Excellent service, friendly service! Went in for an oil change and cabin filter change. They did a full vehicle diagnostic with photo of items that needed attention. This was very helpful. I was in and out in just over an hour. Would highly recommend Wilhelm Automotive, this was my second visit and I will definitely be returning.

I had a tire blowout today and needed help. Front desk staff to the techs provided such excellent service and ensured my anxiety was put to ease. They were patient, understanding, and extremely helpful.

It s hard to find a good reputable shop anymore but that s exactly what you get at Wilhelm. Took my truck in for alignment, and tire rotation. While completing the work they provided a multi point inspection, as well as corrected tire pressure that was down a few psi. When my truck was pulled around the tech even wiped the finger prints off the door, after he got out. Thanks again.

First time at Wilhelm s. Was very impressed with depth of the review of my vehicle. I brought it in for a standard oil change and they reviewed the manufacturer s maintenance requirements and gave me a complete rundown of the condition of my vehicle and suggested current and future steps to take. And there was no pressure to upsell services.

Wilhelm automotive does an excellent job of telling you what needs to be done and what is optional. The quality of service as well as the service managers communication is top-notch. I don t take my car anywhere else!

I highly recommend Wilhelm Automotive. I took our car in for an oil change and was told that it would be a couple of hours. No problem by me. I brought my work computer and in just over an hour our car was done. Under time, professional and thorough. Will be back for sure.

Handled professionally from start to finish! I went in for an oil change that I had scheduled previously. They informed me that it would take approximately a half hour - it took about 45 minutes but they let me know along the way. After the oil change was completed they informed me about other matters that needed my attention on a future basis. The real staple for me and most importantly was they honored a military discount!

Excellent customer service. We thought we had an emergency but as it turned out, was not. But Mark was very expedient in getting us in anyway and also getting the repair finished in speedy time.Will us Welhelm as our place to go for oil changes also in the future.

Great customer service even when they had nothing to financially gain from us. Long story short, we bought a lemon and live out of state. We decided to salvage the loss but had to leave the car in their lot until the title arrived. They were so patient when they didn t have to be. If I lived in the area they d have my business for sure.

Great company. They always provide quality service and they have the upmost integrity. They saved us from being screwed out of 2300 dollars from another dishonest mechanic. Ever since then, this has been our go-to mechanic shop. Thank you for your business as always guys.

Their staff is amazing! Brought my 14 year old truck in for routine service knowing it probably needed other repairs. Within hours, they discovered parts in need of replacement and completed the repairs in a day! Very honest and capable staff!

I pulled in with an emergency problem, no appointment!!! They offered to take me home, were very accommodating. They fixed my problem, and kept in contact with me and explained everything along the way. Impressed with their using technology. Highly recommend, and won't hesitate to go back if I have another problem with my car...

Extremely friendly and professional service. The owner is a wonderful man with a wealth of knowledge and does not try to pressurise you into buying unnecessarily expensive items, in my case he recommended some good tyres that saved me a lot of money because they are not name brand and the tyres are awesome!! I will definitely be back whenever I need something fixing on my car

I brought in my Chevy Suburban for transmission work, and less than two years later that transmission is broken once again. I believe they have another group do transmission on their behalf. They repaired it once, and it was back in the shop a week later because it wasn t shifting properly; they had in the shop again and got it up and running, but now, we live out of state, and the transmission is broken once again. I have had other good experiences with this shop, but this is definitely a 1-star review for this service work

After 2hours and 45 minutes I was able to leave Wilhelm with an oil change, tire rotation and a $119.49 air filter replacement. My total bill was $148.88. This was AFTER a "50%discount for the oil change and a 10% discount for the air filter. I've used Wilhelm in the past and had satisfactory service. This last time, they neglected to perform two of the services I requested. They didn't charge me for it, but now I have to take the vehicle in again.

Had an oil change and a new battery was installed. They gave me a heads-up of future work that may need to be done, but didn t pressure me to have repairs done immediately.
