Just had a terrible experience with the Estrella Parkway location in Goodyear. Had my oil changed here yesterday and would have had to wait an extended time to have my tires rotated and a new sensor installed. Made an appointment for today at 10AM. Received a text from Walmart saying the appt was for 11AM and showed up at 10AM. When I asked the auto service attendedant about it he said they have no sensors in stock and I was told that even if I purchased a sensor from another location they could not install it. VERY DISAPPOINTING, a huge waste of time.

Customer service 10/10, but the actually vehicle service, I would definitely not recommend. I bought all four of my tires from Walmart and had warranty on them. The low pressure tire light came on for my front passenger tire. I took it to put air twice and it continued to go down. I knew at this point, there must have been a slow leak. I took it to this location twice and was told by 3 different people in the auto department, that there was nothing wrong with the tire. I then asked, what could it be, how could the tire continue to lose as much tire pressure and that it couldn t be from the weather. Of course I received no real answer. I ended up taking it to Mcfalls on Van Buren and they immediately advised there was a nail, causing the slow leak and I had to pay to get it patched.This is disturbing that 3 different men on two different occasions, could not find a nail and slow leak, that was found in less than 2 minutes. Walmart please do better in choosing qualified individuals to work on peoples vehicle. I have been getting my tires and oil change from Walmart for 7 years and I would like to stay consistent!

All you need to do is buy the tires, but don't install them. Of the 4 tires, they only installed 3 because one wheel "had a bad nut" and they couldn't remove it (which took 5 minutes at a tire shop in my neighborhood to fix). They were in a hurry to close the store as I was the last customer of the day. They also charged me an extra 30 dollars for the roadhazard without me asking, and were unkind when I asked for a refund. Take your tires and don't go there again

For a quick inexpensive synthetic oil change you can t beat Walmart. At least $35 cheaper than everybody else. Very friendly people in that shop as well.

Pat and his crew were able to work me in between appointments when I as a rideshare driver got a bolt in my tire. They repaired my tire and had me back on the road and back to work quickly. Hats off to Pat and his crew, their manager should be proud of them.

Unprofessional with very long waits. Once you are being assisted they will go on their cell phones and stop talking to you. Very long waits even when they hardly have any cars there to just get tires rotated and aired. Never have in stock what is needed. Very poor communication between mechanics and front desk. Will never return to this location.

Went to get tires balanced and rotated. Forty bucks, last the life of the tires, good deal. Took about an hour. But, a few days later, I went to wash my truck, and noticed they crudely butchered the rims taking the old weights off. Unprofessional. Gonna go back and see how I'll be compensated, yeah right.

Extremely disappointed. Apparently, they are overwhelmed because they can't seem to hire enough staff. I was told the soonest I could buy a tire and have it installed was 3 days from now.

Excellent! Bike arrived 8 days earlier just in time for Christmas! Tracking and communication was a plus!!! Thank you Walmart for doing an amazing job during trying times! Merry Christmas to all employees who make it happen everyday! GOD BLESS.

Not a great experience, however I must admit I left prior to having any services performed. I was greeted 10 minutes after my arrival, was told I would be helped momentarily.....waited another 5 minutes or so and asked again if I could drop my keys off, was told they are too busy and that I needed to wait. I was standing right there, I saw what customers they currently had, no reason I should have to wait so long to check in for a simple oil change. They aren't rebuilding hot rods...

I can always trust my auto oil changes here. I recently used the Valvoline on PebbleCreek before leaving to California and my Traverse kept stalling at stops. As soon as I got back in town I took my car to Walmart for another oil change and problem solved. This is the second car I have taken to Valvoline and I heard from other friends that they too have had this issue with their cars and stopped taking their cars there. Only downside with Walmart is you need to schedule to tire rotation.

We came in to replace passenger side tires I knew the size and type of tire that we wanted. I told the guy at the counter and he looked right at my husband and asked him. I told him I knew what I was talking about. I told him that we also needed an oil change and again he looked not at me and asked. We are still here after 3 hours and 45 min. Because we just got our car and the wrong tires were replaced. I asked the same guy if we were getting the original tires that we had on there. He said "um I better check on that". Worst customer service and worst wait time. And it 12 minutes, we will have been here 4 hours. Yes you read that right! All for 2 tires and an oil change. The only saving grace was Jason who worked on the car. Thank you

