I have never ever had such an amazing person as Janet to give the most accurate and is on point wit vehicle. Love this lady u. She needs a promotion

Stopped by to get windshield wipers, I called ahead and gave Info on Mt vehicle and they pulled the wipers for me . I came in and they came out and changed out the wipers for me , so thankful for that..I drove down the mountain safely due to the customer service I got from this location..the lady was very nice and friendly and very helpful. Thank you so much. If you are in the area or driving theu..this is the place you need to go for your car part needs.

Kudos to the manager, Janet. She's always going that extra mile to help anyway she can, every time I see her. Her great attitude is infectious to the rest of the staff. You'll never get a bad attitude from anyone there. It's really a shame that the current national supply issues that are going on. They effect their ability to have solutions for people. I feel their frustration when I talk to the staff. If Carquest(Advance Auto) had a little cheaper pricing I'd give the store five stars but that's hardly the staffs fault.

Employees moved their cars so we could park our RV to work on it. They were very helpful, and knowledable, allowing us to use their tools to swap alternators and stayed until 5 minutes to closing helping us to accomplish our work. They are an excellent team of service personnel. We can't say enough about the service that was provided.

Amazing customer service, hands down. Janet went above and beyond to get me what I need to get back up and running. Even had it delivered to me down the road where I was stranded. Hard to find people that will work this hard to help you. Highly recommend them!

Our 1986 RV broke down in Holbrook last month and I made it to this store just before they closed. I explained that we had been stranded off and on while we were on our road trip with my two kids and they quickly helped me find some things to help. Actually a guy came and checked out our RV, explained a few things to us and we were finally on our way after that. They also gave us some cold water which seriously was a life saver (we didn t have AC in the RV and it was over 100 degrees). They were so kind and helpful! We were able to make it to our destinations and made our trip possible! I don t live anywhere near here but if I did, I would only shop there as much as possible.

We re from Phoenix and making our way to WI and our check engine and stabilitrak light came on (2012 buick regal). We came to car quest and the lady greeted me when I got there and ean a diagnostic on the car right away and the plus side she even knew about cars a bit. She recommended we go to Wilkinsons Auto Repair down the street and Willinsons service was very good and they knew exactly what they needed to do, just as she said.

These people went out of their way to get me the part I needed and get me back on the road.I was driving from Arizona to Indiana on July 3rd when I broke down at 2:00 in the morning. After calling around I found that they were the only ones that were able or willing to get me the part I needed that day.They let me borrow the tools I needed to do the repairs and even opened up boxes of new tools.After trying to fix my car I found that we did not have the right tools, so she called her husband, who came with his personal tools and did the repair himself to get me back on the road.After driving down the road a little I broke down again, however that was no fault of theirs, it was a separate issue that we were not aware of at that time.

These people that work here are life savers.They ordered us a new transmission, let us use the tools, called a transmission mechanic when we needed help and came over to check on us when it was after hours. I highly recommend this parts store to anyone driving through Holbrook Arizona and has problems or even something small.Desiree and Chris Bales

The people here were amazingly helpful! We broke down outside of town and they delivered a part to us so we could do the repair and avoid an expensive tow. We were so grateful for their help!
