I got a very large screw in my front tire while heading towards Heber. Did a quick google search for tire shops and headed for Heber Tire Shop. The service was quick and friendly and reasonably priced. And I was soon on my way. Thank you!

I had a Flat tire in Herber on my way home to Snowflake. These guys made a bad situation a lot easier. I couldn't find my lug nut key to remove my lug nuts, and these guys helped me out with loaning me there's. Then they actually had my tire size which is rare, and at a way more reasonable price then a lot of the other guys. I will definitely recommend and will come back if I ever need a tire.

I ran into an issue with some trailer tires when I drove up from the valley. Fortunately was able to limp the trailer here to the tire shop for some professional help. Al had both tires changed out in about 20-30 minutes and helped with a few other things. I'm thankful that even though it's a small town, we can still get urgent & necessary service.

Al went out of his way to make sure that I could get back on the road safely. He was kind and fixed up 3 tires for my Class A motorhome. I bought one new tire from him and we found out that 2 more were bad. He plugged one and gave me an old tire to get me by since I only had 20.00 left he didnt charge me. He said im not going to take your last 20.00.Also I was waiting across the street for my new tire to get delivered and I have to tell you that Al worked non stop the whole day not even a lunch break. This man has a bad knee and still works hard every day. I am amazed! Thank you Al! Im going back to get another new tire on payday. Maybe two new tires. I would rather go to a local small business and help keep them in business since you get more personal service then the big tire shops.

Al and his shop went above and beyond to take care of my husband who was stranded in Heber with a flat tire! We are so unbelievably grateful. It is a great thing when an unexpected flat tire turns into a fantastic experience. Great customer service still exists!

My wife was in town with the kids and caught a nail. They were nice enough to repair the tire right away! But when she got home next day she then realized the powder coat had been damaged around the wheel. When I called the following day he said he couldn't be sure the damage was from something other than his technician. And therefore wasn't liable for the damage. Very disappointing. When we go to a discount tire type shop this doesn't happen. They then filled it to 32 psi with all other tires at 39-40psi.

Keep driving if you can. Ordered load range g tires, got a set of load range g tires, at double the price of the big box store. Was told one price on the phone, charged a different price in person.

I paid $680. To get a new oil pan put in. AL paid the man who did the work $177. AL Kept the rest and didn t give me a receipt. Nice guy but will over charge when he can. You think he would give a local a fair price.

I went to the store to give him some money and support my local business. But apparently they don't need any money or business. There was no one waiting and the guy in charge refused to put down his leaf blower so he can talk to me. So I got back in my truck and left. People have the idea up here that the customer waits on them. No you wait on the customer.

Tried to go here today (11-20-22) and they opened at 10am. The guy said he wouldn't be there until 11am, we get there and he says come back in 30 minutes as his lines are frozen. Unprofessional.

RV Trailer tire exploded out of nowhere and we managed to scrape our way here. Took very little time for them to fix us up good all at a very reasonable price. Also conveniently located near a famous phone booth.

Only by the sheer grace of the almighty is this place still in business Al has delusions of adequacy. Everything about my visit was unprofessional, from the initial diagnostic, to the work rendered to the payment process. This is a low class establishment, with low class service that can only pray for a quick and painless demise by the arrival of a competitor tire company. May the citizens and visitors of Heber AZ be so blessed to receive a Discount Tire in the near future.

I am beyond thankful for Reed Porter (Porters Propane) for getting me set up with this guy. He opened up, after he had already closed up shop. Spent nearly 3 hours trying to take care of my specialty tire (run flat) after I had clobbered it with a pot hole the size of an elk! This gentleman was very kind and could have charged me an outrageous price, but he didn't.I made it back down the hill and the car has never ran better.I will always be grateful for him and his friend who came over to help him out and of course, Reed Porter.

Got a gash in my tire on a Forest Service Road in town. Even though AL was about to close, he got the tire plugged in a jif.

The folks here agreed to fix a puncture in my tire. It seemed okay after their tech plugged it. The next morning it needed air. Two days later it needed air. Every two days it needs air. So, my poor rating is due to being in Ohio with a leaky tire that I took to these guys when it first happened. The place is well-stocked, they have good equipment, and the repair was only $20 so not bad, except that I seem no better off. Got it into a tire shop at home. These guys at Heber Tire left the nail in the tire. Nuts.

Went in for and oil change, it took 1.5 hours and the transmission was drained and the oil was over filled by at least 2 quarts. I tried to reason with the mechanic on 2 different occasions and he got in my face and yelled at me both times. The vehicle is now inoperable and I have to try to trade my vehicle in before the transmission completely blows. NEVER GO HERE. also had a used tire put on a different vehicle here and was charged 65 dollars which is ridiculous.

These men saved my children s LIVES & mine while headed down to Phoenix and tight on cash - not only were they fast but also checked all my other tires! Thank you gentlemen for quality service! We took my truck in there for an oil change when I first moved into town and the technician Albert drained my transmission and an overfilled my oil by 5 qquart. When I took it back the next day to advise him he overfilled my oil he got so upset that he took his fist and slammed it down on the hood of my car I then decided I'll take it just to Napa and drain it out myself that's when I saw a brand new shiny drain plug on my transmission and my oil drain pan wasn't even touched. I'd recommend driving into Show Low or just do the work yourself if you need service.

I called for a used tire. He didn't want to give me the year of it and was rude. The guy on the phone seems shady. If he's a tire guy he would know how to find the date on a tire. legally every tire has to have the date on it. Just for everyone's information the last two numbers after the DOT is the year that it was made. You never want to get a tire older than 5 years old. Tires do have an expiration date. They will randomly blowout after 5 years old doesn't matter how good it looks.

Had crazy experience. Set up with nice man on phone. Went there early pm on tues. Walk in door the guy there literally screams at me. Insults and it was crazy. Apparently owner trying get rid of him....

Great Friendly Service and I Will Continue to come back.It was also nice they had bbq ribs going on the grill. And sodas for anyone that needed or wanted to eat while I was waiting.

They were good. Their window/door says they accept credit cards which was misleading, they take only CASH and it was bit frustrating because I had to search and drive to an ATM.
