Beware, I went in for 6 injectors replacement and a exhaust leak fix. I went to pick it up and my Jake brakes were no longer working, a oil leak from the head, and a coolant leak because they forgot to tighten the line up. They said they fixed the Jakes but they weren't instead it broke my rocker arms and they forgot a nut on the intake actuator. Also a stud is stuck which means I need a new cylinder head. This is on a 2007 Peterbilt 379 with c15 accert.I tried to talk to them and just have what was damaged repaired or replaced. instead I was told to get a lawyer by his wife. This all happened in the month of February 2024. So unfortunately I will have to get a lawyer since they don't want to pay. pictures are below so beware.

Our heroes!!! After getting stuck in Holbrook AZ with a faulty alternator yesterday and calling multiple auto repair shops with no success, Duane of D & L Mobile Truck Repair answered his phone and said he would have someone at his shop at 9 am today - Sunday - on a holiday weekend to fix our Acadia!!!!!Well Darrel met us this morning and worked until 2:30 pm to get us back on the road!!! He even called in a friend to assist with the job!! These guys are amazing examples of customer service & genuine caring people!!!Duane even asked me to text him when we arrive home in MN!!!

After waiting on another company to fix the broken suspension on our 5th wheel, these guys came to our rescue. They helped us get to their shop and got the suspension welded in 2 hours and back on the road. Friendly, honest and knowledgeable!

On our way to California for my sister in law s funeral, our F250 broke it s serpentine belt right after Holbrook. Duane and his boys got us back up and running. we waited on parts, but once they got the parts they were on it like hawk on prey and got us out of there in less than two hours. Duane called us the next day to make sure we made it to our destination. We highly recommend them! Thanks guys!

These guys are absolutely amazing!! I broke down while moving late at night on a Sunday. Not knowing where the heck I am and stuck in the middle of nowhere with nothing around for over 30 miles they came to my rescue. They brought the parts I needed and came to me fixed my Jeep pretty quickly and really worked with me on pricing. It was no problem to come out in middle of night raining even though I decided to wait until morning. Dewayne answered the phone every time promptly and let me know how things were going during the whole process. An absolute blessing in this trying time!!! I really appreciate you guys!

We ended up having an issue with our RV after hours. Contacted D&L and they were able to assist us. Duane came out within the hour of contact and got us back on the road. Called them on Sunday with our RV having the blots that held our shock complete gone and it was fixed on Monday before noon! What I can say great they did a great job and fair price in getting fixed. Dwayne and the team at DL went the extra mile to save my day when other shops couldn t even get me in for days! Not only did they do great work and get me back on the road within hours, but Dwayne took the time to follow up with me a few days later to see how the rig was doing. Really good people. They are trash. Charged me 1400 to put some silicone on a hub seal (which didn't fix the problem) and replace a $20 hose on my air compressor. Never sent an invoice, and the best part was the owner telling me $1300 over the phone but his employee added another $100. Try someone else. They are rip offs. Definitely stay away if your black.

I cannot begin to express how grateful I am to D&L. I am driving from Phoenix where I've been caring for two parents with cancer, heading to Baton Rouge to care for my niece and her new baby. My car started smoking, and I was able to get it to TA in Holbrook, where I was given D&L's number. They already had a mechahanic at the truck stop, so Johnny was able to make a quick repair to a loose dipstivk from my oil change a few days ago. Incredible service, friendly and sweet as pie. THANK YOU, YOU GUYS ARE MY HEROES!!!

We were traveling and had a coolant leak after the rim. We tried to fix it ourselves but it would not seal up. We ended up finding D&L on a search. I had reached out to 3 different emergency service companies. D&L was the only company to answer. We decided to rent a room for the night and we had Matt at our truck by 8 am. We were on the road by11 am !Thank you D&L !

Punctual and quick to respond. Aside from that we had 4 trucks that we had him look at for DEF issues on our freightliners. He assured us that this was a service he was able to provide and fix. He only cleared the codes and "cleaned the system". Made it 3 hours down the road and all of the same issues reappeared. We had an issue with our tire/brakes to our trailer in AZ that needed more work done than most mechanics can handle. Got ahold of Daniel and he helped us get it fixed the next day even though it was a bit of a drive for him! Definitely appreciative of his work and ability to help us! We reached out to them for some assistance with our truck, they hung up while we were explaining the issue. They seem to have good reviews which is why we called them first, but I guess we didn't see the good customer service others received.

Duane and Matt did a great job helping us with our 45 RV. The hydraulic hose for the 4 slides broke while at the KOA and we couldn t get the slides in.Duane and Matt worked all day Friday (until 8:30 pm) and returned Saturday morning to get us back on the road!They re Very professional, worked hard , and didn t give up on a tough repair all while being kind and polite.Thanks much D&L! We hope we don t meet like this again, but know who to call if we have issues!Highly recommended

Dewayne thank you so much for coming to our rescue. Fast, courteous and professional, a man of his word. Got us back on the road when Love's Truck Service could not. We were stuck and beginning to hopeless until we called D&L. When he showed up and said," Ah a CAT C15, that's my favorite engine" we knew we were in good hands.Thanks again Dewayne and we hope to see you again, hopefully not broke down.

There have been a couple of times while driving through the area that my truck has broken down.D&L is my first call! They have diagnosed and fixed my problems every time. This man saved our lives! I was in the middle of a military move just reached our half way mark when We had two huge tire blowouts about 20 miles away from Holbrook (6 hours from our destination!). It was 5am and EVERY 24 hr towing/tire company/truck repair shop was either closed, didn t answer, or couldn t help us because of the tire size. Trust me, I called them all.. After 2 hours of searching and calling companies, we got a hold of Dwayne. He didn t carry the tire size or normally perform this type of service but instead of hanging up like the rest of the companies, he told me to hold on. He brainstormed and REFUSED to leave me stranded. He came up with the clever idea of getting two new already mounted trailer wheels from the local store and headed my way. He kept me updated and even waited in the parking lot of the store before opening just to be the first one there. I couldn t have expected better service. These are the types of businesses that people need to support. If you need anything, Dwayne is your guy!Service: Tires
