Justina here is truly an amazing employee! One of my bus drivers had a difficult situation for their bus and unlike all the other places that hung up or didn't bother assisting, Justina really went out of her way to help my drivers. We appreciate you!

Jacob was here all day helping me get my alternator taken care of. They had my alternator in stock, and I was able to find the tools I needed here too.My car is stupidly designed, and I needed a very low profile 3/8 drive ratchet to release the tension on my pulley. I went next door to Tractor Supply to compare prices. I came back and bought it here. It worked great, and now I have a great new tool in my kit.I also called the other auto parts store in town, and they quoted me an identical price for the new alternator, so why would I drive further off the interstate to get there? This place is very conveniently located.Jacob tested my alternator without hesitation at 7:45AM, in the 31�F. He was friendly and knew about what I needed.I m a looooong way from home, and I knew this stretch of the 40 was a tough spot to break down. I m very glad I landed here when I did.

I purchased radiator and other items. I opened the radiotor and took it back the same day to replace or return but they didn't have an others. Scott the manager there denied my return and said I caused the damage and won't let me return anything

More than helpful staff. Met a great Man who helped me define codes on my truck. He took his time and guided me through it all. "I would trust him if I were lost in the woods"! Amazing Staff! Never disappointed- EVER!

Absolutely superb, attentive and caring customer service from the whole staff, including management. When I came in with a dead battery everyone helped me out in whatever way possible. Very appreciative of this store!!

MANAGER IS A GREAT GUY. FAST AND CURTEOUS.HE I CHANGED MY WIPERS AND QUICK.HE IS GREAT.OVERPRICED THERE, BUT I LIKE HIS CUSTOMER SERVICETHAT'S WHY I DON'T MIND TO PAY EXTRA.

They don't even diagnosis for you asked a bout a part they said they had it and they didn't so we had to order it and come back in again wasted gas on this also my friend ordered a part which was never ordered he ended up having to put in the order again and wasted time and gas on it to starting to notice Holbrook is bad all the way around for customer service in all thier stores

I was looking for lug nuts and two representative of this store tried to tell me that the full measurement of the lug bolt was needed to sell me lug nuts. 7/16 fine thread BTW. I am not ignorant when buying auto parts so the bull he was trying to sell me resulted in a blank stare back to him.I am legally deaf and was also told to watch my tone of voice. Impossible to do being deaf.These employees need to be properly traind on automotive parts and ADA laws.

The customer service was outrageously great! I had a dead alternator and battery and was towed to this location. They let me borrow a few tools, brought me out a diagram, tested every component, and did it while making jokes and keeping me upbeat after a very trying day. I wish I remembered their names but 2 young gents working the evening shift.

Our toad car battery died so we were stuck at the Rv park. The guys in this store were super helpful. Gave my fiance a ride back to the park and helped install a new battery to see if that was the problem. Thank you guys, great customer service.

On our way back home from Las Vegas I noticed a crack in our SUV s radiator. O Reilly had a new radiator in stock, and all the 50/50 we needed to get back on the road and get home that day, which is totally amazing. O Reilly saved our trip. Thanks a ton you guys.

Great customer service. I needed a part they did not have in stock and they ordered it and had it ready for my to pick up the next day!! Gallup North Side location is the worse one, this location and the other Gallup location are very helpful.

Lady Clerk wanted help me as much she could but O'Reilly stores do not have ESP Mobile oil in stock. The only oil aproved for Mercedes diesel engines with DPF. Shame on them.

Excellent service, after driving from Colorado my engine check light came on, they offer a free diagnostic service which showed my transmission fluid was dangerously low, they sold me the correct fluid and problem solved.

Helpful staff most of the time, always have to order parts for my Volvo, but that's typical for that manufacturer.
