The worst experience ever the lady that inspects your car, does not smile for the life of her seems like she s always in a bad mood. They broke my sun visor and I called them to have someone call me and she called me once when I was at work and she did not leave a message. This lady is so unprofessional The worst thing is that no one told me they broke my visor. I had to figure it out by the time I got home. I wish I could give zero starts

Sloppy and lazy work. Car was there for 7 weeks, we pick it up and a piece was dangling in the front by tire and sandy had me bring it back and they fixed it. My tire light was on and they said my tire was fine which it was not I had to get new tire and alignment and other stuff fixed at Firestone. The piece they fixed was dangling again and hitting my tire and noticed they fixed it by using zip ties.

I dont usually write reviews but my experience has been very positive, I went here to an alignment because Firestone couldn't do it, turns out my passenger bottom subframe was damaged from a previous accident. I had Steven as my advisor and he was great, he updated me and got things done fast! Would recommend Steven if you are planning to go here!

I was recently rear ended and the other party's insurance sent me here to get my car repaired. The entire process was fairly easy. Genuinely like how this place kept me updated every step of the way.

This place is great. The lady at the front desk was very nice and made the process so easy. She explained everything and for long it would take . They called twice a week to let us know the progress of my son's car. I recommend them.

Truck was hit in October, entire tow hitch needed to be replaced. We picked up truck after repair and got home to realize the back up camera was not hooked up. We called Steven the advisor and he told us to remove the panel and hook it back up. (Umm you had one job Service King) so my husband did their job and hooked it back up. Months later we needed to haul a bumper pull trailer and noticed the ball pointing downwards, we also realized the bumper looked a bit off with the larger ball on. I took the truck to a frame shop and come to find out they never replaced the tow hitch (that they charged insurance for), they put the bent one from the accident back on. The frame shop said it was put in very off center and the bolts were loose and it was pushed up against the spare tire. Now I have been trying to reach Steven for 2 days, I missed his call so I called back and never heard from him. Called again the next day (today 8/18/23) and missed his call back again. I returned the call again and sat on hold for 18 minutes. While on hold my husband called them and spoke to the same kid that put me on hold and asked for Steven (while I was still holding) and the kid (supposedly Homer) told my husband Steven had left for the day..yes while I was still holding on the other line. This place is terrible and would have had huge repercussions had I hauled my horses using the compromised hitch from the wreck and loose bolts. This facility had a waiting period of up to 4 weeks, so they called and asked my permission to send to one of their other facilities. I had my car back in one week with excellent repairs done. They made sure that I was satisfied and to shorten my wait time.

Update: Finally received the refund check. Never should have taken 8 or 9 months to process a small refund that was never disputed to begin with.This would be a 5 star rating if Service King could manage their head office and customer communication. We had repair work done over six months ago and have been waiting for a small refund ever since. Numerous calls to "Steve" who ensured us each time that a check was being sent from main office in TX. It's not even a large amount of money! Body work was good, but very poor customer service. Would not go back here or recommend this company.

This is where we went to get our vehicle repaired after an accident and they were amazing some of the best work ever. Our vehicle was done earlier then expected and we couldn't be more happier the vehicle looks brand new plus the inside was absolutely clean and smelled great. We decided to give this place a shot at our business. Goodyear AZ location. At first all great. Soon after vehicle dropped off was lack of communication and or little to no follow up. Dec 27th they called said car ready. But they forgot to calibrate sensors. Insurance didn't want to pay the rental car the extra day. After arguing with the lady which by the way was not at all friendly she agreed to cover the rental for the extra day. Later that evening the tail lights were not working properly. We called the next morning and they stated it was a bad bulb to replace it. After a long conversation they after to look it over. Same lady. Same bad attitude. I can go on and on. By the way the rear quarter panels attached to the new rear bumper looks like they were stitched up. We are in for a treat with this business. Adding to my original review, near a month later of the "repair" still waiting for the shop to make things right, nothing but excuses and attitude from this place.Service: Body & Trim

Wanted to get an estimate for some damage that happened at a car wash, a simple scratch on the roof. The lady at the desk said I would have to make an appointment for the following week just for an estimate! Absolutely absurd. Was in a accident got damage to the front of the car. When I got it back it looked brand new but they did not do a last check apparently because there were so many things missing. They forgot to put the windshield fluid dispenser back in because they did not work. They also forgot to plug in the horn. This is not a good thing and it is really frustrating that they did not do a final inspection on the car to make sure it was their best work. Very dissipointing it looks like they are only good in making a car look pretty but not the things that make the car work like new. I hope I dont find more things wrong with the car.

