKING LOT IS ANGLED, DIFFICULT, AND TINY, food inside is limited and not a good selection, avoid it if possible.

The truck s petrol station is out of diesel.. I want to add a little more to the car side. A fat guy came out and wouldn t let me add diesel.Stiff head
