We were traveling to Arizona from Indiana and John was able to diagnose our issue and help us determine what was needed to be repaired. We met him and he fixed everything for us so we could safely travel back home. Very friendly and professional. Much appreciated of the service we received!

We lost all power, AC and DC in the middle of the night. First thing in the morning, John arrived and diagnosed that our 24 volt 4000 watt inverter had died. He got us temporarily fixed up with power. He ordered a new system. The following week he arrived with the equipment and installed it. We switched from an older Magnum inverter that needed 24 volts, to a new Victron 12 volt system. He is fully capable, and very friendly and open. I learned a lot just watching. His installation was timely and tidy. I'm very unlucky to have the breakdown but very lucky to have found JC Mobile RV. I highly recommend John!In hindsight, I would have never trusted a dealership to install my solar and inverter. I would take my new trailer off the lot and straight to John for all of the off-grid boondocking gear.Service: Electrical

Christy answers the phone and makes appointments. John shows up in his 16 ft repair truck with everything in it. Diagnosis the problem and makes the repair correctly in one call. This is the first RV repair service I've ever used that finishes the repair on the first service call. Outstanding, so Grateful to be able to call Christy and John and have them service my RV. They're the best!

After singing this guys praises, now beware! Refused to work on a fridge when his website clearly says he does work on fridges. Offered to pay CASH out of pocket to avoid him dealing with warranty but he still refused. He seems to pick and choose what he wants to do when the mood suits him.Godly? You will have to decide if you take a chance with these people.

These guys are fantastic! I was only in CO a few days when a severe storm bringing golf ball sized hail came through and wreaked everything on top of my trailer. Covers, awning, antenna, solar panels, and running lights! These guys were reliable, responsible and quick with repairs. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future, if needed.

Extremely responsive! They came out to my home in a couple days vs weeks like a normal RV shop. He had all the parts and tools he needed to repair a propane leak and my cracked grey talk line. I would absolutely recommend JC Mobile Service and I would definitely use them again. Thank you guys!

Called John for an issue with the slide out motor on our 2018 Jayco Seneca. John was the most knowledgeable, confident and personable technician we have ever had working on this issue. He was able to come to us on base at the AF Academy Fam Camp, and because we already had the part he replaced it without delay. He also educated us in best practices for these Shwintec slide out systems. Competent, courteous, and professional. Thank you John!

5 stars isnt not enough for this company, 10 is more like it!!!. I've tried to get someone to install my 3rd AC with other mobile techs and even RV city for weeks and couldnt get anywhere with them. I contacted John and he was over in 2 days and had it done in just a few hour. Wife and I cant thank this guys enough. John, you are the man.Service: Air conditioning

I called this morning to check on getting a heater repaired on a 1995 26ft Dutchman trailer. John was able to come out at 5 pm today on his way home. He was able to troubleshoot and diagnose in the first 15 minutes. He was able to jumper out the limit switch and get the heater to fire. At the same time, the blower fan started squealing. He had both parts on his truck and was able to get the heater running in real short amount of time. John was very professional and very knowledgeable and didn't waste any time. This is my go to company from mobile RV repairs and this is who I'll always refer. I highly recommend this company! Absolutely outstanding and very fair on price.

Jonathan was very prompt and courteous. Assessed the problem with our furnace in our RV and found the issue quickly. Thank goodness because we are expecting really cold temps this weekend. He also fixed an issue with my gas range burner that I ve been having to light with a lighter I can t say enough kind words about this business. I highly recommend them.

We were traveling with our travel trailer. On the 14th day of a 40 day trip, we heard a loud pop when putting one of the slide outs out. We could not bring it back in. We checked all of the local RV dealers in the area and all of there service departments were booked up two months out. So we searched online for mobile RV service and found JC Mobile RV Service. He was able to come in two days. He arrived on time as scheduled, was very professional and well organized in his approach to the repair. No waisted time. There were two broken cables in the slide out mechanism. He replaced those but also found, and fixed the problem that caused them to break. That slide had always been jerky going in and out. We had taken it back to the dealer several times, but it was always jerky.Now after JC Mobile RV Service fixed the route cause (improperly adjust chain and cable), that slide goes in and out smoothly every time. I would recommend him to anyone in the Colorado Springs area.

After using several mobile services around the country, we are REALLY happy with JC Mobile Service. They are fast, reliable, fantastically priced, and the work they do as well as their customer service afterwards is unparalleled!I'm typically not comfortable with people being inside our home, especially while my husband is at work, but I was put at ease right away. They're knowledgeable, kind, and all around the only service we will be using from here on out.John has been particularly helpful with getting our camper back up after they winterized it for me. I honestly can't put into words how impressed we are with the quality of service. Thank you guys!

I needed my 5th wheel winterized. Contacted John and had an appointment set for the following day. John is by far and away one of the most friendliest and knowledgeable techs I have ever met. He was on time and got my coach squared away within 20 minutes. Can t say enough great things about JC Mobile RV Service. Outstanding company. You will never go wrong with John s services!!! He s got my business for life.John also saved a friend a few hundred dollars in unnecessary repairs with a quick easy diagnosis in his 5th wheel.Great job John. Thx so much!!!

John is very professional, detailed and goes the extra mile to ensure everything is fixed up. He also does a great job of explaining the issues, what he fixed and why in a simple way that anyone can understand. Also, issues that other RV repair folks were not able to fix, John fixed in one afternoon easy. Wow! What great service. The place I bought my RV is always 2 months behind and even in the middle of camping season not very willing to even talk me through a problem. But John was more than willing to help. I called on a Thursday afternoon and he was at my home, in Divide, the next afternoon on Friday. He Fixed the problem I was having with my hot water tank and was very reasonable in his price. I'm not going to the "Big Name" store for help any more, when I have a problem JC Mobile gets my business.

John from JC Mobile Service is very knowledgeable and was able to fix the poor installation of our hot water heater quickly and at a reasonable price. He also performed a pre-purchase inspection of our used Class A RV, fielded all of our questions and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend John and JC Mobile service.

Got home Sunday from a weekend camping trip, only to find after I extended the rear slide out to clean out, it wouldn't come back in but only make noise. After manual attempt failed, contact JC Mobile RV Service Monday morning and got set up with a Tuesday afternoon repair. Replaced gear box and had me up and running in an hour! John and Noah were very professional and wasted no time in getting it fixed, as they arrived with part already in hand and now my upcoming weekend is still on! I also found the pricing to be extremely reasonable. Will definitely use again when needed.

John and Donnie arrived on time (to the minute) and had the repair to the bypass valve done in 15 minutes. They hung around to ensure that I had hot water while checking out other miscellaneous concerns that I had. The turn around time was less than 36 hours from the original call. I will definitely use JC Mobile service next time I am in need.

We have a small teardrop trailer and have used JC Mobile RV service a few times for minor service and repairs. John has been on time, trustworthy andknowledgeable. It's really nice to have repairs done at home rather than leaving it at an RV shop. We highly recommend this business!

I've used JC Mobile a few times for my '98 Holiday Rambler. He is always prompt and couteous, willing to explain things so that I can I understand what is going on. His rates are reasonable for a mobile service, certainly on par with other mobile services that I have contacted. I would gladly recommend John and Donnie for your mobile RV service needs.

We had an issue the week between Christmas and New Years. Called JC Mobile Service at 8:30, and they made an appointment for 1:30 the same day. They arrived exactly to the minute and got straight to work. The problem was solved within the initial hour quoted, so it worked out great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