After waiting 2 weeks for my appointment the work was done well and I am satisfied with the service. I know it's a crazy time in this world and I was told two weeks waiting was not bad. It's Shocking to me that's the case but I do not blame Service King.

Very unprofessional. Had to call and remind them to send my estimate. Had to remind them of my appointment. And then when I showed they had no clue a 40k car with head on damage about 8k worth of damage was going to be an insurance job. With it not being customer pay they said they were unable to take it in. Can't take a tour of the shop. They can't tell you the name of the frame machine they use. Can't show examples of the work they do or are in the process of doing. Had bad vibe and car is now sitting at A and D auto who has been far better at follow thru.

I set a appointment and they called push it back a week and then barley got any updates while they had my vehicle and ordered 2 wrong part even though they had them for a week already and waiting last min to put them on found out they were wrong and I was Told I can pick my car up one day and then I called again and then told I had wait another week and then with the last min wrong part they order I had wait another week. When I went to get my car they didn t do everything i need a trim replace but instead they replaced the other side trim when it didn t need replaced. I really DONT recommend this shop for anything.if I can give zero stars I definitely would.Service: Body & Trim

I needed to schedule a repair and this facility was awesome. Ensuring they were transparent on cost and steps they have taken to ensure the health of their customers and employees are maintained.The office person I worked with let me know in advance that getting some parts had been difficult the last few weeks and that there would be extra time in their timeframe for this possibility.This thankfully was not the case with my car and it was ready 7 days before promised.Thank you for your assistance during this stressful time.

They wouldn't even do an estimate on my vehicle for repairs for over a month. I get that things are behind due to supply chain issues and lack of qualified employees but an estimate at least shows me you want my business and it doesn't take long to do. Went with someone else.

Service King Collision was my best overall experience dealing with collision repairs. There customer service was excellent and promise date was beyond expectations I got my vehicle early and was amazed from the repairs they made. They really did a fantastic job and returned my vehicle clean inside and out. I highly recommend Service King Collision and much thanks to Jorge for all your help.

Service King did an awesome job repairing my vehicle from the minor vehicle accident I was in. They were recommended by my insurance company and since I don't have a preferred mechanic, I went with them. All the repairs have a lifetime warranty which is nice. They also went ahead and had my rental returned to the Enterprise that was down the street. They will be my "Go-to" for future repairs.

After an accident in my new car I was sent to service king Goodyear for my repair and my car looks like new again I could not believe the amazing quality and workmanship that they delivered. On top of that they detailed my entire car at no extra charge!! Looks super clean interior and shiny engine bay!! We ran into a very rare bind today and the folks at Service King went out of their way to help. It is not common these days to see people do favors for others, unfortunately. However, the staff at Service King, Carlos and polish department along with the management team, stepped up and went out of their way to help. If they were this accommodating to someone off the street I can imagine they go above and beyond for their customers! We highly recommend this location and we will be back when the need arises.Service: Painting

Aside from a courteous front desk staff I was not impressed with this location.They failed to reinstall a black border clip along the driver side of our windshield. When my wife brought that issue up they said they would have to check the pictures to see if it was there when they received it... they probably should have checked the passenger section floor where their technician left it.They failed to properly rewire my keyless entry handle on the driver s side door, it no longer functions.They damaged the clear coating over the black framing just behind my driver side window.Upside... the dent I originally came in for is gone.Downside... I now have a lot more problems.I would only recommend Service King if you want your car coming out as bad as when it went in. That kind of defeats the point.Service: Body & Trim