Longest waits times just for a light bulb replacement! Run from this place!It started with the guy up front looking and acting like he was 1 minute away from retiring or dying. I asked to get my light build changed out and he takes my info on the vehicle, etc. hands me my ticket and doesn t tell me a total to expect to pay or how long it will take. I then go shopping In Walmart and come back in 2 hours later thinking my vehicle is going to be done by now and he said they are still working on it. I came in at 830am thinking that would help but still waiting 2.5 hours later. I could have arranged the car to be dropped off if I knew I would be waiting this long.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!I am not one to write bad reviews but one thing is customer service as I understand is pretty subjective but when they try to damage your vehicle, that's a whole different story.Before we headed toward this walmart for Just a simple oil change, my husband called and asked if they would be able to attend us (we both get outta work at 5:30pm) they said that if we get there before 7:00pm they will still be able to do it. we got there at 6:50 and one of the attendants murmured under his breath "got here right when we are gonna close". I thought that was a bad start already but they took our car anyway and closed the door of the garage and left is out there. 5 min. Later the man comes out and says that someone put 2.5 Quartz of extra oil on my car and therefore they were not going to take the "responsibility" of draining it and damaging the car. That did not make sense we had taken our car to another Walmart location and always check our car. It was odd that it went from having 4 Quartz to 6.5! And when he went ahead to "show us". The oil looked clean! Last time I had checked it looked black! I will go ahead and contact someone higher because this is unacceptable and hope it doesn't happen to other people.

I ve been trying for the past few weeks to come in to get my oil changed at different times on diffent days. Today I called from the parking lot to see how long the wait would be for an oil change. The person on the phone told me there was no wait. So I got my special needs kiddo that I work with out of the car and walked inside. When the guy behind the counter( pat) told me it was going to be a 3 hour wait I just about lost it. When I told him I had litterally just called from the parking lot and was told there was no wait he proceeded to tell me that things can change and that wait times can change. Really your wait time is going to go from no wait to 3 hours in a matter of 5 minutes? Don t think so. Worst Walmart auto center ever. Every time I ve come here I ve been told something similar .

This Walmart location is the best. I haven't received service like this in years. They answered my questions over the phone. When I got there they was friendly, fast and prices was competitive. Thank you, my car is running so much better.

Was told it would take under 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with only a few cars ahead of me. Came back after 3.5 hours to find my car not even started on. After another hour, I came back and the car was slowly being worked on while other cars that were behind me were already finished. They would only tell me it's not done yet and when I asked for a time frame they said we dont know. Horrible customer service and they have taken well over 4 hours. I finally asked for my car back without anything but the oil change being done on it. Wont be coming back. $75 for this? Walmart is a bad company

Show up to use the road hazard warranty I paid extra for, only to be told that they are appointment only and they can fit me in on Sunday, two days away. I bought the tires from Walmart and the warranty because they have locations all over along highways. Apparently I wasted my money. Don't waste yours.Mentioned to them that their website said they were open and no mention of appointments. Lady replied 'thats their website, it has nothing to do with us'. Really? It says walmart over the door, and on your badge, pretty sure this is walmart and 'they' own this place.Whatever, I'll go to discount.

Waited in line for 45 minutes with four people in front of me while the department manager operated the cash register. Once I got to the front of the line he told me they could not help me even though three tire bays were completely open entire hour I was there. Awful customer service and nobody seemed like they wanted to be there or be helpful.

The man at the front counter turned to me and said, "Yes!" Like I was such a bother to help. I didn't even say a word, I was standing there waiting to be helped. Then my car was done at 6:08, they never called me. I had to go to the front desk at 6:50 to see if they were done, and the woman at the front desk said she had just received the paperwork. I was late picking up my kids from their karate class because of this place! Of course, even though I put my review here, nothing will be done.

This place is slow. Make sure you give plenty of time to get your service done. They average about 50min to an hour per car. On the bright side it's the best value in town. So as long as your time isn't valuable, take it here. The price brings you back.

Put the wrong oil in my car and didn't reset the tire censors after rotation. Called the manager several times but he was always busy". Finally went in person and he said it was my fault that I signed the paperwork. I verified with Chevy dealership that it was the wrong oil and still he failed to make it right. Poor customer servixe!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Horrible. I was 2nd car to arrive at 630am. At least 10 other cars arrived after me. At 705am some of the services guys asked me as I was sitting in my car are you here for an oil change, ahhhhhh yeah, I am the first one parked in front of the door that says oil lube.... they then say go inside to check in. I go in and there at least 13 people in line who all arrived after me. Guess what?! There cars got serviced first... how is that right. I spoke to the department manager, his name.slips my mind already. Voiced my displeasure and left. I wont be back.

Took my truck in for two new tires at 11am and my vehicle was not finished until their closing at 6 pm. Tire manager called and said the front tires had excessive wear so I told him to put the new tires in the front. They placed one on the front and one in the back. When I questioned them about what they had done, they said I was lucky to have had tires put on.

Very sweet man working the counter. Sadly, they are understaffed, and I didn't have time to wait. I was, however, able to pick up my site to store tire purchase with ease. They were called to the back, and another employee even helped load them into my vehicle. Thanks, guys!

Like seemingly every other Arizona service business, this place is understaffed and the folks that are working are in no rush to get stuff done.As others have said, expect 1.5 hours minimum for any service. Today I got tired of waiting and went to check on progress and they had finished 35 minutes earlier and never called me.
