I spent more time driving there than I did with the diagnostic. The wait was a few minutes as always on an early Saturday morning. They had all 3 drive bays open and made it by really efficiently. The technicians are very professional and courteous. Appreciate this location and their process times. Great job! Great service! Great people!

Arrived on a Friday morning at 830. No wait and whole process only took a few minutes. Guy completing the service was very nice.

Arrived at 7:47am, opens at 8am. Already over 20 cars waiting.Took an hour and a half. There were 2 lanes opened, half ways through they started serving 2 cars at a time on the first lane (express lane).They should probably have a way out for those who can't wait too long or the check engine light comes on during the wait.

Super quick, they had two workers in the newer vehicle line. I waited just a few mins. Be smart, go at the end of the day or Saturday afternoon and there's no wait.

This is nothing against the staff, I m sure they re doing their best to get the lines moving. My three stars was just my experience on a Friday afternoon (quite possibly the worst time to get emissions done).We arrived at 2:14pm. At 3:36pm, we were STILL in line (lane 2). We decided to take the emergency exit out because we really could not wait anymore, after being invested for 1hr and 15 mins. At the time we left, there were still 3 cars ahead of us.Once again, nothing against the place. Just a heads up for those that need emissions and want to come here. Pick a better time and day so you don t go through what we went through.TIP: Go to lane 1. It moves WAY FASTER. We were on lane 2 because we drive a diesel. Unsure if all lanes are open to all cars but if you can, USE LANE 1.

These people are racist they took 1 look at the vehicle I was in and all of a sudden wanted to test everything then when it showed I passed on the screen they claim I failed due to gas cap if your african american driving a luxury car don't bother coming here I'm gonna speak wit my lawyers this week they can't get away wit this

Great staff but... I have a hybrid. Still Requires emissions. It failed emissions because of charging error codes. I couldnt renew my tabs. So i put my car in the shop. They worked on it for 2months. When I finally got it back I re-did emissions. kept getting a NOT READY status(2x) so they had me do a cycle to "get the car to a testing status". I had a theory and I was correct... both times I got the not ready status, my car was running on energy. Not gasoline. So this time (3rd and final) I didn't charge my car so it was just running on gas. I did the test and passed! Now I can get my tabs. The issue is that IM NOT THE TECHNICIAN NOR AN EXPERT but I figured it out. I didn't do the cycle they requested because it's extensive. And I had a feeling it didn't apply to my situation. So long story short, if you have a hybrid, DO NOTtry to get a emissions test (fuel emissions) while the car is running on energy. It would be nice if the technicians knew this already because it would've saved me multiple trips gas, energy, headaches, and another $17 because it was over 60 days since the 1st test since it didn't read. Hopefully they read this and use it as a learning experience. Overall. They are very knowledgeable and fast. But hybrids are different that regular cars

Even on a Tuesday morning there's traffic. Test takes about 5 minutes and there were five people in my lane so 25 plus minute wait.

If you have a 1996 or newer vehicle, the express lane on the left moves pretty quick. Once it was my turn, it took about two minutes. They plug in their equipment, start the vehicle, when that's done they test the gas cap. It takes a little time to do the credit card transaction but that's expected.The test on my F250 with the 7.3L diesel was a little more time consuming. They did a visual test under the hood, a visual on the fuel cap, and a snap test where you rev the engine three times. I didn't have to get out of the truck for this one. Easy like Sunday morning.

Fast but faulty equipment? Went to get my emissions done here was told I needed to see a mechanic because my obd2 connector was faulty and got no information they wanted me off the property asap as it was about 15-20 till close.. went to a different place to see if I could get more info they plugged me in and said i had zero issues whatsoever i spent about three minutes getting it retested

I drove up on a Thursday morning at 10:08am. No wait at all, seriously! I drove straight into the inspection lane and was thee first person on lane one. It is a little over a week into the month. Not sure if that helps. I'm officially done and it's only 10:22....just wow! They were fast, friendly and replaced my gas cap for free! Definitely would recommend!Service: Registration renewal

Line was pretty long but the actual test takes about 5 minutes. Just make sure you pull into the bay nice and slow or else the techs will rip you a new one. $17 test fee as of 8/31/2022.

There was a 20 min wait because of the amount of cars there. But the actual test only took 3 minutes.

Long line....They had 2 lines and of course I picked the line that was not moving.Once I was helped it took less than 5 minutes. Werid how that works.Friendly staff and great location. Just very busy towards the end of the month.

Was kinda busy due to today being the midpoint in the month.But they were like a well oiled machine. The emission attendants were business respectful but being the beginning of a holiday weekend,they were in a good spirits Was asked to exit the car after they gotten the scan info. By time i was in my car he was handing me my results. Got home and took minutes to pay online.

Got there at 6:00 and done by 6:05. I didn't even have time to sit in the little blue box. Excellent service the young man was professional and efficient. Gave them my $17.00 and I was on my way very happy with the whole transaction.
