Used Valleys Mobile RV service for a class a gas motorhome oil change while in Mesa for a week. They were extremely accommodating with scheduling me for when I was in town. Great communication and showed up right on time for the oil change. It s the little things that make a big difference and you can tell they care about taking care of you. They needed to use a hand pump to get my oil into the engine due to an awkward configuration and me supplying massive 5QT jugs. They had one on hand but had used it for another job recently where they had to pump dirty oil. I would have never known if they used the dirty pump. But instead, he told me the situation and that he was going to go up the road to auto zone to buy a new pump for my oil change and would be right back. Again, I would have never known and they could have easily just used the dirty pump. But they didn t. Really appreciate that kind of care for the small details and I will very happily use them again whenever I m in Phoenix/Mesa area.

Outstanding mobile service! These guys are very professional and knowledgeable- they fixed my motorized RV steps (which a couple other mobile repair places said they didn t want to do because it was not an easy job) and replaced a slide out gasket with great expertise - and their prices were very reasonable compared to other mobile services I have used. They always called ahead to let me know they were on their way and arrived on schedule, and they kept me up to date on everything during the repairs. This is actually the best mobile service I have ever used - they have my highest recommendation!

The Valley s Mobile RV Service is a great company. I would recommend them to everyone. Daniel the technician was very knowledgeable, polite, and hardworking. They even provided helpful hints to ensure we are safe on the road. The technician did such a great job on our trailers brakes, we hired him again to work on our propane. We will definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them to anyone with a trailer. Very satisfied customer!Service: Brakes

These guys were awesome. Reached out via Google chat and they responded immediately. They came out the same week to install a soft start on my travel trailer ac. This thing works like a charm and now I can run off the gernator that couldn't support the start up before the install. Zero problems now. Starts up every time with still enough bandwidth to run everything else. I highly reccommend this device and more importantly this company to install it. They were professional, quick and a pleasure to deal with. 5 stars all the way! Thank you guys!

I had a very good experience with this company. Daniel, the technician, was pleasant to work with and did an outstanding job diagnosing and repairing a few issues rather quickly, including replacing the carburetor to the generator, the breaker to the generator, servicing the air conditioner, replacing a thermostat, serviced the refrigerator, water heater and checking house battery. Pricing was upfront and fair and it was an overall great experience. This is my go to mobil rv repair shop going forward.

I was very happy with this company. I had called 4 or 5 other moblie rv tech companies that kept being referred to me with no luck on getting someone out same day to look at my AC that was having a popping sound coming from it. I was worried it was an electrical problem and feared a fire if I kept using the ac. I googled companies and this one popped up. Representative was very understanding and contacted a tech to see if they would be willing to take my emergency call. (I own a moblie grooming business and didn't want to risk my clients pets safety tomorrow.) My tech Daniel was amazing. He first called me and found out he was given the wrong address and was 10mins from my house still. So he would have arrived in the 2 hour window I was given. He went right to work on my ac. What we first thought was a simple circuit breaker flipped. Which caused a good chuckle. But he went steps farther. He looked at the wires and found the wires weren't put in the correct spot do to the length of wire. And this causing a wire to rub and be cut and it was grounding out causing the breaker to pop. After replacing wires and drilling a new hole to move the wires to a more protected area. He climbed on top of my rig to insure no more damage was done. I was very happy with him. Daniel was professional and well educated. I also was very happy to find out this company also services the generator I use and also does a peel and seal which I was needing to start looking for. I highly recommend this company for a all in one company. One stop shop. Prices were very reasonable considering it was an emergency call and Daniel stayed after hours to get me on my wheels. Daniel will be my go to tech with this company.Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

Excellent service. Our neighbor at Luke AFB rv park had them coming out for an issue and we snagged them for their opinion on our sliding wall not working correctly. They diagnosed the issue and came out a week later to fix. They also answered other questions we had. They know their job! Very professional.

I would highly recommend Valley mobile repair for any RV issues you might have.I called them on repairing my air conditioner on my motorhome and they sent out a technician that was excellent and on time.His name is Jesus and he was a gentleman and very knowledgeable.His PR was excellent. Daniel came out to inspect my RV, replace some trim and check my battery. During the inspection, he found a few things that needed repair or replacement and was able to take care of them, other than one thing he had to order. He was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He even recommended that I get a small solar panel, so I ordered one from Amazon and he is going to connect it when he returns once my other part arrives. I recommend this business highly and would give them 100/10 if I could. They are the company that I will call for any of my future RV needs.Services: Body & Trim, Battery

Can t say enough good things about these guys. They installed a new awning on our 5th wheel and and the craftsmanship was amazing. A few weeks later the fabric dislodged itself from the rail (not due to their work) and the promptly came out to look at it. They figured out the company that sold me the awning gave me to small of fabric tubing. They went as far as to order me the right size and came back the next day to install free of charge. I would highly recommend these guys for any RV repair, you will not be disappointed.

This is my new "Go-To" place for RV repairs. Hadn't had our Class C out it a while and needed some maintenance for an upcoming trip. Called 4 brick and mortar places and they were all booked until March/April. Called these guys on Monday morning and Daniel was at our RV storage place Monday afternoon. Oil change, generator service, slide-out service and troubleshoot a water pump. He knocked it all out in a couple of hours and had us ready to go on a trip this weekend.

We had a microwave and an icemaker installed by Jesus and Daniel. They were very professional, knowledgeable, polite and guick. We cannot say enough good about them. VMRV will definitely be getting all our service calls from here on out and highly recommend them to others.

Jesus and his assistant came out to repair a factory recall on my 5th wheel RV. They arrived on time, were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and didn't mind me hanging around watching them in hopes of learning a thing or two. After finishing the recall item they repaired two valves on the back of my hot water heater that just started leaking in a very timely and efficient manner. Outstanding customer service! I will definitely use them again.

I called and they sent someone out same day to troubleshoot issue with AC not functioning.Diagnosis was performed and scheduled to replace unit the very next day(actually came before the scheduled time)Both technicians where knowledgeable, friendly, professional and efficient. Called because I just recently moved to Surprise and needed multiple things repaired on my motorhome. They were able to get me in the same week I called. Daniel and Jesus were courteous and took care of all my requests in an hour. I appreciated their promptness and taking the time in answering all my questions. This mobil service is a find. On time, courteous and timely communications and reasonable pricing. We have had Daniel and Jesus come out for two different issues. Both were on time, friendly, professional and not only fixed the issues but went above and beyond to save us money. They are now my to go company for my RV services and am happy to refer them to my friends.

I had the pleasure of getting Daniel as my mobile technician. He was very professional and personable! He took time out to explain everything to me in detail. Even took pictures of small spaces so that I could see what he saw. And he didn t charge me for the extra time he took out with me. He was neat and clean and so was his work. He cleaned up after his work wiping everything down and leaving it better than he found it.I am very pleased with this company. They literally squeezed me into their schedule knowing that I wouldn t be in town long. And they called before they arrived to let me know they were on their way. Same day service! The Valley's quickly found and fixed the issue with our RV not getting power inside. They also tested the externsl trailer lights and confirmed they were all working properly. I had a problem with my water that stopped working in my RV, I called Valleys Mobile RV Service connected with the owner Johnathan made a appointment he and his helper Daniel came to check out my RV they both were very Professional on time Daniel was very efficient and knowledgeable in looking over things and even ordered my part Daniel's handy work is very Neat everything was in the right place he didn't leave a mess, I am so satisfied I recommend this company to do work on your RV they will not leave you disappointed...
